Sea Whisper était nouveau sur le marché de la location en 2014, l'un des six éco-lodges recouverts de cèdre à Wheal Friendly Gardens, Rocky Lane, St Agnes
Sereine, ultra contemporaine mais confortable, la maison offre l'évasion parfaite de l'agitation de la plage en contrebas. Le logement s'étend sur un niveau avec un bel espace de vie décloisonné pour se détendre, cuisiner et rattraper les événements de la journée. Avec des portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur le coin salon et la chambre principale, l'intérieur coule facilement sur la grande terrasse fermée. Dînez avec style ou détendez-vous sur le mobilier de jardin confortable avec vue sur la cime des arbres dans la vallée en contrebas.
Aventure ou détente à votre porte. Dérivez sur la plage, à 5 minutes à pied, pour surfer, faire du kayak, nager ou pagayer sous l'œil vigilant des garde-côtes (pendant la saison estivale). Ou détendez-vous simplement sur la plage ou dans le bistrot de la plage avec un café ou quelque chose de plus fort. Nourriture délicieuse une option supplémentaire.
Promenez-vous sur les falaises pour rejoindre les promenades côtières. Des vacances toute l'année où vous pourrez découvrir la nature à son meilleur au fil des saisons, la bruyère violette brillante et l'ajonc jaune le long des falaises, la vue d'un phoque, d'énormes vagues de tempête aussi excitantes que la beauté de la mer turquoise plate sous le soleil d'été.
Aller aux magasins est à 10 minutes à pied tant que vous n'êtes pas retardé par les cafés et les galeries en chemin ou simplement pour vous arrêter et regarder la vue.
De superbes pubs et restaurants sur le pas de la porte proposant une excellente cuisine locale, y compris un restaurant de poisson dans la Trevaunance Cove elle-même. Un endroit spécial qui est aimé par les habitants et les visiteurs.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The property is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It is perfectly located with shortcut footpaths to the beach, Trevaunance cove 5 mins downhill but nicely staggered by the footpath at the end of the drive. Coffee and pasties at the cafe and beer and chips from the driftwood. Charming little clothes shop my girls loved. We discovered another footpath up to the villiage and that was interesting and again thankfully staggers the uphill walk. Morning visits to the bakery. Back down through a tippy staple to the beach and many lovely cliff walks. We were extremely happy with our break and the sun shone. We love st Agnes and we loved and we loved the sea whisper. We would love to stay again. Doggies happy and loved the walks.

A brilliant place to stay in St Agnes and everything you could need in a holiday home is provided for a care free stay. Private and secluded location close to beach and a short walk to town for all the pubs, restaurants and cafes. Amazing walks along the coast cliff path either side of the cove. We have stayed in several places above the cove, and this is a real gem and it will be the place we will always try and stay in future visits. Thank you!

Superb accommodation - bright, modern, clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. 5 mins walk from Trevaunance Cove (surfing, swimming, kayaking) and 10 mins walk from quaint St Agnes. Well placed for St Ives, Penzance etc. Had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend.

The lodge was as beautiful as in the advertisement. It was the best stocked home we ever rented. Everything you wish for was available! The bay below is quite nice. Driving up the entrance was a bit frightening at fisrst but you get used to it and enough room to turn around your car. We were able to use our chromecast and watch Dutch programs. We really loved the house!

Such a little gem. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach albeit a very steep one . Peaceful and glorious location. Modern bright clean and airy. And a parking space. Just stop looking and book it.

Sea Whisper is a very comfortable, well equiped lodge. Lovely and quiet with good views. Its not far from Trevaunance Cove and St Agnes and a short drive to the beautiful beach of Chapel Porth.

Beautiful place, spotlessly clean and sooo well equipped. We loved our stay, great walks each way along the coast and enjoyed the bakery and celebrating New Year at the Driftwood - highly recommended :-)

The accommodation was great for our family of 5 adults. Set in a beautiful location with a lovely cove, coastal walks nearby, we had a great week enjoying the countryside and the peace and quiet of the cottage. While the local roads were narrow, access was fine. Cycling was a challenge due to the steep hills, but there is a lot of amazing views to be found.
We enjoyed a dinner in the nearby pub and recommend the local bakery for lovely bread, cakes and pastries.

St Agnes is a stunning tiny Cornish town with a beautiful bay. Driftwoods Arms offers great pub and locally brewed ales and gin. Holiday home has everything you need - comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, spacious deck. Located fabulous up a quiet private road yet only 5 mins from beach and shops. We had a great holiday 😊

We had a very pleasant stay in this clean and spacious property. The host/owner in particular is very responsive to questions. Finding the property for the 1st time can be a bit tricky but instructions are excellent.
The property was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed.
We look forward to staying there again in the future.

