Nothing. Staff and facilities were terrible. Except one nice younger white guy at the front desk.

Pool wasn’t clean. Housekeepers were rude and didn’t clean at all. Roaches in the rooms. Property needs to be updated very much. Crappy breakfast options. Terrible place to stay. Don’t waste your money.

It was ok if you are only sleeping

The bathroom was old and rusted

The experience left little to be desired. We changed 3 rooms before settling on one as there were no other options available. All nearby hotels were booked. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, roach infestations , light not working, internet not connecting, bathroom area was stink looking and elevator was filthy to name a few issues. In being assigned the other rooms, we were sent to ones that were already occupied. Additionally, both persons who occupied the room were charged for the cost of the room When we tried talking with the office clerk and the manager they were totally RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to the point where we were literally chased out by the manager who cussed us and spoke in a very loud tone in the company of other guest. He also told us if we wanted a refund we must file a claim with our credit card company to claim fraud… these were his exact words. We were refused a receipt for the 2 payment made out from the other room guest credit card.

Péssima localização, longe de tudo. Prédio velho, atendentes de muita má vontade. Quarto minúsculo, com carpete imundo ,fedorento. Roupas de cama e banho encardidas. Banheiro sujo, vaso sanitário com problemas, sem reposição de material de higiene Reservei um quarto para 5 pessoas, mas só haviam duas camas pequenas de casal. O atendente nos passou que aceitavam 5 pessoas, mas só tinham quartos como o que reservamos, enfim , aceitavam 5 pessoas no quarto, mas não tinham com acomodá-las. Tive que improvisar. Café da manhã horrível . O Booking não deveria oferecer aos seus clientes este hotel. Simplesmente lamentável o ocorrido. Me senti profundamente enganado

Muy tranquilo el lugar sin ruidos.

Falto más limpieza diaria en el hotel.
