Le studio de vacances Seatime est un studio récemment rénové et joliment équipé situé en plein cœur de Sidmouth, à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la plage.
L'appartement offre une maison de la maison et a tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter pour un séjour confortable, y compris un coin chambre avec lit double, cuisine coin salon avec canapé-lit double, table à manger et chaises, écran plat tv / dvd, entièrement équipée avec une nouvelle cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes et une nouvelle salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. Il y a même des transats légers à prendre sur la courte promenade à la plage!
Seatime est un studio appartement au premier étage dans un petit bloc de 4, accessible jusqu'à un escalier et accessible par un hall d'entrée commun. Pour les options de stationnement gratuit, s'il vous plaît appeler le propriétaire.

The studio was very clean and had everything for self catering..It was good to have free car parking as it is quite expensive to park.The property was a minute from town and the sea front.Brilliant position.Lovely stay,would highly recommend.

Relaxing Break
The property is really nice, it is clean and bright with all that you need to be self sufficient, including washing up liquid, dishcloths, soap etc. which I did not expect. Parking and bus stop very close and just minutes away from the beach and town. Overall a very enjoyable few days, Sidmouth is lovely, will certainly be going again.

A very comfortable base
Very good facility, strategic location - close to centre and most tourist venues in the town. Good set of cutlery and dishes. Nice touches: hanging posters.. double mattress a little too soft.. no lids for the pans in kitchen.. good sofa bed, refreshing easy-to- work shower . A great little place to base

Seagulls
Compact but shame the oven door does not open fully! The seagulls playing football on the roof make it a bit noisy especially at 4am!! Uncomfortable sofa.

Disappointed
On arrival we found the place to be clean, tidy and airy. However the bed and sofa were very uncomfortable. The bed mattress had given way on one side making you feel as if you would roll out if you relaxed, and the sofa really wasn't fit for purpose (I make beds, sofas and sofa beds for a living). We also had an issue with flat 21 playing very loud music, slamming doors and entertaining several friends even though we were still in lockdown. The kitchen tap was not fixed to the sink, so you had to hold the whole thing to turn it on, the electric plug socket was hanging from the wall (although was fixed when we called the owner). Overall it was disappointing and we decided to return home from our holiday a day early to get some much needed sleep

EXCELLENT CENTRE LOCATION
The access by car from the promenade is straight forward and the single room apartment is comfortable and surprisingly spacious with lots of light from the windows. It's location is superb - only a few minutes walk from any part of the centre of Sidmouth and the sea front. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent apartment with all you need for a pleasant visit. Clean warm and well equipped. Bonus of a parking space. Perfect for shops and beach. Really like the friendly town and beautiful surroundings. Only lack - no where to put toiletries in bathroom.

WE really enjoyed our stay lovely apartment and very clean.The only problem I had was the steps up to the apartment, but for able bodied people it would be perfect, and it wasreally close to the shops and the sea.

Absolutely perfect for our needs ideal for a short stay
Very well thought out layout
Lots of care taken to ensure the flat was carefully managed for the current pandemic. Tracey was very willing to sort out any of our queries.

We have recently been to visit friends who retired to Sidmouth and we booked Seatime for our 5 night stay, which proved to be an excellent choice. The apartment is light, bright and well decorated with a sea-side and nautical themes. Comfortable bed, plenty of space and everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need. TV with DVDs a nice touch if you are unfortunate with the weather. We were lucky with the weather so were out most of the time.but we did pop back a couple of times and enjoyed a coffee sitting at the table on the outside communal balcony. Apartment is very well situated and close to all amenities in the town centre, local shops and eateries and the beach. We would definitely stay at Seatime again if we visit the area as it provided us with our own private little holiday home from home. Thank you Tracey - you have provided everything a holiday maker could need and more.

Perfect Location
Small studio flat with a modern and well cared for look and feel. Good spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Very clean and what looks like new carpet through main room. Small kitchen with good dishwasher, cooker, fridge and cupboard space. Not much in the way of cooking equipment for the oven.

Great location
less than a minutes walk to the sea and shops the property was accurately described and exactly as we expected. Only minor grumbles were that smoke alarm a bit over sensitive as was shower but overall excellent and very good value.