We absolutely loved staying here, the property was clean, homely and really well stocked with bits and bobs you might need, real thought has gone in to this home. We stayed with our 8 year old son and 2 year old daughter who felt at home right away and loved playing hide and seek. The decking was fantastic for them to play on and us to sit out for lunch on sunny days. The location is amazing being a couple of minutes walk to the beach and our favourite pub, The Driftwood Spars. We can’t wait to come back, thank you for such a special week making unforgettable family memories.

Everything about the Sea Whisper property in Wheal Friendly Gardens was top notch. I’d never used VRBO and was impressed with the ease of booking and the information provided in relation to our stay, mainly through the App. The property was exactly as described. It’s well appointed and there was nothing we felt the property lacked in order to have an easy self catering holiday. The kitchen, bedrooms, lounge area and bathrooms are all very modern, nicely furnished and very clean. Sea Whisper is close to Trevaunance Cove (St Agnes beach), Driftwood Spars for meals and a beachside cafe for cream teas, snacks and tea/coffee. An uphill but not difficult walk I to the village offers additional options including the welcoming St Agnes hotel where we had several nice breakfasts. All in all a very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

Such a wonderful quiet village setting, yet only a stroll to the beach and local pub where excellent food could be found.
About a 10 minute walk into the main part of the village where more pubs / restaurants can be found.
Couldn't fault the accommodation. Will definitely be returning without a doubt.
Lots of steep hills to ascend./ descend so not best suited for those with mobility issues, but I wouldn't hesitate to 100% recommend this little countryside gem.

Review of Sea Whisper
Well equipped property within walking distance to beach ( 5 mins down steep hill) and welcoming local pub, Driftwood Spars and pizza restaurant overlooking sea, Schooners. Enjoyed meals in both places. Also enjoyed lunch in St Agnes Hotel and plenty of other cafes to have coffee/snacks. St Agnes is well served by local shops eg bakery, butchers, Spar.
Alison, owner of property was excellent with communication/information and directions.

Lovely lodge
Lodge was modern and had everything you need but no instructions for the appliances. Unable to access online link nor could the manager. Trees stopped sun on most of the decking and footpath overgrown. No views. Other lodges were better positioned. Pleased it was within walking distance of the sea and it also had a parking space nearby.

Lovely stay at St Agnes
The lodge itself was pristine and very comfortable, it had everything that we needed for our stay. We loved where it was situated amongst trees and it was very peaceful, the walk into the village only took 15 minutes. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful eco-lodge in excellent location
We were impressed by how clean and comfortable, light and airy the property was. Everything we needed was there and more, plus easy access to good local amenities (bakeries, brewery, take aways, pubs etc) and coastal walks. We also enjoyed surfing lessons at the beach, a short distance away. The information provided by Alison was spot on and very useful. We had a great week thanks!

Fabulous Location in the Heart of St Agnes
We are just back from a fantastic stay at Sea Whisper. Would highly recommend lodge, has everything you need and was very cosy and warm. The location is amazing, we have stayed in a few different locations and places in Cornwall and this is by far the best. 5 minutes walk to stunning beach, great local pub serving fantastic food. Was lovely to have everything on doorstep and not have to drive everywhere. I have already booked my return visit and can’t wait to return.

Great property in a great location!
This property was extremely well furnished and felt like the home from home you wish for when away. The location was perfect with a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach and the bar, pub and restaurants and then a 10 minute walk up the hill to St Agnes Village, which had all you need. A butcher, baker, green grocery, local store, pub and restaurant, fish & chip shop and a great pizza takeaway! (Gluten free available if of interest). Only needed to get in the car once to go anywhere! Perfect relaxing holiday - thank you Sea Whisper!!

Location,Location, Location
We stayed in Sea Whisper last week, and the location is spot on! It's just over 5 mins walk to the beautiful Trevaunance Cove.
The property was very comfortable and decorated really nicely. The kitchen is well equipped, and it has a large balcony with comfortable garden furniture on and gas BBQ.
The only draw back for us was that the bedroom walls are very thin and the kids bedroom is right next to the living room, so when the kids went to bed, they had trouble getting to sleep as they could hear us talking and watching TV.
All in all this is a great place to stay in a lovely quiet location.

Great property with amazing views.
Very clean and well appointed property. All needs were catered for, tea, coffee, sugar and milk etc. Washing and cleaning equipment available, Hand wash and toilet paper. Dog friendly with enclosed decking area.
We really enjoyed our stay, great location to discover Cornwall. The walks into the village and to the beach are quite steep, not a problem for us but may be a bit daunting for the elderly or those with disabilities.
We will definitely use this property again and St Agnes is one of our favourite places in Cornwall.
