Appartement spacieux et lumineux, 5 couchages, à l'entrée du village
La propriété de 70 m² est située au premier et dernier étage dans un quartier très calme, à quelques minutes à pied du centre, est entourée d'un jardin commun, avec des arbustes et des arbres typiques du maquis méditerranéen, avec un champ au centre court de tennis dont l'utilisation est gratuite pour nos clients.
Grand parking dans la zone en face de la résidence.
La maison, avec une attention aux moindres détails, est équipée de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, se compose d'un grand salon avec canapé-lit, coin détente, TV satellite 43 pouces, cheminée et cuisine ouverte avec tout, grande terrasse niveau avec intimité totale, vue sur la montagne et le jardin en copropriété, parfait pour profiter du coucher du soleil, déjeuner et dîner à l'extérieur.
La maison est idéale pour ceux qui choisissent des vacances reposantes en famille ou en couple.
La zone nuit se compose de deux chambres doubles, de grandes armoires et d'un balcon avec une large vue.
L'appartement est complété par la salle de bain avec cabine de douche hydromassante et lave-linge.
En cinq minutes en voiture, vous pouvez rejoindre des plages d'une beauté incomparable telles que Simius, Porto Sa Ruxi, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Spiaggia Del Riso, Punta Molenti et Notteri ainsi que la réserve marine de Capo Carbonara, un endroit idéal pour la plongée et la plongée avec tuba. À environ 200 mètres de l'appartement, il y a l'arrêt du bus d'été qui s'arrête à toutes les plages; même arrêt pour le Shuttlebus depuis et vers l'aéroport d'Elmas et la ligne de transports publics vers le centre de Cagliari.
Dans les environs immédiats, il y a des magasins, des bars, des pizzerias, des restaurants, des coiffeurs et le nouveau Museo Del Mare.
Matériel fourni: fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière américaine et parasols.

Cozy apartment, very well equiped with everything you need for a wonderful time. The apartment has washing machine and dishwater, a modern shower cabin and a charming balcony. We were 2 adults and 2 children and were well accommodated. The location is perfect, in 3 min walkung distance from the centerThe owner had a fantastic hospitality

We had a good time during our holidays in Villasimius. The town offers a good base to explore the wonderful clear water beaches nearby. There are so many!
We visited in June and many were shallow for quite few meters, ideal for toddlers/young children.
The flat was clean upon arrival. Location wise, I thought it would be a bit more central, but the town centre of Villasimius is actually quite small. You can walk to the centre, a good 10min walk.
Waste wise, you do have to bring your own compost and non-recyclable waste to the recycling centre (a few min away from the flat by car) which is manageable but to note that there is no kerbside collection.
The flat has a nice terrace with mountain/countryside view, as seen in the listing description. There were however a few things that were not as per the flat description on Vrbo: there was no wifi in the flat and it wasn’t a smartTV (common definition of smartTV is ability to browse netflix or amazonTv etc). There was satellite though. This was something that Harald the flat owner acknowledged and helped us solve with providing us an internet connection that we could hotspot on. Parking wise, we did have a spot to park our car on, but I don’t think it is a private car space (as mentioned in the listing), it felt more of a first come first served, but as we were travelling right before the high season it’s been ok. It’s also a shame (but nothing you can do really!) about the view from the living room being on a nearby building in ruins.
Upon arrival, we were also notified that the fridge was out of order, it was quickly replaced the next day.
At the end of our first week which had very hot weather, we had some issues with the electricity, the mains switching off when the AC was on in addition to either the dishwasher or oven. Again, the flat owner was very responsive and got in touch with the electricity provider to increase the electrical capacity of the flat.
We were the first renters of the season so I believe it should be a bit smoother for the upcoming bookings!

We're just home from a fabulous week in Villasimius. Harald's lovely apartment worked out really well. It was super clean, spacious with all necessary mod cons, three supermarkets within easy reach, and just a short 10 min walk to the main piazza. We also really appreciated the good quality beach chairs/umbrellas too as even in late September the weather was hot!
Harald's a great host -- he left us a lovely care package on arrival and we especially loved his restaurant/wine/cheese recommendations. We visited Sa Tankitta on his advice and weren’t disappointed. In fact we went three times during the week as the food was awesome, service great but definitely make a reservation as it's a popular spot!
But the best thing about Villasimius are the beaches. Our favourites were Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis (gets really crowded though, even in Sep) and Cala Pira, which is just south of Costa Rei. Definitely recommend hiring a car to explore all the surrounding beaches as they are simply fabulous. Crystal clear, warm, turquoise blue water full of fish! We also hired a boat (we used Sud Nautica located in the marina) which was great fun and the perfect way to see the coastline. It’s a wonderful place to holiday - we'll definitely return.

A lovely apartment - very clean, bright and comfortable - with a great view from the balcony and only a short walk from the centre of town. Excellent host who made us very welcome, responded quickly to our questions and recommended places to eat, beaches to visit and timetable for the local buses and taxi numbers. The beach chairs and sun umbrellas available for use were very useful. We had a very enjoyable time here. Would recommend a stay here.

Well maintained and super clean apartment with everything required for a relaxing stay in Sardinia. Harald and his wife were wonderful hosts and met us when we arrived, Harald gave us a tour of the town and pointed out all the places of interest , beaches and all other local amenities, which was a very nice touch.
We visited nearly all the local beaches ,which we loved,plenty of shops and restaurants in town and great supermarket near to apartment Euro Spin.
Harald recommended Sa Tankitta restaurant which was lovely and well worth a vist,would advised booking in advance as it gets very busy. Pizzeria Acquarius was nice but very busy
If you are looking for a romantic evening meal try Arcada, it has a roof terrace and subtle music, my husband recommends the Tuna steak here, I had the beef filet steak which was lovely apart from the strong red wine sauce,which overpowered the meal.
By far our favourite was a local restaurant called Tonios, very varied menu, excellent staff , great value for money and Pizzas to die for, perhaps not as showy as the others but we loved it and ate there 3 of the 7 days we were on holiday.

I couldn't recommend this apartment - or Villasimius more. I received such a warm welcome from the owners, who were happy to show me around and recommended some lovely restaurants and things to do. The apartment itself is beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable and a great place to unwind after a day on the beach. It's also well located, close to nice places to eat and a couple of supermarkets, as well as a stop for the beach shuttle bus, which is a good service if you haven't got a car. It's also only about 10/15 mins walk from the main piazza. A great stay all round.
