Great location within walking distance of everything we needed.Comfy beds. Nice and warm. Great pressure in the shower! Great communication from host. Lovely well fitted and immaculate kitchen. Bonus points for having a teapot!

Close to where we needed to be, good facilities in the accommodation, within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, garages and take aways. Quirky flat on different levels. My sister and I managed ok, but wouldn't be suitable for everyone. The owner does explain before you go, so it shouldn't end up as a negative point. The flat has everything you need for a fairly comfortable stay, it's quiet, plenty of room, the beds are incredibly comfortable and hot water runs from the combi boiler so there's plenty to do all you need. Tim was always just at the end of the phone to help out when needed.

I'd have loved to have seen some guide rails on the outside steps and grab rails particularly on the shower, but we coped without (slowly and gingerly, admittedly), Other than that, it was excellent value.

Location was fantastic. The house is exactly what I would expect for the amount we paid. Loved that there was a working washing machine. The house was clean and the living room felt cosy. I know some reviews mention the furniture not being up to scratch but as we were staying with dogs we didn’t mind/preferred this. Tim was so wonderful, friendly and accommodating.

There isn’t much that would stop us from staying again but the shared garden was a problem for us, the people staying in the house next door weren’t to respectful so the garden area being separated would be a much for us to stay again. Also the carpet around the toilet - but I can get over that and no tea towels in the kitchen.

Stairs. I was traveling with my grandparents and it was uncomfortable for them to take the stairs because washroom was on the first floor

tim answered my texts quickly. Good size bedrooms and living room and clean on arrival. Kitchen has everything you need while you are staying. Good Wi-Fi connection, short walk to a variety of shops. Location is a 5 minute drive to the beach or a 20 minute walk. Local to public transport Would return again

Entrance to property could do with a tidy up. only waste bin was In the kitchen. Would not recommend if you have mobility issues as there are quite a few steps in the apartment

Good location close to everything , very clean through out, was put off by the reviews of the steps until we arrived and seen that there was only a few so was not bad at all , overall would deffod reccomend and would deffo stay again, owner is lovely too we struggled to get in the gate and he came and helped us promptly thank u Tim

This was a trip to see family, the apartment was higlety pigiltery, quite amusing 😆 it was ideal situation for me and my brother. Although it could do with up grading on the furniture.The appartment was clean and comfortable.

Both myself and brother have medical problems ,ie hip replacement and COPD.i would say this place has far to many stairs and we did struggle , it not suitable if you have mobility issues or breathing difficulties, If your in good health this place is OK. But I would advice to the own to mesion the stairs and stupidity to disabled.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Due to the differing floor levels this apartment was slightly inconvenient for more elderly people, and would not suit anyone with mobility problems, as they would be unable to access the property.

I would change the bathroom carpet to vinyl or tiles everything else was great .

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in close proximity to everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice with brand new looking appliances and great for cooking. Tim was a great host, friendly and very responsive.

The property is centrally located, close to all the amenities, town centre and supermarkets. Clean and comfortable, wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We entered the property from the rear and was greeted by an overflowing smelly dustbin and very untidy. Once inside the property was clean and tidy but fridge turned off , the lounge was spacious but the settee old and when sat on it sagged in the middle and the reclining armchair was difficult to put back and metal needed repairing on the footrest so a tad dangerous. An old tv dumped in the corner of the room. Downstairs bedroom smelt damp. Lots of steep stairs over three floors. We left a day early!

The location was good - quite close to shops and only a short drive to parks and beaches. It could have been walked quite easily. The apartment was more like a house, lots of space on three floors. It has a very large living/dining room which was nice for us to have our family over.

The bathroom carpet was a bit smelly but I told the host Tim about it and he said it would thoroughly cleaned before the next visitor. It would have been nice to have some wine glasses and glass tumblers.
