Seaside Cottage with panoramic sea views.
L'un des deux cottages Coastguard magnifiquement rénové achevé en juillet 2017 à un niveau élevé. Situé à un jet de pierre de Southbourne Beach avec vue panoramique sur la mer depuis toutes les chambres.
Chaque cottage dispose de 2 chambres doubles. La chambre 1 dispose d'un lit king-size ou de lits jumeaux, d'une vue imprenable sur la mer et le jardin et d'une salle d'eau privative.
La chambre 2 est au 2ème étage avec lit double et une vue panoramique imprenable de Old Harry Rocks à The Needles & Isle of Wright.
Il y a aussi une salle de bains familiale avec douche de tête.
En bas, il y a un grand salon ouvert, avec un grand canapé-lit, une salle à manger pour 6 et une cuisine entièrement intégrée avec, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur, four / plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes et grille-pain. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse.
L'avant de la propriété a des jardins magnifiquement conçus qui sont maintenant entièrement clos, terrasse avec des sièges et un parking hors route. L'arrière du chalet a une autre zone ornée qui attrape le soleil du soir, ainsi qu'un espace barbecue, un local à vélos, etc.
Les Cottages sont à quelques pas de Hengistbury Head avec son centre d'accueil et de train terrestre pour Mudeford Spit, une belle journée pour la famille. La ville historique de Christchurch est très proche avec son ancien prieuré, son château, ses promenades sur la rivière, Quay with Quamps Splash Park pour les plus petits (gratuit), des promenades en bateau et en ferry et une abondance de restaurants, bars et boutiques.
Southbourne est à une courte distance de marche des magasins, supermarchés, restaurants et bars. Nous avons également la New Forest à 10 minutes avec ses beaux villages, ses pubs de comté, ses poneys New Forest et ses ânes sauvages.
Le centre-ville de Bournemouth est à 10 minutes en voiture.

A lovely holiday cottage in a great location. Couldn’t fault it - very clean, tastefully decorated, comfy bed, everything you could possibly need was included.
The garden was ideal for the dog and, with the beach literally across the road and wonderful Hengistbury Head a 10 minute walk away, it was a Godsend.
Damian was very quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival - check in was simple and wine and delicious local biscuits in the kitchen as a welcome gift.
We didn’t want to leave!

Lovely cosy cottage. Two minutes walk to gorgeous dog friendly sandy beach. Helpful owner. Quiet area. An enjoyable stay, we will certainly book again.

Lovely cosy cottage, well equipped and comfortable, great for dogs too with enclosed garden and yards from the beach. Only minor gripe is that more care could have been taken with cleaning. Many cobwebs upstairs and too much evidence of the previous visitors who clearly had a very hairy white dog!

If you want a beach location, you can’t beat this lovely little terraced cottage just a stone’s throw from lovely Southbourne beach. The kitchen is really well stocked, beds and sofa were comfy and the BBQ and hot tub were very welcome additions after a day at the beach! Would recommend and would stay again.

This was a nice retreat away from the hustle and bustle of London. Great layout and excellent location to town and beach. Damian was great to work with and had very prompt communication. My only recommendation is the couch is a little uncomfortable but other than that I would highly recommend! Cheers!

Lovely cottage. Beautifully clean with very nice linens. Owner was super helpful during booking process. I brought two dogs so proximity to beach was wonderful and secure garden made things very easy.

Great cottage in a great location
The cottage is immaculate and is very close to the sea. We could see the sea from the first and second floor and loved going to sleep listening to the waves lapping at the shore. Damian was very responsive and answered any questions we had and recommended some great dog friendly places to eat at. Would thoroughly recommend and looking forward to going back at some point

Great beach location
The property was clean with lovely decor - loved all the little ornaments, it was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was enough space for all of us plus our little dog.
The loft bedroom was a little warm but it was fine once we opened a window. The garden was nice to sit in too.

Great location, high quality residence
Location and quality of the property perfect, booking and communication process totally smooth. Quick access to terrific beach walks so ideal for dogs. A quiet neighbourhood so good for relaxing humans! Bistro on the Beach within two minutes , great for snacks, coffees etc. Shops for provisions within 5 minutes. Will definitely return. Great value!

A welcome short break with my dogs. Lovely location and secure garden for dogs. Plenty of local walking and dog friendly beaches.
Welcome bottle of wine and biscuits. A bottle of milk would also have been welcome especially as tea and coffee were provided.
Bed very comfortable with lovely sea views from the bedrooms.

