Nicest family runs it, in beautiful nature, very comfortable room, delicious breakfast, the best panomarama and a quiet location in reachable distances to the central places.

Laura and Piers are very friendly and helpful people. We arrived in the evening and they helped us getting our transport. The room and breakfast were great and the atmosphere at the accomodation is very relaxing. At our last day, we enjoyed a very late check-out. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. For the animal lovers: you will be welcomed by a bunch of lovely cats and a friendly dog!

Very friendly hosts, breakfast to order, wonderfull tranquil location. We also received usefull tips and instructions regarding our travel (we drove by car). All for a very reasonable price. The view we had from our window room was stunning.

The only suggestion I would have is the placement of insect screens in the windows. Although we could keep things perfectly cool with the A/C and ceiling fan :)

Amazing place. Super calm, cozy, very good location. Perfect place to rest after trips and sunbaths. Such a beautiful views. Mr. Piers was so helpful. He saved our vacation! Laura such a kind and caring. So, all in all. If we will visit the island again - definitely only Tsivouli accommodation❤️

Laura and Piers are wonderful and kind people. They are very hospitable and they make you feel like you are at home. The accommodation is magnificent. It’s surrounded by nature and the rooms are very beautiful with a typical style. The breakfast is delicious and healthy. You have many alternatives to choose from. The coffee is very good.

The hotel is absolutely quiet and has a phenomenal view. The dogs and cats are super friendly. We felt more comfortable here than any other hotel we've ever been to; our 6 night stay felt like visiting close family.

Nothing is within walking distance; going to the beach or out for dinner requires a car/scooter.

Breathtaking view , really nice and clean room , fresh tasty breakfast. Laura and Piers are amazing hosts, they make you feel like at home and always happy to help. Loads of animals around. Quiet and charming area far-away from busy tourist places but close to lovely quiet beach. Definitely wish to go back there

Everything perfect

Good and quiet location, very friendly stuff, clean rooms, good breakfast.

It is an oasis of peace located in the middle of an olive grove, overlooking the sea. It is not near the sea, so if you do not have a car it is not the right location for you. everything was perfect. Very friendly and nice staff. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty and fresh. I recommend this location and we will definitely stay here when we visit the island.

We had a great stay, the place and the scenery is just breathtaking. The building and patio are really nice with the fountain and flowers and trees for shade during breakfast. The breakfast is great, they really helped us out being vegetarian and lactose intolerant. The hosts are helpful and friendly and really welcoming, made us feel at home right away. There is airco in the room but it usually didn't get too hot in there. Rental car to get there and around the island is recommended, easy parking on the property. Thank you Laura, Piers & Gillian!

Thanks so much for this lovely stay, especially to Laura! The house has a lot of greek charme to offer and the view is breathtaking. This was a wonderful little place, the breakfast was amazing, it was relaxed and the owners were extremely helpful.

You need some sort of transportation to get a round, be it a scooter or rental car to get into town and see the rest of the island. If you have that you should be fine.

Everything was such good quality and the breakfast served by Laura was amazing . Loved , loved , loved the place & the emu's were a plus along with all the other animals on the farm . Very minimalist & clean & in a very quiet location ... would love to return !

I came to Tsivouli Park after spending some time in Zante and Laganas and boy how I loved the quiet and the nature around. The views were also wonderful from being so high up and the rustic feel of the cottage was just magical. Everything was clean, the family owners were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was yummy, and so many cute animals around. Couldn’t recommend it more!

It’s a bit far away from everything else and hard to get without a car or taxi, but probably that’s why it can remain quiet. It wasn’t a problem for me.

We spend 10 days at Tsivouli Park and we just loved it. It is a magical place. The landscape and the house are incredible. Surrounded by beautiful landscape, olive trees, flowers and cute animals. Laura, Piers and Jil are lovely people. We could always ask when we were looking for a restaurant or a good beach. The breakfast is really good, especially the Joghurt with honey and nuts. I would recommend to rent a car to explore the island. Thank you for making our holidays so special!

Laura and Piers were really great hosts. There are a bunch of cats and a dog that wander around the place that we’re really cute and friendly and made it really fun. The breakfast that is included each morning was amazing and the view from the hotel is gorgeous.
