We had a great stay at this wonderful appartement. The owners are super friendly French speaking and do everything to make your stay comfortable. Never before we had such a well equipped appartement for our children, with even plastic plates and cups, a child seat, baby bed etc. It’s a nice walk from the apartment to town or the cabin lift up to the top. We will definitely come back!

Perfect apartment for our stay in the Alps with wonderful views of the mountains. Chantal and Philippe are great hosts and we will return next year for another wonderful stay.

What a beautiful home, we have had a truly wonderful time in Chantal and Phillipes home, fully equipped, wonderful homely decoration and a pleasure to come back to after a day on the slopes. Four of us stayed at the appartment for a week in August 201, me my girlfiriend and our two young girls. Firstly, the appartment has everything you would need and more. It is kept in fantastic condition and is thoroughly clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and the patio is a fantastic place to sit and watch the village in the evening. The owners, Chantal and her husband are perfect hosts in that they are available any time for any help whilst allowing us our privacy. They were very friendly and bought us a cheese as a welcoming gift along with discount tickets to the local pool and ski-lifts, both of which we used often. The position of the apartment couldn't be better. It's a very short walk from the village and the view of the mountains, village and valley from the apartment are superb. Le Grand Bornand is one of the best places as it has a proper 'lived-in' village as opposed to some resorts which cater for skiersso there's a real sense of community there which was very apparent during the Wednesday market. In summer the ski lifts give superb access to the mountains for walking and the apartment is the perfect base for cycling some cols. It takes 1 minute to get the begining of the Col de la Colombiere and ten minutes from Col de Aravis. If you want a challenge try Col des Annes. I can't recommend this apartment enough and we will be returning next year. Thank you very much for a great stay Chantal.
