Perfect location, easy to find and a great price.

Sofa bed not very comfy. Very hot eveb in a cool night

• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. Parking was free on all streets except the street in front of the property. • Keys: The instructions to obtain the 2 keys from the lockbox was clear and easy to follow and was emailed to us well in advance with contact details if we had an issue. • First impression: We first had to open a metal gate and walk down the corridor to get to the property. We felt safe and found the property to be clean, quiet and tidy. • Kitchen & Bathroom: The bathroom was clean with a bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, etc. • Bedroom: My two adult kids used the sofa bed in the living room which had clean bedding with lots of cushions and pillows. We used the double bed on the mezzanine (1st) floor above which had a steep wooden staircase, we found it easy to access although it might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. There was a skylight window in the roof which let the light in. • Amenities: There was TV and WiFi at the property. There was an instructions manual in French which provided lots of useful information on how to use the kitchen appliances. • Particulars: There was a faint pleasant sound of a church bell ringing in the far distance which I liked. Whilst cooking the electrics tripped, but the circuit box was in clear view in the living room and was easy to reset. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

great location on the ground floor, vey near the train station and a 5 minute walk to Mulligans bar.

loud people outside until 3am flat advertised with free parking but impossible to find any. We had to pay to park in the station car park at our own expense. Owner did respond when we asked where we could park for free but when we responded saying it was all full she went silent.

Nice clean apartment with a comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities. Convenient for an overnight stay as we were passing through the city and close enough to pop into town to get food. Owners were very pleasant and happy to help.

The duplex is located very close to the train station and there is parking in the street. The flat was correct and had all was needed. I appreciated the coffee and tea stock.

There was a misunderstanding about the number of people using the duplex so we were missing bed linens for the extra bed. Thankfully after contacting the number that was given to us, someone brought us the linens, even tough it was quite late on a Sunday night, which I'm very grateful for. The duplex was located along what looked like similar kind of places. We could easily hear people moving about outside and inside the places next door. Also we were not bothered during the night as it was fairly quiet.

This was perfect for our one night stay over in Le Mans. We needed a place close to the station that would fit us all and this was a great match! Very easy to access, super with the keys that we could just pick up when we arrived! Thanks a lot!

It was easy to access and good parking area. It was clean and quiet. The instructions to access the property were clear and easy to follow.

The toilet is between the wall and the sink so a bit tight but not a big problem.
