Great accommodations, well equipped, very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Loved the screened in porch and dock. Great neighbor Dave was also a fantastic fishing guide. Perfect location just off the Homosassa River and near the gulf. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and the use of the kayaks were great. We were just confused because the listing says hot tub but there was not a hot tub on the property. We would stay there again though. We would definitely recommend this property.

The house was great, not too far from the Freezer, and Shed. Water access was good. The ice maker was fantastic. Really enjoyed the fire pit at night. Very good time and will try to rent again.

Really nice home and dock really enjoyed our stay and fishing plenty room for our boats.

We were in town for a music festival in this house is absolutely stunning. Everything you could possibly need is there. All of the furnishings and accessories are top notch. Super convenient to all of our favorite places. Plenty of parking. Beautiful lawn and dock area. My only regret is that I did not have time to make use of the kayaks. If we go to Homosassa for an event again, this is the first property I will try to rent.

This is our 2nd year staying here - it is so beautiful on the canal and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was provided. Loved going out with Captn. Dave - we all needed some down time and this is the perfect place.

Great home that was well stocked with everything we needed. The check-in/out process was super smooth. Beds were extremely comfortable and the property was absolutely spotless. The cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and I’ve been in a lot of them. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

This house is perfect, we booked it for our yearly family scalloping trip and it lived up to everything described. The house is setup perfectly and has so many small things that make it great: -ice maker on the dock for our boat each day -Games for the family -fully stocked kitchen - so clean - comfortable beds - and the list goes on. We already are trying to figure out dates out for next year so we can book again!

This was our fourth year staying in this home for our annual scalloping trip. There is good reason why we return here each year—perfect location, beautiful property, terrific layout both inside and outside of home, and great communication with the owner. Our group, consisting of 3 family members and 3 friends, have always liked the set up of the home. It has plenty of open space in the well-stocked kitchen, comfy living room, and large dining space. While we didn’t use the kayaks and fire pit this year, they are always well-maintained and nice to have the option to use. The boat house and dock are a huge plus! The cut back to the dock is easily accessible for our 27 foot boat. Just as in previous years, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning! Thank you for having us!

This was our first time to Homosassa and it didn’t disappoint! The dock was nice to sit out on after a long day on the boat. The ice machine was so convenient. Kids loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The house is very conveniently located to get to the restaurants and springs by boat. The house itself is spacious, clean, decorated very nicely and well maintained. We’ll be back!

This property is so nice and easy to get to. Had the water right in the back yard with easy access to fishing and kayaking. This home just felt like a home, we felt comfortable right when we walked in! We will for sure be coming back here for another relaxing vacation!

We have stayed in 50+ VRBO rentals over the past several years, and this was definitely one of the very cleanest properties, inside and out, that we have stayed at. The location was convenient; we liked that it was only about a mile from the boat ramp. Parking for our truck and boat trailer, as well as my dad's vehicle was more than adequate and easily accessible. Home has been updated and has lovely decor and furnishings. The large back yard is so inviting and peaceful. Overall, it was a wonderful 3 night stay, and we definitely give this 5 stars in all aspects!

We had a great first visit to Homosassa/Crystal Springs. We all enjoyed the house that was stocked with everything we needed, including the kayaks, games, puzzles, and kitchen items. The house was presented just as it was online, and we highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

The house was just as described and pictured. We had a very nice time around the Homosassa & Crystal River area. Lots to do and see and we enjoyed coming back to the house and sitting out on the back porch each evening. The house was very well stocked and we had no issues other then trying to get the TV logged onto the cable box. We had to figure out what the prior guests had done but we finally got it to work. I would recommend this house for sure!

Perfectly stocked home. There was everything you need and more. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened lanai and screened boathouse, plenty of lights and ceiling fans in both for additional comfort. Ice maker came in so handy for stocking coolers and for going fishing. Location was excellent, nice outdoor space, right on water, close to restaurants and grocery stores, yet so quiet and peaceful. In all aspects it is an outstanding vacation property.

Beautiful home! We loved the large open living area. It was the perfect place to relax. The neighborhood was so peaceful. The screened in porch overlooking the water was perfect. A great place to get away with family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to rebook! The home was very nicely updated, extremely clean and comfortable and stocked with all the amenities a family would need. Great location to activities and restaurants with a gorgeous backyard view. We fished, made smores each night in the firepit, grilled dinner, saw dolphin in the canal. Kids thought we were in paradise. Exceeded everyone's expectations.

Checked in to this lovely spacious home and were so pleased with all that it offered. We had a pretty full schedule of activities and this did not use many of the amenities offered, but it was an oasis to return to after our busy days at the animal park and manatee observatory, Drunken Pirate History Tour, and time out in the Chassowitska Marsh.

This house did not disappoint in the least. We wanted to take a few days to get away from the grit n grind of everyday life and just relax. It was so peaceful and the waters were so still - simply amazing. My family could have easily stayed longer, since the home had everything you needed and more. The pictures do not do it justice and the house seemed a lot larger. We took out the kayaks and had an amazing time seeing manatees and even dolphins. Everything you need is within distance (grocery stores, restaurants), and we even walked about a mile to have breakfast. My husband and I spent every morning in the lalai room which I referred to the "la-la" room since you could "la-la" your hours away. We would definitely stay at this house again in the near future. If you're a fisherman it would be paradise, but even though we weren't this house was simply amazing.

We truly enjoyed our trip to Homasassa despite the rain! This house was a great place to hang out when it was raining. Plenty of covered outdoor space, games, puzzles and DVDs. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked to prepare a meal at home. It’s such a peaceful place. We look forward to coming back next year.

Our family and close friends have made scalloping a tradition over the years. We always booked a different home each year until we found this one a few years ago. From our first trip here, we truly felt this is our home away from home! In fact, we planned this summer’s trip around the availability of this home, and it was the best year yet! We stayed Monday through Friday, so we were able to avoid the weekend crowds on the water. We were also fortunate to have great weather. What makes this the perfect vacation home? The layout of the home is perfect for our families to hang out and dine on our catch of the day. We love the serenity found out back, whether it’s sitting around a bonfire or watching the rain from the screened in porch. It is important to also note that this home is perfect for those who plan on bringing a boat. There is plenty of dockage and easy to navigate from the river (for reference, we have a 28ft. Center console). Parking for a boat trailer as well as vehicles is plentiful. Finally, I want to thank Marni for having our crew again this year! She has been so kind to us over the years and great with communication! We look forward to returning next summer!

This is the second year we have stayed here. Marni is always very accommodating and helpful. We love that we can bring our boat here and hang out in the boat house after a day of being on the water. We will book here next year as well. Thanks for an awesome weekend!!
