We had such a wonderful stay here! The property owner literally thought of everything. Very family friendly. Lots of board games, corn hole, and a putting green. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. Dishes for toddlers, as well as adults. Communication was great! We’ll definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time with family. We were close to amenities and had fun at the house with games. We were very comfortable and the property had everything we needed. Our host was very attentive and there was a nice welcome gift when we arrived, which was very thoughtful. Great stay!

This house is centrally located in such a great neighborhood. The property manager, since day 1, is super responsive and quick. He helped me with any questions I had. The house was clean, he has games for families to play, nice backyard with great seating and hot tub!
I would recommend this house, hands down, to anyone needing to stay in northern Scottsdale, with close proximity to so many shops, restaurants and other fun things to do.

We loved this conveniently located house! It was clean, welcoming, and provided we three sisters the perfect amount of personal space and places to gather. The host is easy to communicate with and very responsive!

After a very long travel day, a bevy of Quail welcomed us to the neighborhood. Things only got better from there, once we checked in. While we weren't able to partake in all of them, there were more than enough fun activities to pass the time. The home is also centrally located, which made getting to everywhere a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

This property is located in the Kierland area, near many stores, golf courses, and great restaurants. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures. Open floor plan with a good size kitchen with large sliding doors leading to a huge backyard. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners out on the patio, and most evenings played on the putting green. The spa tub is large and very clean, we liked using it as a cool tub at 85-90 degrees.
The master bedroom is very roomy and all the beds are comfortable. The furnishings and bedding are fairly new. Kitchen cabinets are a bit dated but it has good storage space.
The owner, Hemant, is a thoughtful host. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, chocolates, wine and a couple of weeks later, treats for our puppy. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns and was very open to feedback. We will definitly rent from Hemant again!

Our stay was overall a great experience. Our host was very responsive and the location was great. The house was well stocked with all the essentials (laundry soap, shower stuff, even some key kitchen items). The mini out and the hot tube were perfect. I would book again in a heart beat!

My husband and parents came down to stay for a week. We found the house to be very convenient and accommodating. We couldn’t figure out how and why the thermostat temp increased during the night but overall, it wasn’t a big deal. Landlord was very responsive. We’ll be back.

We really appreciated the location, 15-minute walk to Kierland Commons (shopping and dining). House was clean and comfy. The on-line photos represent the house well. The neighborhood was quiet and street not busy. The owner stayed in touch with us to answer any questions if need be. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Everything about our stay was great, but really want to emphasize the location. It's very close to shopping, golf courses, and hiking making it a great place to stay to minimize the amount of travel time between activities.
Will definitely stay here next time we're in town.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Hot tub was great for this time of year. Both adults and kids enjoyed playing shuffleboard. I appreciated the host, Hemant checking in to make sure everything was good. We would happily stay here again.

Very nice home, exactly as the photos showed! The house was very clean and well maintained. It had lots of fun amenities to keep us entertained - we enjoyed the spa and the putting green. The neighborhood felt safe and was very close to high-end shopping and dining at Kierland & Scottsdale Quarter. Hemant is also a very generous and responsive host. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

Filthy floors and fridge on arrival. Only 1 key in lock box. Not enough face cloths or an extra towel for each of 4.
Cupboards were full of loose store bags and other peoples old food plus countertop broken at one end. Indoor & outdoor table not clean. Hot tub needed attention.
1 huge guestroom and 1 tiny one with no fan. Bathroom for small guestroom had child height sink and had only undersink storage which was jammed full of part bottles of old shampoos and miscellaneous bottles. Poor lighting, missing lightbulb....had to take from a lamp in the livingroom.
Small bedroom had a plastic mattress cover and no mattress pad over it.....very hot and uncomfortable. Ice machine made smelly and foul tasting icecubes....needs new filter or a good clean.

My family and I needed a VRBO because I was facing another oral surgery and we wanted something closer to the surgeon's office which is located in Desert Ridge area. We also wanted to be close to restaurants, things for the kids to do, and we wanted a way to wind down and relax. This property delivered all of that and more.
Check in was a breeze, and once settled in, my kids started saying how perfect the house was. It was interesting because I had to undo the air conditioner vent with a butter knife to allow air flow in the second bedroom, which is pictured with a fan that was replaced with a beautiful light fixture. The bed in the master was the softest and lowest bed, the second bedroom was a very hard mattress and very high bed, and the daybed and trundle were comfortable according to my kids, who went to sleep immediately every night.
I could go on and on about this house, and the owner, but I'll conclude with our decision to seek this house everytime we are in Scottsdale, whether it's for oral surgery or just visiting.

It was exactly as the photos showed! Very nice home, kept us cool even though it was 100+degrees outside!! Also enjoyed the miniature golf course in the backyard. There were 3 adults and we had plenty of room, plenty of beds, and we took advantage of the extra TV channels we don't have at our home. We took walks around the neighborhood and felt quite safe. We found this location very close to everything we needed--groceries, fast food, all kinds of stores, and the Mayo Clinic. Definitely would recommend this lovely place for an extended stay!!

Great family home
This home was perfect!!
We were in town for a family wedding. Four adults stayed in this beautiful home and had plenty of room for all of us to prep meals and get ready for our daily activities.
The house was clean, organized and as advertised (that shouldn’t be a thing, but from experience - it is).

Great place to stay in Scottsdale
Great place to stay when visiting Scottsdale. The property is very clean, well stocked, and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the shuffleboard table and backyard hot tub! It is located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The owner is communicative, helpful, and thoughtful (even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy).
I would highly recommend this property.

Not as Advertised
Tired property. Hardly any landscaping.Dead tree in middle of backyard. Another Dead tree removed and poor artificial grass patchwork. Many jets on hot tub not working. Notified owner on day two and never fixed. Shuffleboard severely tilted, could not use. Not one extra towel.
Plenty of shampoo, dish and laundry detergent. Good putting green.

Hemant went above and beyond!
Hemant went above and beyond at accommodating my family. The house was incredible for our young kids, we had so much fun. There was also an unexpected issue with the refrigerator while we were there but Hemant very quickly addressed it so it made no disruption to our trip at all! Highly recommend this property for your family trip.

Great Vacation Home
This property was a perfect fit for myself and friends. We were in town for the Waste Management golf tournament and couldn't ask for a better location. 5 minutes to the course with plenty of shops / food places nearby. The amenities in the backyard were a great touch! Hemant's communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Perfect fit for our needs
Hemant was excellent at communicating with us and offering kind gestures to make our stay more enjoyable. The property is very clean and tidy. It isn’t fancy, but nice and functional in every way. We really appreciated the laundry and vast supply of laundry detergents. Kitchen well stocked. Backyard is adorable. Would absolutely stay at this property again!

Accurate Description
Owner communication was excellent. Location is very quiet neighborhood with great proximity to restaurants, shopping & golf. Hot tub was nice amenity, clean and large. Neighbors were fine with our visit and welcoming. Two bedrooms one with a bath and an office that can be used as third bedroom nicely. Good kitchen and open living/TV area. Comfortably furnished. Clean and kitchen was properly supplied by owner with coffee, drinks, etc.
