Just back from from an amazing 10 days. The villa was immaculately presented. Nothing was too much trouble for Juan, greeting us and seeing us off and only a WhatsApp message away. The views over the bay were amazing, much time was spent listening to the waves or enjoying the sunrise. Many hours were invested in the refreshing indoor pool safely away from the mid day sun. We found Mos just round the corner a great place for a delicious meal. Can Picafort and Alcudia only a short drive away for more excitement and Colonia De Sant Pere for a more relaxed evening watching the sunset, also a great location for some snorkelling.

We spend a wonderful 7 days here. Juan was very accommodating with our late arrival due to ferry delay, took time to show us everything. The house is amazing and the indoor pool in the basement a lovely bonus for cooking off from the heat of the sun - it’s actually great that it’s not heated as it’s really refreshing! So grateful for air on in bedrooms and the beds and pillows are so comfortable, and thanks to the black-out shutters we all slept really well each night. This part of Son Serra is so tranquil. The sea is right in front of you and - whilst there’s lots to do in terms of local eateries, surfing, marina etc, we just enjoyed a few morning strolls and the excellent paella at Sis Pins…. Rest of the time we simply chilled with a drink and a book and watched the sea….

Loved staying here and the pics are what you get. 4 very usable restaurants only 2-3 minutes walk away and small supermarkets within walking range. Used the pool surprisingly little- possibly as it is indoors. Not surprised that the villa gets booked quickly and Juan is incredibly helpful. Would stay again for sure

My family of eight enjoyed 14 days in June of 22. Our first time in Mallorca. The house is extremely clean and well appointed. It’s located in a lovely little town of Son Serra which we came to adore. Our kids could walk to the beach, for ice cream, to the supermarket— it was perfectly safe and delightfully low key. Son Serra is ideally situated — and an easy drive to so many great beaches. Too many to list. We jet skied in Cala Picafort, parasailed in Cala Alcudia and rented a captained boat in Port D’Alcudia and explored Platja des Coll Baix —a remote beach only reachable by boat or an hour long hike. We also visited the charming city of Arta for dinner—highly recommend. All in all, this house is an excellent option if you are looking for a relaxing vacation and in our opinion is not at all touristy like the other places along this coast. The owner Juan was very responsive and allows an early check in. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

This property was just marvellous in both standards and the location. We had 4 wonderful weeks here with our family. The house was well appointed and had everything you needed. Juan and his team were so attentive and even made sure we were safe during a huge storm. I would return to both Son Serra and this house again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es wurde uns am Anreisetag durch Juan sehr freundlich und absolut sauber übergeben. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, man kann sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch und der Verkehr auf der Straße vor dem Haus sehr gering. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind auf fußläufig erreichbar, sowie wirklich gute Restaurants. Die einzige kleine Enttäuschung für die Kinder war, dass der Pool im April noch so kalt wie ein Sauna-Tauchbecken war, und dadurch leider nicht nutzbar. Aber es steht auch im Inserat dass er nicht beheizt ist. Dennoch können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen - wir würden wieder kommen!!

We loved our stay in the house! Amazing sea view, cosy beds, all facilities you need and lovely restaurants nearby. Juan was a brilliant host and super helpful and forthcoming. We went with the whole family including two kids under three and grandparents, and would love to be back! Thank you, Juan!

La maison est idéalement située et correspond parfaitement à la description. Une vue mer a couper le souffle. Très bien équipée avec des équipements modernes. Juan est un hôte au petits soins. Tout était parfait, nous y retournons avec plaisir.

Es war eine perfekte Woche in Son Serra. Wir waren dort zu acht. Das Haus war genauso, wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die unmittelbare Lage in erster Reihe zum Meer vervollständigt das Bild. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Deshalb von uns fünf Sterne. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

The owner Juan was always promply there to help us, he assisted us always quick and uncomplicated. The house is very, very clean , modern and very comfortable. The location is first line to beach.Great. Everything was fantastic , many thank to the owner Juan.

We we have spent 3 weeks in the house and can only recommend it. Juan showed us everything at the beginning and was otherwise always available. The house has everything you need and the view with sunrise and sunset is unbeatable.

