Cette maison adorable Mid Century Modern a toutes les caractéristiques esthétiques d'hier et les caractéristiques modernes d'aujourd'hui. Un niveau, des planchers de bois franc d'origine, une cuisine mise à jour et des meubles revitalisés des années 50 et 60. Trois chambres, deux salles de bains, salle familiale, patio couvert, foyer, grande cour arrière, garage et stationnement supplémentaire. Niché dans une grande zone de Baker City près d'un petit parc.
Profitez de soirées relaxantes dans l'arrière-cour, que ce soit sous le couvert des meubles d'extérieur ou autour du foyer. Il y a beaucoup de place dans la cour pour les jeux de plein air ou les réunions de famille.
Pour ceux d'entre vous qui ont des bébés en fourrure, il y a une zone couverte pour eux. La cour arrière est clôturée afin qu'ils puissent courir gratuitement.

It is a nice clean house that is reasonably priced and had everything that we needed. If we return to Baker, we plan on staying here again.

considering the age of the guests grab bars in the bathrooms could be a consideration. (toilet and tub shower) Overall it would be difficult to find fault with anything.

Manlove Baker City Trip
We really enjoyed our stay at your house! The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to work in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and the family room was a hit with the kids. The back yard was relaxing and very enjoyable. We look forward to staying at your property again in the future. Thank you!

Passing through Oregon
Updated older house close to highway access. Some questionable houses in the neighborhood, but no issues.
Biggest complaint were the mattresses. Horrible noise and loud spring squeaks with every movement. Should all be replaced.

Nice rental and convenient
I had family visiting from out of town and needed a place for them to stay. This was just down the street from our home and property was well maintained. Family truly enjoyed the house and bonus was it was walking distance to our house down the street. Communication was wonderful and would consider this rental again in the future.

Great place to stay in Baker
We were staying here for the 1A State Basketball Tournament and it was perfect.
Home was clean and nicely put together. I would stay here again.

AMAZING!
Perfect for our two families to get together! We hit the mountain for a couple days and this was the perfect house to spend the mornings and evenings enjoying our families with the kids and the snow! Owners were amazing! Thank you!

Cozy hime in Baker City
Place was clean and cozy. Michelle was very responsive. I’m sure the listing said this but the air conditioning was only in one bedroom so the rest of us were a little warm even though we opened all of the windows. Nice back yard as well.

beautiful garden and property
One of my favorite places to stay! This wonderful house has all the amenities you need and a special and beautiful garden and tree swing. The house is clean and spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of supplies to cook. The strawberries were ripe and we were encouraged to pick them! A complete bonus! Love this place and the owners are top notch and so nice.

Wonderful Stay
Everything was really great! There was no AC in the bedrooms, which is probably not normally a problem, but it was really smokey outside when we stayed. Everything else was perfect!

the house is clean and updated. the furniture is clean
but not real comfy. the bedrooms were comfortable but warm due to hot weather. there was a window unit in one end of the house with fans that keep the main living area comfortable. All in all it is a nice home.

Enjoyed Baker City
Had a great time in Baker City. Found the house just as advertised, all was perfect. No issues with any equipment. Neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed the cool, fresh mornings sipping coffee on the back porch. Host was great to work with.

Michelle’s home is super comfy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and the space was perfect for two couples. Centrally located, it only took a few minutes to get anywhere! Would stay again for sure!

We had everything we wanted at this vacation rental. Good location. Host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. House was very clean and it was perfect for our friends gathering weekend. I definitely would stay here again.

Meeting in Baker
We gathered with 3 generations of family at Michelle's MCM in lovely, and very centrally located, Baker City. We enjoyed 3 bluebird days at Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort, and the delightful environs of Michelle's MCM (the littles especially enjoyed the swing in the backyard!)

Michelle has thought of everything.
As a former hotel builder, and someone fortunate enough to be able to travel extensively, worldwide, my expectations were shattered on a recent stay in Baker City. From spices in the cupboard, and band-aids in the drawer, to Netflix on the tube, Michelle has created a warm, cozy environment where nothing has been overlooked. This place sparkles and shines. A perfect place for our family to stay when restaurants were closed due to Covid lockdowns. Can't say enough!

Trip to see parents
Michelle and Dave have a great house! She keeps it very clean and updated with her yard. I would recommend this place to everyone! Price is compatible with other places in town and much nicer.

Great Rental
The house was very clean, easy to find right off the highway and in a nice neighborhood. Fully fenced backyard was a great area for my kids to play in after being cooped up in a car all day.
There is a shelf full of beautiful vintage glass, that was a bit nervewracking with children, but my youngest is a preschooler so it wasn't a big problem. I would be more concerned with a toddler.
Great place to stay- nice set up and very clean! The master bathroom's shower is fantastic.
Communication with Michelle was easy and always quick responses.

Clean, Cute Property outside of Baker CIty
We stayed at the property for just one night, so we weren't able to enjoy the backyard much, but it is huge and very cute. The house was clean and well kept.
Downsides: No A/C, the check in was a bit unorganized with me having to ask for the check in instructions and the property not being available right at three, which worked fine given our arrival time. Lastly, the owner charged our deposit for a broken blind which we are nearly positive we did not break. She provided a picture, but that could have been from any time. There were also guests right before us and I think the turnover was rushed. We were disappointing that we were held accountable for something, but ultimately we have no recourse because we didn't think to take pictures before we left. Just something to keep in mind when there is a deposit required for a single night. We barely used the house and now are paying for repairs.

Beautiful sanctuary!
This is a wonderful house with an amazing back yard! The house is clean and well stocked and laid out perfectly! The bedrooms were good sized and the master bathroom gorgeous! The kitchen made for wonderful home cooked dinners . We spent morning coffee and evenings in the back yard enjoying the beautiful garden and trees! The owners communicated with me and were so nice! I will be renting this house again!

Comfortable
The house is as nice as it looks in the photos. It was clean, comfortable and in a good location close to the park and downtown. The back yard is cool and great to hang out in especially on warm summer mornings and evenings. Michelle was easy to communicate with. We had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michelle's MCM. We stayed the week following Christmas, and were greeted with tasteful holiday decorations to add festivity to our stay. The house was decorated in the Mid Century Modern style, taking me back to my own childhood--from the wet bar in the family room to the vintage coffee cups and dishes. The house sits on a HUGE lot, which we are hoping to explore and enjoy more fully when the weather is more conducive-especially the firepit!

Fun house in a good location.
This is a fun retro home. We stayed to visit family on Christmas. The house was decorated beautifully. The location is great for quick access to downtown and Anthony Lakes for skiing or playing in the snow. The kitchen is well stocked. I have already recommended this home as a place to stay to others visiting Baker City.

Wonderful Property
What a great place to stay while in Baker City. It’s nicely decorated and there is plenty of room to host friends and family! Next time we will try to stay during the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor space. Also, the owner was very thoughtful to check-in and even provided extra folding chairs when needed. Highly recommend this place!
