The bathroom in my room could use better lighting. Even though I did see someone cleaning the pool, it was still a bit cloudy.

my tv didn’t work for most of my stay , I told them however the information wasn’t communicated with the owner by once I spoke to her my tv got replaced within minutes.

Location and security.

We were told housekeeping is scheduled every other day, however 2 days past where the room was not cleaned.

Lots of little things needed then it will be a good 3 star hotel and the pool needs cleaning,air dryer needed to be available newer sun lounges with cushions

The staff was very kind, receptive, and attentive.

All was good, except we wish the water was warmer during showers. The photos are exactly as depicted on the site.

Chef was lovely and always happy to cater to our needs . Victoria- was very attentive and quick to act if something went wrong. Gardener was friendly and always happy to help. Thank you all.

The breakfast selection needs to be abit more cosmopolitan. Fruit should be added to the menu. Would also be nice to have honey and lemon available at breakfast for the hot drinks.

This was my 3rd stay. This Is a BEAUTIFUL Building with great surroundings. Love the room size & location, l RATED 10 the FIRST VISIT because the staff especially Dextoy & Sanya (no longer staff) made so much effort to be NICE & welcoming they smiled and made us feel they were actually happy to help and be of good service. This B&B has been renamed & under new management. This time we felt as if we were TOLERATED! Sad really, there was a wedding on the day we checked in...we weren't notified or even offered an apology for the TERRIBLE NOISE we had to endure for hours until the wee hrs of the morning whilst the smell of cannabis smoking floated throught the window and permeated our room. NON SMOKERS we are. We didn't sleep that 1st night sadly 😪 😔 after a long drive down from Kingston. No reception staff was on hand when we arrived and after waiting a while, l had to go looking for someone to check us in Then we were told an email was sent a day before to pre check in.. sadly, emails have a way to land where they may. Could be due to interrupted wifi..can't say. Took another 27 mins filling in data on my phone, whilst headachy and tired before we were finally able to go to our room. THANK YOU (female manager, apologies for forgetting your name)FOR LIFTING OUR HEAVY SUITCASES up the stairs.. NO MALE ASSISTANT . We had a NICE COOKED BREAKFAST 😋, hot beverage was available. Bed was very comfortable. THANK YOU. My husband had to get a spanner and fix a shower that did not work whilst l was fully saturated with shower Gel. MAY I KINDLY REQUEST YOU PLEASE DO BETTER, WITH HOW YOU RECEIVE GUESTS. Not everyone reacts well to a Blank stare or non smiling face. Please DO BETTER . I returned because the first 2 visits were GREAT! This trip was disappointing sadly, not because of the facilities or the hiccups including the flooding from a leaky a/c. (Thanks for the towel to soak up the water.

attractive exterior and easy to find.

once checked in it did go downhill. we were placed at the end of the corridor next to the toilets. so this was quite loud throughout the night. cars beeping to be let in and then loud banging early morning. breakfast we were separated from the rest of the guests and breakfast itself was very basic. around 10.30/11pm guests were coming and going, shouting in the lobby and being quite disrespectful to other guests which should be managed by the hotel. the shower was cold even on hot and bed hard. we would have stayed elsewhere if it were not for ease of location and luckily only one night.

The room was spacious, and the facility was convenient and user-friendly. The staff were rather polite and helpful.

The lighting in the room was dull and the food needed a bit more variety.

The food was ok. They have very good laundry service and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and good lighting.

We had let them know a day in advanced our dinner selections, then the next day without any notice the said the cook went home and no meals would be served. They do not want to give you a glass of water with your breakfast, lunch or dinner. They want you to pay instead for their over priced bottle of water.

pool wasn’t clean, water pressure was very low and hardly any hot water
