Great location, nice pool and fab views from our room of the Petronas Towers, and from the pool/roof top bar. Lovely and clean, friendly and helpful staff; including security, reception and room service. A multiple of breakfast choices too. We read some reviews beforehand criticising the breakfast options, however, if you can’t find something to eat from the numerous options provided, then perhaps try self catering!

If there were any criticism’s then it would be to have to someone attending the coffee machine for breakfast, as there seemed to be something that needed emptying or filling each morning (but we’re just being picky). Another would be to have a list/brochure of tours that can be provided to guests. Upon asking and booking through reception staff, there was some confusion, and although this was resolved satisfactorily, a little bit more communication may help to reduce any confusion. Our final point would be rude guests, but probably very little can be done about this unfortunately without a policy. It really should be made clear that video calls on loud speaker from mobile phones are not acceptable within communal areas; ie pool, bar and restaurant areas. We’re not sure when it became ‘normal’ for inconsiderate idiots to want everyone else to overhear their personal and rather pathetic conversations. Surely this is what your personal bedroom space is for, or try using the mezzanine level above reception.

My room has no water heater, the parking was hell and dirty while the valet parking wasn’t even complimentary. The breakfast was mediocre.

My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn-South in Kuala Lumpur was decent overall. The hotel maintains the high standards typical of the Hilton brand, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is highly convenient, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. In particular, the monorail station is just a 2-3 minute walk away, which makes getting around the city very easy. The rooftop of the hotel offers a magnificent view of both the Petronas Towers and the KL Tower, which is a wonderful bonus. For the given budget, the Hilton Garden Inn provides a comfortable stay with great value, especially considering its location and amenities.

one area that could use some improvement is the breakfast offerings. While the quality of the food was good, there were very limited options available for vegetarians. The service however was good, and the staff were courteous and professional.

As it is following the standards of Hilton, there was no doubt on facilities. The staff were vey nice, even allow me to keep my luggage's there and go out before checkin

Breakfast varieties are very less, should have been include more continental / indian break fast menus. Pool timing should have extended at least until 8, And i couldn't visit the Gym. And i don't think Jacuzzi available (Should have been more relaxing facility, if there was along with pool)

En general todo, desayuno variado de cocina Malaya y parte europea, habitación y baño cómodo y amplio, con extras en la habitación, piscina con terraza y bar, lavandería, etc muy completo el hotel

La cena no era tipo buffer sino a elegir entre 8 platos y siempre era la misma...y no había mucha cosa de cocina Europea
