An absolute amazing property and property owners (John & Liang). We have just had our 6th stay at the property.

We had a delightful time at this gorgeous property, with multiple living areas and a large spacious garden to match the spacious interior this was the perfect getaway for us all. Conveniently located in the Tamar region it is the perfect place to tour around the region from.

The best hosts, so friendly and hospitable. The house is amazing, lots of space, well kept, huge garden, relaxing sunroom etc. So good we have been there twice.

This accommodation is very comfortable, has lots of room and you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.
4 wonderful bedrooms with great beds.
The small touches of fresh flowers, apples and some chocolates is the kind of detail that adds to the stay.

Very friendly and responsible hosts, super clean house with comfortable beds and fresh linens. A ton of space for our group of 4 women and the kitchen was well stocked with most everything we needed to cook several meals. Location was good also, very close to a Woolworths and quick drive into Launceston. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic vacation at the property. The house was immaculate and well kept. John and Liang were excellent hosts who provided great communication and suggestions before and during our stay. Lovely hosts greeted us on arrival and showed us through the property. The extensive and beautifully appointed house easily accommodated the 5 adults and 4 children of our extended family. Within 24 hours the stressful lives we lead were forgotten and we settled in for a most relaxing holiday.

We are five friends who caught up for a girls' getaway to celebrate 30 years of friendship. John and Liang's house was simply perfect! Gorgeous gardens, huge home, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. We cooked up beautiful meals in the well equipped kitchen. John and Liang also had a real Christmas tree set up with lights! We absolutely recommend this property to others.

We loved our stay here. We were fortunate to have two adjacent properties which meant a group of friends could share time together and wander back and forward. The house is immaculate and luxurious. Loads of space and good amenities and appliances. Everything was spotlessly clean.
The location is perfect for a Tamar Valley adventure, including many great wineries. Launceston is very close. There are a few shops, including a small bakery, cafe and lolly shop just up the street at Grindelwald Swiss Village.
Liang and John are the best hosts around. We hope to stay there again next year.

Superb in every way
We were one of two families (friends) that stayed in the house and enjoyed our stay immensely - larger house with lots of different living spaces for personal space and peace and quiet - beautiful location and walking distance to the village and a 20 min drive (or bus) into the city - John and Liang were very welcoming and helpful - A great way to finish of our 2 week Tasmanian adventure. Would recommend highly

Lovely Property
We had a lovely stay in May with friends and our children, the property was beautifully presented and our hosts were extremely accommodating and welcoming. Great location and a beautiful large home that suited our family with children with plenty of space indoors and out and fully fenced in yard for the kids to play safely. Would recommend for sure.

Magnificent mansion

Pristine property; lovely hosts!
We were blown away by both the property itself and how helpful the hosts were. The house is gorgeous - solid, with a logical floor plan - and everything you could ever wish for was in it. Beautiful and functional furnishings and appliances; not over-cluttered. The outdoor area is private and immaculately maintained. The location was convenient to Launceston and we enjoyed the Swiss Village across the road and going for scenic drives. We only wish we could have stayed longer so that we could have used the lovely bunch of fresh herbs that was put out in the kitchen. This wonderful property is clearly loved and we couldn't recommend it (and the amazing hosts) highly enough!

A slice of Paradise
Large Swiss chalet surrounded by similarly themed houses with manicured gardens. Plenty of room for a large stay and close to all amenities. Owners friendly and welcoming and would definitely stay there again, highly recommended to all.

The owners were there to meet us on arrival with a nice bowl of apples.
Also they were friendly and they called us next day to make sure that everything was okay.

Bridal party accommodation
We rented out this house off the beautiful John & Liang for ourselves and our bridal party.
It was the perfect experience from start to finish, they warmly welcome us into their home with a lovely bottle of wine and beautiful fresh flowers all throughout the house.
The house was truly amazing and accommodated us perfectly, we had ample room for all of us to get ready for the wedding and the limousine was even able to pick me up from the door and reverse out!
We cant highly recommend this beautiful couple and their gorgeous house enough, its a definite must stay for anyone who is wanting a piece of paradise on a holiday.
