excellent property with all the facilities. Location is amazing, very close to the beach and walking distance to shops.

Fantastic location, wonderful sea view. The apartment was immaculate, nicely furnished lots of added extras. Handy on site parking. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location 50yds from beach,large balcony to relax on looking onto Mar Menor.Close proximity to Supermarket.A chiringuito right in front of property and a bar as you come out main entrance which served fantastic Tapas.The host Salome is always on hand if you have any problems and gave us good advice on restuarants in the area and places of interest to visit.A lovely person.

Nothing to complain about.

We were self catering and the apartment was in a great position with a nice view over the Mar Menor and had underground parking. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance but lots are closed. The balcony attracts the sun in the morning which was good.

The list of facilities told us there was satellite TV with English channels (even Netflix was mentioned) There was nothing but Spanish aerial TV and I believe we should have some recompense. Heating and a/c was advertised, the a/c is not working, we were given a roller gas fire and two electric fires!!! One of the shower doors is hanging off and the other one has a large crack in the plastic. An awful lot of aircraft noise was encountered. The bedding was out of the dark ages with a "bally" sheet and a selection of bed covers of the type that I had on my bed when I was a young lad!! There was no sign of a smoke alarm or carbon monoxide sensor. There was ONE old sun lounger on the balcony and some old chairs. I believe the gas fire and electric fires would have been very dangerous if any children were staying. There were no pillow cases. The toaster was almost useless and the main toilet seat is broken. None of this was pointed out to us and the door handle to the apartment is very loose.
