Maureen, our host, was wonderful, quick to respond. The house is ideally located to the beach and shops; the hot tub was a joy for the kids when it rained and a relaxing way for the adults to end each day! The house is well laid out and impeccably clean! We appreciated having a supply of necessary items to use before the grocery run was made. We had an excellent vacation! Thank you!

Fantastic beach house the entire family can enjoy. Very short walk to the beach. Plenty of refrigeration and freezer space. Plenty of beach chairs, caddies, beach toys, etc in garage. Fully stocked kitchen/bar. We even ran out of propane in the middle of grilling and there was a spare next to the grill. There is a sleep space for everyone. Plenty of hot water with great water pressure. A/C perfect on all 3 levels. 3 decks , 1 covered if it’s too hot or raining. Plenty of parking. Within walking distance to ice cream and playground. We never needed to leave the house. Maureen was an excellent communicator and host. The home was exactly as described in the listing. We loved this house and are thinking of retuning in the off season or again next year, but for longer!

The home was perfect for a weekend’s getaway with friends! The living space was large and spacious. The home was clean and the hot tub was wonderful. It is on a beac block and the Jitney picks up at the corner! Perfect house for any time of the year!

We enjoyed every aspect of the house. Relaxed in the hot tub every day, enjoyed our meals outside on the large deck that fit our entire family. Kitchen was great, had everything we needed. Bedrooms were super comfortable. And tons of beach equipment and bikes available for the renters!! I would definitely recommend this house and we will return too!

Just finished up a great vacation week in Sea Isle City! We were very pleased with the location of this beautiful house. Within walking distance to grocery store, drug store, liquor store, restaurants. Quiet location which we enjoyed immensely. Beach block which made trips to/from the beach easy.
The house itself was very clean and comfortable. We've stayed in SIC for many years and I must say this house was very well stocked with everything you may need. Beach chairs, bikes, and umbrellas! I've stayed at houses where the host didn't supply a single sheet of toilet paper. Not here! TP, paper towels, hand towels, dishwasher soap etc. all available which was appreciated. We restocked with the items we brought as a courtesy for the next guest. Such a nice touch!
The host communicated well - not a single snag during the trip. We really enjoyed the hot tub and all of the outdoor spaces.

The home was perfect for our families. The kids had a blast In their ‘apartment’. There truly was something for everyone. A PlayStation, Xbox, quiet patio with swings, hot tubs, bikes and more. The beach was super close and could bike to almost anywhere in Sea Isle. Felt like home away from home.

Located about 30 minutes or less to Cape May or Atlantic City. Can walk, ride bikes or take the shuttle to all area restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Golf course only 5-6 miles away. Overall, great time had by all.

Overall a great place to stay
Had never been to Sea Isle before but this was a perfect place to enjoy and visit the city. Maureen's house had enough accommodations for 12+ people to sleep comfortably. The house was overall clean and had a lot of stuff to cook with, clean with, 2 Jacuzzis and a hot tub ( which i loved!). They also had all of the beach supplies you could ever need- chairs, umbrellas etc, and 6 bicycles to ride around town. The island is small enough to take the bikes and go place by place.
The house is a bit on the older side with the finishes, but she does state that they are in the midst of renovating. I would say that it adds some charm and does not take away from any of the experience. There was some hiccups with the check in but the host was gracious enough to let us in a bit early and answered when we had problems at the whee hours of the morning.

Lots of Amenities Close to the Beach
Stayed with extended family for the week and never once had an issue trying to make breakfast or pack lunches for the beach. Very spacious kitchen and lots of areas to eat. The owner is very nice and had quick response time to all communication. Was wonderful to have use of all the amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach tags, and wagon. We enjoyed our time together!

Had a perfect week!
We stayed for a week in June. The location is great very close to the beach. The house had everything we needed for the beach (beach chairs, toys, cart, etc). The house is perfect for bigger groups. We had teenagers who stayed in the bunk room and loved it. We took the bikes to the Farmers Market on Tuesday morning and to get ice cream. Close to Ocean City and Wildwood boardwalks. We enjoyed the hot tub at night. The hot tub is right outside the kitchen which worked well to keep an eye on our little ones. Maureen is great and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend this house!

Such great space and just a few houses from the beach. While we were there during the cooler months, we loved walking down to the beach, how close the grocery store and restaurants were and the overall amenities! The front deck with the eating area, the back 2nd floor deck with hot tub and grill, and the sun deck on the third floor were all used quite a bit! Bedrooms were as described, and comfortable for our family. Kids cove is fantastic. Outdoor showers have heated water, and there is everything you could need for the beach in the garage!
The flip side, property could use a bit of cosmetic upkeep and maintenance (patching ceiling in places, wobbly ceiling fans, etc.) Maureen was great each time we called with questions, and very prompt in answering our calls. No regrets staying here, and if we were to return to Sea Isle we would definitely look this up again!

True beach house with extra touches
This is a true beach house with a lot of cute extra touches. Communication with owner was seamless. The house was clean and exactly as described. Plenty of fireplaces to keep you warm on a cold winter day. Not a lot was open on the Sea Isle City boardwalk (for our stay in February) , but the house is a hop skip and a jump away from Ocean City where there was plenty of the shops open on the boardwalk, and surfers in the ocean to watch, to make a few hours stay a lot of fun. Definitely worth staying anytime of year.

We had a fantastic time here! We had six adults in our group - two couples and two singles. We had plenty of room and could easily separate into smaller groups to visit and catch up or all hang out as one big group in the living room. We were here to celebrate our friend's 40th and may make a yearly event of it! Lots of parking and a very short walk to the beach!

Convenient Beach Home
I stayed in this home over the New Year's holiday with my immediate and extended family. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, Highlights: large, well stocked kitchen, Multiple fireplaces that quickly warmed the home, hot tub in close proximity to kitchen, large TV in living room with lots of seating for family movies, soft comfortable beds and comforters, easy check in process, Close to beach access, daily walks on the breezy beach, Walkable And safe neighborhood. Would recommend!
Only slight negative was that we visited this beach town during the winter months, and many restaurants and businesses were not open. This made for a very relaxing and quiet environment, which may be very different during the busy summer season.
