Beautiful Lakehouse conveniently situated close to hwy 280
Belle maison au bord du lac à seulement 800 mètres au large de 280. Vue imprenable sur le lac Martin. Venez prendre des vacances reposantes dans l'un des plus beaux endroits du lac Martin au "Southern Comfort". Nous avons un 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain dans cette belle maison au bord du lac. Chaque pièce de la maison a une vue imprenable sur le lac. Tous les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine en acier inoxydable pour votre commodité de cuisson. Le salon est très grand pour tous vos besoins de divertissement. La maison dispose d'un accès Internet WIFI et dispose d'une télévision 55 "4k avec Netflix et d'un immense canapé sectionnel avec un lit queen. La salle à manger possède une grande table extensible et un dessus de bar fixe. La chambre principale a un lit king size et un belle promenade en pierre dans la douche. À l'extérieur, une grande terrasse avec un grill extérieur vous permet de griller et de ne jamais manquer une minute de ce qui se passe à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. La maison a une rampe d'accès handicapée menant à la maison et sur le pont. Il y a une belle jetée pour amarrer votre bateau, nager ou attraper du poisson. Nous sommes idéalement situés à moins d'un mile de l'autoroute 280 au River Bridge et juste en face de River North Marina. La rampe de mise à l'eau est située à moins de 8 km. Nous sommes à moins de 10 minutes de Wind Creek State Park et à 30 minutes d'Auburn

Great time at a great place on the lake!

The check in process was seamless. The house was clean and was exactly as described. The view was awesome. Husband caught (and released) many bass and bream from the dock. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. I have zero complaints.

We had a wonderful trip! It was our first trip to Lake Martin and we couldn’t have been happier. This lake house was perfect for our family, and we were so thankful our furry one could join us! We all wished we could stay longer. The owner responded very quickly to answer our questions. We would love to stay here again.

House could be beautiful with new furniture and a real deep cleaning job and organization of cabinets. No bath products, no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no body wash, and no towels put out in bathroom, and no blow dryer. No doors on closet. Needs new and more living room furniture. Dining room table is falling down. Middle bed room is hideous. I hate to make a review like this and I hope Heath will take this as a good thing and show this house some TLC. We the renters pay for the cleaner between renters. There was no cleaner. The coffee pot had not even been clean and tore up after the first pot of coffee after we cleaned the pot. My sister in law and I have traveled all over this country and never seen anything as bad as this. It is a beautiful place and right on the lake.

This place was perfect for a group to gather. The living room and kitchen are perfect for gathering together for games, cards or movies. The deck door opens up and the water is an arm length away.
This is a beautiful place to stay. The host was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet providing us the R&R we needed.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our small group. We were in town for a high school fishing event at Wind Creek. This property has easy access to 280. Getting the boat in and out was a breeze. The additional parking was great for the boat and multiple vehicles. The home is in great condition and was well stocked to accommodate our group. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was in great location with gorgeous view of lake. Everything worked great. Host very easy to communicate with! Master bed very comfortable. Bunk beds would be fine for kids but probably not adult.

Everything was great! Only minor complaint is some minor maintenance issues needed for toilet paper holders, towel racks etc. so know place to hang things!

Lake Martin is our favorite place to stay for Auburn football, and you won’t find an easier drive than this one. It appears to be a work in progress, but all the updates are on point. The price can’t be beat and we had lots of space inside and out.

Good value for the money. Mattresses and pillows were not super comfortable. Nice big screen TV, adequate kitchen. Outside floodlights at kitchen door did not work. We would stay here again. Not luxury accommodations, but very acceptable for us older guys on a fishing trip.

We really enjoyed the house. It's very close to 280 which is super convenient for getting to events at Auburn, although you can't see or hear the highway.

We had a great stay here watching the games on the large TV! The rooms were large and comfortable. The back deck is amazing.

My twin sister and I along with our husbands had a wonderful weekend celebrating our 40th birthday. The property was lovely and we throughly took advantage of the beautiful back porch and convent dock for the boat. Heath was very responsive which we appreciated since we locked ourselves out and he had to save the day! 10/10 recommend. We will hopefully be back with the kids next round!

We had a great weekend at this property. This is located at the north side of the lake. Its the quiet end of the lake. We rented a pontoon and ventured to the south end one day to see area attractions and lake side dinning. The property housed us comfortably to sleep. Additional seating in the living room would be helpful but we just piled onto the sectional. We would definitely consider renting here again.

This property had everything we needed. Had an issue with the air conditioner (nothing serious)- and the owner had someone there to fix it within just a couple of hours! I was sincerely impressed! It was very clean and had the best view of the lake EVER!!

Beautiful and Peaceful place!
This was the absolute best place for our family’s summer getaway! The house was perfect; the neighborhood was so pretty, the kids LOVED the bunk room, the view was beautiful from the back deck, the pier was great for the kids to swim and we did a little fishing also. It was just a perfect week. We will return!

Great Property on Lake Martin
The lake house was very roomy and comfortable. Everything was as described. Host is available and responds quickly. We were able to secure our pontoon at the dock and enjoy each day on Lake Martin. Shopping is nearby so it’s easy to get groceries. We enjoyed our stay immensely! We will definitely return and stay at this property again.

Perfect place for AU graduation weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great host, perfect location, and gorgeous views! The house is very spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating inside and out. Definitely recommend this rental. We will come again.

Spring break stop
Very nice updating to the home. Lots of room for my family to spread out. The dock access was great and my kids fished every day. Master BR and bath are beautiful.
It appeared the home had surface cleaning done. The “bar” in the kitchen was sticky in many places. The kitchen cabinet shelves had dirt, dust and crumbs all over them. There were wrappers, dust and dirt under the couch. Most of The cabinets in the kitchen were a hodge podge of stuff; strainers were located above the counter and below, there were pots, pans and bowls all tossed into the same cabinet. You had to take everything out of the cabinet to find what you were looking for.

The overall experience was great. It was nice to come back from fishing all day and enjoy dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Martin

Cousin Getaway
I rented this property for myself and 3 other Senior Adult Cousins for a 3 night stay. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and amenities of the house. The view was magnificent and the house and furnishings very comfortable. We even saw an eagle soaring above us as we loaded our luggage to leave!
We plan future get togethers and would absolutely rent this property again!

The 2 and 1/2 bathrooms came in handy. The kids love the bunk beds and the dock on the lake.We had a hot water issue with the guest shower and it was attended too.The owner was in communication with me if I had any questions.
