The way of check in, the cleanness, the space and location.

It was mentioned in the check in that use the stairs or elevator but there was no elevator. The WiFi name and password provided were wrong even after we called hel center they had no clue. The way of providing check in information was not easy to understand

Great location, about two minutes from the railroad station and maybe five minutes into the Altstadt. The apartment was roomy, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a two-night stay.

An elevator would have been nice, but the stairs were easy enough to negotiate with our 22" suitcases. Our only complaint (very minor) was that using the doorcodes to open the doors took a bit of fiddling until we realized that the keys needed to be pressed decisively and carefully for the keystrokes to register.

The apartment inside was very modern and spacious. The master bed room was very nicely equipped with a balcony. The apartment is literally stones throw from the main train station, several shops and tram terminus. We had problems getting in with our code but a phone got that sorted within a few minutes.

The sofa bed was a bit unstable and at one point just buckled and folded. The floors were a bit dusty and there was not brooms or dustpans to gather dirt that accumulates over a longer stay. It was right next to the central bus stop so was a bit noisy at times.

I didn’t like how long it took them to give my access pin for the apartment it was not clean the bed was itchy. the floor itself was very very dirty and I couldn’t walk on it without getting disgusted. for that much definitely not worth it it was difficult to reach any of the staff members the sofa bed in the hall was not comfortable at all and the sheets on the bed seemed very dusty and unusable. their rules to get in the house with the entire check in online process on their individual website was very tedious and exhausting as well as unnecessary . messaging me that I have to oblige with the house rules and won’t be getting the access codes ; sounded very demanding and demeaning ; I am paying money to spend the night there so if you don’t want to give me access codes then simply don’t be a host !! i was very disappointed especially since I have no time to relax and those two days were all the holiday I had and I would have preferred to spend them elsewhere.

The location was right, just a couple of minutes walking outside the very center of the old town. Outlook over vast square with trees. Big parking facilities one minute away (underground garage railway station).

The method to get the two entrance codes. Mail with codes came over rather damaged, we had to all Munich central twice.

Good location, easy access

No wishes open. Perfect stay!
