Very spacious comfortable light bright apartment . Great kitchen with plenty of equipment including a dishwasher and washing machine. Lovely to have a small oven! Location was very good. Close to shops, cafes and bars. Easy walk to Mesquita and Alcazar and a 15 minute walk from the train station.

Teresa, our host was a star! She even contacted me even while I was in London to guide us with our journey details. Always, available to help us during our stay. My check out was at 12.00 noon but my train was at 4.00pm. It was boiling hot 45 degree outside and I did not know what to do so in these 4 hours. Communicated to Teresa and she was very kind to allow us to stay extra 3 hours . Very kind of her. Definitely, will recommend this hotel to all. Would also like to mention Agus. He was there to receive us when we reached the hotel. Explained everything well to us.

The apartment itself is lovely. It's very large and well laid out. There were four of us staying there and we never felt at all crowded. The kitchen is very well furnished and the refrigerator is large enough to hold several days' supplies. Teresa was a very responsive and helpful host, answering any text within just a few minutes. The young man who checked us in (Agus) was exceptionally kind and helpful, even going to our car with us to help bring the luggage to the apartment. It would be useful to have instruction manuals for the appliances and the AC system -- we never did figure out how to keep the AC from automatically shutting off after an hour or two, which was a problem at night, and the induction stove was set on "child-lock" when we arrived. Since we hadn't used induction stoves before, this took us a while to fix. It would also be helpful to have a guide to the local recycling and garbage rules; Cordoba has four categories of bins (organic; paper and cardboard; plastics and containers; glass) but unlike in Sevilla we never saw a container for "restos" (everything else). We wanted to do the right thing but did not know where we were supposed to put miscellaneous items such as metal bottle tops, used razors, etc.

The street-noise is intolerable for anyone other than very heavy sleepers. The apartment is on a pedestrian street but the street leads into the Plaza de las Tendillas which apparently is a major area for nightlife. The shouting, yelling, singing, raucous conversations, excitedly barking dogs, etc. etc. went on non-stop until 2 a.m. and then at intervals for the rest of the night. As a Spanish-language review of the apt said, "It's as though the whole street is there in the bedroom with you."I had earplugs and a white noise machine, and was still awakened four or five times every night after falling asleep at about 2. My sister, with earplugs, found it impossible to sleep at all for the first three nights; she was finally so exhausted the fourth night that she managed to sleep that night. In fairness, I will say that the one member of our party who is a very heavy sleeper had no trouble with the noise, so if you are someone who falls asleep instantly and easily and sleeps soundly, then you'll be fine. But for most people, the noise level is going to be a major drawback. It is a terrible shame because the apartment itself is wonderful. But I'd be very hesitant to book it again unless I was traveling in the winter when I assume the street life is less than in the summer months.

This apartment was in the perfect location, much larger than we anticipated and super lovely - the photos do not do it justice. Could not have been a better stay in Córdoba because of this place!

Our host advised the parking was 10 euro a day but for less than 48hrs it was 32?

With the great location came also the downtown noise at night. Would still nevertheless strongly recommend the place.