Southbourne Stay
We enjoyed a fantastic week staying at this wonderful cottage. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, being minutes from the beach and with plenty of places to visit nearby. Many thanks to the hosts.

Lovely well equipped cottage With great outdoor space . Close to beaches and lovely walks. The owner was very helpful although we had everything needed. Recommend for a family or couples stay and we would be happy to return. Prefect.

A great little rental in a perfect location!
We had a lovely couple of days in this cosy rental. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. The highlight was the proximity to the coast, great cafes within walking distance and the fabulous hengistbury head for a bracing, scenic walk. We’ll be back!

Simply Stunning
We stayed for our twin boys 6th Birthday. They were so excited so apologies if they were a little noisy. The cottage was simply stunning, the attention to detail and finishing touches were spot on. It was clean, modern and had all of the amenities we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach which was perfect for the boys to try out their new scooters. The front garden is a little sun trap and we enjoyed relaxing with a cup of tea while the kids hunted for daddy long legs.
Damian was really helpful and friendly, we would love to come back next summer to make the most of the beach.

Great location close to beaches. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, true to the pictures on the website. Good choice of tv and films on the rainy day! Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

Beautifully renovated cottage really close to the beach
The owners have attractively renovated this little cottage to a very high standard, and fitted in everything you could need for a seaside holiday all year round.
The sandy beach is 4 minutes walk away so you can swim before breakfast...go down early before the wind picks up and it's calm and still.
Clean, lovely bathrooms (both on middle floor), sheltered front south-facing deck or rear terrace for sun or shade all day. Comfy beds, nice linens, neat kitchen with all appliances, and lovely welcome treats on arrival.
Attic room with double bed has amazing views, worth the very low ceilings. (& make sure you are briefed on how to close the large Velux windows properly on windy days).
The middle floor bedroom (which we had as a twin) has a large walk-in shower in the ensuite. The family bathroom next door is light and bright with another rainfall shower over the bath.
Sofa bed in living room is a normal size double but wouldn't recommend it for two adults because one person will be on the cushion that's rather narrow.
There's even a charcoal disposable BBQ provided, which we used on the beach, but sadly no longer beach towels as previous guests did not look after them.

Can’t wait to return
Perfect Accommodation, everything we could ask for & more!!
Travelling with two dogs for nearly 6hrs to find a complementary fizz & treats on our arrival really was the perfect start to our staycation!!
Off street parking so no stress of where to park, the cottage is beautifully decorated throughout & spotless too.
All of your essentials are within the cottage, washing machine, ironing-board, iron etc....even beach towels are provided.
Amazing views from the top bedroom of Southbourne beach.
The garden is safe & secure too.
Damian was the perfect host, calling in to see if we were ok & if there was anything that we needed....the guide of where to eat/drink was a brilliant idea too.
The beach is a couple of minutes away from the cottage, take a left & you are on to a dog friendly beach (keeping walking up to Mudeford beach & you will come across the beach bar) take a right & you are heading towards Bournemouth (no dogs allowed)
Christchurch is minutes away in the car with plenty of parking or a 20 minute walk (we used the water taxis too)
We have had an amazing chilled week & cant wait to re-book.

Fabulous location
Beautiful cottage, very close to a lovely beach, which allowed dogs on a huge stretch all year round........everything we needed for our short stay.

Perfect place for a small family
This beautifully and thoughtfully renovated terraced cottage was perfect for our week long stay with two small children. The beach was an easy walk for a 4- and 6-year. There is a small fenced lawn for the kids to play and a patio for parents to relax. Kid's bedroom is on the second floor with split single beds. Double bed for parents is in the converted attic space - a heads-up (or rather heads down) for tall people. A small backyard has a grill and there's off-street parking. On-demand TV and board games for that rainy afternoon.
Being in a terrace you have shared walls either side, but we never heard our neighbors. Pictures in the ad were representative. Landlord is next door and was highly responsive to enquiries before our stay, but never intrusive during it. He was very pleasant and welcoming. Would stay here again without hesitation. Perfect. Perfect. Perfect.

we very much enjoyed seaside cottage. it is very well equipped, tastefully decorated and landscaped. beds are comfortable. for me, the steep stairs were an issue because of my back problems, but the others in the family did not find them difficult. in general a pleasing place to return to.

Recently refurbished to a good standard. Comfortable and a great place to stay with friends and their dog for a long weekend. Friendly and helpful owners. Great location for walks and touring. Lovely sea views including the Needles and Hengistbury Head.