We had a fabulous stay in this property. The property is clean and modern yet very comfortable. There’s lots of outside space and it’s a big property. The rooms were spacious with fantastic views, upstairs room is something special. We loved the location, overlooking the marina. Juan was very welcoming. We would love to return. Nindy

We stayed in the villa for one week from the 14th July. We received a very warm welcome from Juan ,the owner. He met us at the at the house and took us in a tour of the property and explained all that we needed to know. The property was like staying in a 5 star hotel. The location was perfect as you could visit local area and then return to the seclusion of your water front villa with all the incredible views. We were 7 adults and the house easily accommodated us. Top floor master bedroom is pure luxury. Wishing now we had booked longer!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house. Lovely spacious rooms with on suite bathrooms . Balconies with superb view of Alcúdia bay. Good restaurant and bars short walk away. House lovely and clean , pool much enjoyed by children and outdoor eating and sunbathing area by adults. Location very good for trip to Ara, Pollenca, Alcúdia, Petra and Sineu . Enjoyed local markets. Lovely coastal walks to Canpicafort and Colonial San Pere. Owner very approachable and helpful. Great holiday had by all. Would love to return.

Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Haben mit 3 Paaren 1 Woche Urlaub gemacht. Super ausgestattet,alles da was man braucht . Sehr schöne Deko,eben perfekt. Juan war schön da als wir etwas verspätet ankamen,hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Er war auch zur Stelle als wir Samstag Morgen um 7 Uhr abgeholt wurden. Nochmal vielen Dank. Claudia

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Meer. Alle Zimmer waren bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief wunderbar einfach. Juan erwartete uns bereits, als wir am Haus ankamen und versorgte uns auch mit den nötigsten Dingen (Wasser, Brot, etc.), da wir an einem Sonntagnachmittag ankamen und die meisten Geschäfte bereits geschlossen hatten. Sehr freundlich und TOP! Das Haus bietet mit seinen Schlafzimmern und Bädern genug Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für die ganze Familie.

We had a fantastic stay! As we had an early flight, Juan very kindly let us check in early on the day of arrival. He met us at the property and took us through the house, showing us where everything was and how everything worked. When there was a problem with the fridge, he came all the way from Palma in the evening, within about an hour after we called him, to sort it out for us. I can highly recommend staying here and if we are in need of renting this size house again in the future, we will definitely rent this again. Thank you Juan - we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful villa!

And another great blue water view below: the fabulous basement swimming with crystal clear cool water cleverly filtered by science and not by adding a hefty dose of chlorine.The building is ultramodern, with amazing glass stairways all the way up to the penthouse suite (bag this space if you can).The house has a large comfortable lounge, a completely equipped glass-walled kitchen, laundry, and you can take a shower on every floor - there are six of them.There are four outdoor terraces ranging from large to huge, so there’s plenty of room to lounge in the sun and in the shade of the evening.All in all, this is a five-star home from home.

