Emma was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. The garden is amazing. The location is perfect; easy walking distance to everything in town.

Aparthotel los pinos is a gem in Boquete, the gardens are beautiful and our family enjoyed hanging out outside. It was easy to find, all the taxi drivers knew exactly where it was. It also has a great location in town, we walked most places and there are a number of great restaurants close by (Boquete brewery and the food truck there were great, as well as a small pizza place pretty well around the corner). The host Emma was very helpful, we had our laundry done while there and she also arranged our taxi back to the airport for much cheaper than other options. The layout of the suite was great for our family so that we could hang out after the kids were in bed and do our breakfast there. Would absolutely stay there again, gracias!! The

Very good location and the play structure was amazing. Our kids had lot of fun there. The morning sound of birds was great and the host lady is very welcoming.

The property is dated and lot of fixtures inside the apartment are due for repair.

The gardens are lovely and the gazebo is a great place for morning coffee or happy hour. The location is perfect in that you are a short walk to some great restaurants and center of town but you aren’t on the main road.

This isn't an issue with the property but there occasionally power outages in the whole city, which apparently happens quite a bit, and there isn't a generator. So be ready for that possibility

the garden is lovely, full of of flowers and very green. you can see hummingbirds. it’s very well located close to restaurants in town but on a fairly quiet street.

i didn’t really manage to get the hot water to work, after the first day…it was more lukewarm, which isn’t pleasant after a day of trekking. the place si clean, but a bit worn out. but for this price, ot was among the cheapest we can find, not a hostel.

Great personal, Miss Emma was great! Gardens are beautiful and very well kept. Very clean and they have all you need for prepare quick meals. Located really close to the best restaurants in town.

The manager of ApartHotel Los Pinos - "Emma" - is friendly and helpful. The apartment is well furnished; the whole place was clean. The outside grounds and flower gardens are beautiful. At our request, Emma arranged for us to be picked up at the airport in David. We had a very nice stay.

Beautiful gardens, close to town

Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Emma upgraded us with no extra cost when she saw there were 2 of us.

Hot water was scarce and hard to figure out. We were only given one roll of toilet paper and the office was closed when we tried to check out.

The property is close by to the places I like to visit, it's a quiet area, with a nice view. The rooms have 2 bedrooms, balcony, 2 baths and kitchen, so in theory, fully equipped with all you would need and want.

The rooms even though are big, are not that comfy. The beds and the pillows are really not comfortable and are small. The stairs going up to the 2nd floor master are VERY steep, with narrow and high steps, it's an accident waiting to happen.

May not be the best choice for seniors, I am a senior. The main bedroom is on the second floor and has steep and narrow steps.

The apartment had just about everything we needed. It was clean and only a 10 minute walk from the center of town. Emma, the host, was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is located on a road with truck traffic so it can be noisy at times. Also, the house across the street had small barking dogs and a rooster.
