Wir hatten einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Top Lage (10 min zu Fuß im Zentrum/Seeufer und 5 min zu Gondel/ Wanderaufstiegen) Gastgeber Andy ist super nett und kümmert sich sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Sehr schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Garten, Terrasse und kleiner Dachterrasse. Kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again if we travel as a large group! Facilities and location were perfect! Communication with the owner was fantastic and very helpful.

Rigtig god beliggenhed. Næsten ski in/ski out ( 50 m gang til pist). God kommunikation med udlejer. Sendte kaffemaskine, da den gamle var gået i stykker. Området er rigtig smukt og perfekt for familier med børn. Vores børn på 6,11 og 13, var vilde med det. Vender helt sikkert til tilbage, og havde booket til næste år hvis den ikke allerede var udlejet i uge 7 :-).

Alles super, gerne wieder.

We were 4 adults and 6 children who spent four nights in this house. Everything worked perfectly. Very good communication with the owner. Location at the house are great for exploring Zell am See. Close to shops, shopping, swimming and lifts. Everything within walking distance. We will be happy to come back here in the future!

Very cheap and quite comfortable house for 9 people. We had no trouble with the amount of glasses, tableware ect. There is a good dishwasher, so it is easy to Washington the dishes afterparty every meal. Andy was polite and answered any questions we had fast, the house was clean and there was soap, peper, salt, dishwashertablets and toiletpaper. Nice details! The house however had a few little flaws: one Boeing that one of the showers was nice, but you had to hold the showerhead yourself, because it did not fit in the holder. All and all, we had a very good time over here, for a good price.

Stayed for a week in May and we loved it . There was 5 adults and 3 children and this chalet held us all comfortably. Apartment was clean and tidy with a good size garden for kids to play in. Situated about 10 minute walk from centre but buses were available if required. Owner kept us informed about our stay prior to arrival and was available during our stay. All in all had a lovely holiday here and would book again

We had a plesant stay! The apartment have everything you need and the location is great. The owner, Andy is very kind and helpfull.

A lovely spacious, well presented house only a short walk down to the very pleasant Zell Am See town centre, and not too far up the hill to the Schmittenhoehenbahn. The house is clean, comfortable and well furnished / equipped and our family of 2 Adults and 4 children very much enjoyed our time there during August. The owner was very attentive in all correspondence and keen to ensure we were happy with all aspects of our stay. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed in February 2016 with 4 adults and two under 5s. We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious, warm and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and the open plan living area was large enough. Bedrooms were also large, particularly the one on the top floor. It is possible to walk 5 min to get onto a blue piste that takes you to the city express lift. Non-skier lessons are about 15 min walk up the hill (difficult with pushchairs) so the frequent busses are very helpful (and free with a ski pass). Nice to have a patio, garden and balconies.

We had a fantastic two weeks in Zell, made all the more pleasurable by this great chalet. It has plenty of space inside and out so we were not all on top of each other, all the facilities and equipment you'll need and a really pleasant and helpful owner (especially as I had to call him on his holiday in Greece after I'd been an idiot with the safe!). The chalet is a 10 minute walk from Zell which means you are away from the busy road, it was very peaceful and has a lovely vista up to the neighbouring fields and mountains. Highly recommended

We were very pleased with this chalet. Both the owner and housekeeper were efficient with providing information and answering any questions. The chalet was clean, well fitted out and exceeded our expectations. The chalet is located 10 minutes walk from Zell am See and the cable car. Also ideally located to a network of fantastic mountain footpaths so excellent for keen walkers. Would definitely recommend to all.

We used the house as a base for week in July, whilst motorcycle riding the roads Austria. We could have stayed in town for a week as there is so much to do and see. The town has lots of bars and restaurants, all of which were a reasonable price and great service and quality. Good selection of shops too. The house is in a great location, a 10 minute walk down the hill to the centre. There is a ski lift at the bottom of the hill and more at the top. There is a bus service that can take you either way (never used as walking around and looking at the views was much nicer). The house itself is spacious and well equipped. Communication with the owner throughout was quick and professional and upon arrival we met Bridgit the house keeper who was friendly and only a phone call away if we needed her (Which we didn't). Having never been to Zell am See before, it more than met my expectations and the house was perfect for our needs.

Vergißmeinnict is a wonderful holiday chalet; it is clean and well maintained with plenty of space in bedrooms and the living area. It was wonderfully warm with plenty of hot water and a boot rack which was fab. We were lucky with the snow and able to ski from and to the house when we stayed in Zell but also used the house as a base to explore the local ski areas of Saalbach-Hinterglemm & Kaprun (where there is a glacier) giving lots of variety. There's no doubt that the walk to the town is easier than the return especially when there is snow on the ground but the location makes the extra 5 minutes more than worth it. There are bus stops in either direction nearby and plenty of friendly bars and restaurants in the town as well as the indoor pool close by. The owner was a joy to deal with and his housekeeper very helpful. I can definitely recommend and look forwards to returning!

We have recently returned from the most fabulous skiing holiday in Zell am See which included Christmas Day. There were 3 families including two 8 year old girls and both the owner and the housekeeper could not have been any more accommodating. The photos on the website do not do this beautiful house justice, it was immaculate and spacious for the 8 of us who stayed here. The owner went out of his way to make the house “Christmassy” for the children and the housekeeper, Birgit was so lovely and helpful and even took us to a supermarket to get our first groceries. I cannot speak highly enough of the house, the standard of upkeep, how easy it was to deal with the owner and the resort and location of the property. We will definitely be returning here again.

Most impressed with this pleasant & well maintained chalet positioned in a quiet area - large, spacious and comfortable, well furnished a real clean & tidy home from home. Well positioned for Zell Am See town, ski lifts & all amenities etc close to hand. Housekeeper most helpful and friendly. 1st rate accommodation would recommend to all.

Just back from a stay in this house. Have been to Zell twice before and stayed in B&B however decided we would like to try a house. This was exactly as described, a real home from home. Plenty of space there was only 6 of us but would take a group of friends up to 10. Nice walk downhill into the centre of the town slighter longer on the way back as uphill. Several nice hotels nearby. Taxi from Salzburg took us straight to the door and everything we needed including heated boot rack was in the house. Unfortunately snow low down was poor but with a good fall of snow you could ski directly to the house. If not the bus stopped just past the house and took you either up to tresse-express or downhill to the city-express lifts. Would definitely recommend this if your looking for something different. Also had difficulty getting flights from Ireland so flew with Luftansa from Dublin to Frankfurt and then from Frankfurt to Salzburg with luggage checked straight through they were excellent would definitely use them again as well.

On arriving at the Chalet we immediately felt at home, the descriptions were very accurate and it was extremely clean and well maintained. The chalet is in a lovely position not right in the centre where it got really busy. However the stroll back up the hill sometime seemed to take more than 10 minutes, at least we got fitter! An excellent property that we would definitely recommend. (We are a family with older children)