Das Haus ist wirklich so schön und gepflegt, wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Es gab lediglich 2-3 kleinere Risse im Trockenbau und einer kleinen Scheibe, die noch behoben werden. Das Haus ist auch mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Haus ist in allen Schlafzimmern klimatisiert (leise, nicht aufdringlich und auch nachts nicht störend). Das Highlight ist das Hauptschlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss mit grossem Bett, eigener Couchgarnitur und Tisch, Ankleidebereich und natürlich Bad mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf das Meeer vom eigenen, umlaufenden Balkon. Alle Rolläden und Blendschutz innen im EG sind elektrisch zu bedienen. Dein teifgarage kann mit Klein- und Mittelklassenwagen befahren werden. Der Pool im Untergeschoss (unter den hinteren Terasse angeordnet) ist kühl und erfrischend. Man hat durch Deckenlichter dennoch Sonnenlicht im Poolbereich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass dies das erste Ferienhaus ist, dass wirklich absolut sauber und gepflegt war - und wir sind da sehr kritisch. Juan ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Nach einer Woche erfolgte eine umfassende Zwischenreinigung mit Bettwäsche und Handtuchwechsel. Das besondere Bemühen und die Qualität merkt man auch an Details, wie die fein gerollten Handtücher (besser als Hotelqualität) und die Qualität der Kücheneinrichtung (sehr umfassend) und hochwertig. Man merkt, dass das Haus vom Eigentümer in erster Linie für sich selbst entworfen und mit hoher Qualität eingerichtet wurde. Das Haus liegt in erster Reihe an der Marina. Ein kleiner Strand liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt, dort ist aber mehrheitlich Steinstrand anzutreffen. Ebenso kann man nördlich einen kleineren Stand finden. Der grössere Haupt-Sandstand (mehrere Kilometer lang) liegt ca. 1 km weiter südlich. Trotz Hauptsaison sind die Strände recht leer, da es in Son Serra kein Hotels gibt. Man hat schon mal 20 Meter Platz zum Nachbarn. Es kommen hier nur Einheimische und Ferienhaus-Stern zum Strand. Man kann fußläufig zum Bäcker mit kleinem Supermarkt laufen. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind dann in Can Picafort (7km). Ein Imbiss liegt nur 20 Meter entfernt in der Marina. Drei Restaurants sind fußläufig in der Hauptstraße erreichbar, die aber eher einfach bis durchschnittlich sind. Die touristischen Hotspots Can Picafort und Alcudia sind gut erreichbar. Für erholsamen Urlaub auch in der Hauptsaison ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist das erste Haus, in das wir gern noch einmal gehen würden.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ganz besonders schön ist das Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich. Aber auch die anderen Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll.Die Ausstattung ist perfekt .Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Haus mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter nur empfehlen.

Sehr schön modernes Ferienhaus sehr sauber gehalten. Ich werde wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Fantastic property the vendor was very helpful and at hand if needed. On the initial walk round the property the vendor pointed out the the slight damage to items that was present along with instructions to all the modern amenities. The pool area was was spacious and clean and could be enhances with pool and table tennis tables. The shutters on the windows at the front of the property needs a lick of paint.

Ich war zuvor noch nie in einem so gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und hatten wirklich reichlich Platz. Es gibt ein ganz großes Schlafzimmer über die gesamte obere Etage und drei Schlafzimmer im ersten OG, jedes SZ mit eigenem Bad. Tolle Küche mit allem was man so braucht. Man kann vor und hinter dem Haus sitzen, so dass man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Im Keller (riesig groß, da passen drei Autos rein) ist der Pool und bei permanent 35 Grad draußen war das Wasser schön erfrischend. Wir haben tagsüber das Garagentor offen gelassen und sind die Auffahrt runter gelaufen, damit wir im Haus nicht alles nass machen. Es gibt zwei Strände. Wenn man vom Haus aus links lang läuft, kommt man über einen kleinen Hafen zu einem tollen Naturstrand. Da braucht man unbedingt Badeschuhe (sehr felsig), kann dort aber super schnorcheln. Zur anderen Seite läuft man genau 18 Minuten ;-) und landet dann beim El Sol - eine chillige Strandbad, in der man gut essen kann. Dort ist ein schöner Sandstein, ganz lange flaches Wasser. Der Ort an sich ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt keine Hotels, nur Ferienhäuser bzw. Einheimische.

Sehr schönes, modern ausgestattetes Haus in ruhigen Ort mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Grill im Hinterhof. Schönen Strand, Gute Restaurants, einen kleinen Laden und Apotheke in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat für einen reibungslosen Ablauf gesorgt. Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier werden wir sicher noch einmal unseren Urlaub verbringen. Sehr empfehlenswert !!!!

There is also a little bar just to the left of the villa, which was okay, unless you were being served by the grumpiest waitress ever. She made us chuckle, but i can imagine she wouldn't 'impress' a lot of people. Can Picafort is a good hours walk via the beach & has a large supermarket. Colonial St Pere is just under an hours walk & has a lovely harbour with pleasant views.

Eine Woche Urlaub vom Feinsten. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit vielen architektonisch modernen Elementen. Es haben sich alle wohlgefühlt... Die Möglichkeiten in Son Serra sind etwas eingeschränkt aber darum umso lieblicher. Super Restaurants und sogar einen kleinen Laden in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
