I like the room. Very comfortable. Pool is nice and beach is easy access. Great gym. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast buffet, food was poor quality. It is very expensive and not worthy. Variety of food limited. It should be included in the room price for that buffet. Staff front desk no available when needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are extra. It should be included in the price. Wifi was slow. Phone was loosing signal in the room.

We love everything about the Resort. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was great but the best part was the spa. The kids loved the water slide and we kicked back at the bar. Singer Island beaches are the best. We come 3-4 times a year.

Valet parking. It would have been nice to have a self park option.

It was our first time in the Palm Beach area with our daughter and adult grandchildren. The room was very spacious and accommodated everyone. It was a great stay and we enjoyed the great ocean views. The lagoon pool is especially nice with lots of chairs available and the bar menu offerings. The employees were all cheerful, courteous and helpful. We liked that the Wifi was included in the resort fee as well as the chairs. Overall we got the value we paid and will return. We are planning our next vacation in the winter.

The speed of service on the beach could have been a bit better, but to be expected when you visit a busy place. Other than that we really did not have any complaints.

The service in the room could have been better. I feel that the first day I was supplied with the leftovers of the previous guests. I don't think the carpert in the room was cleaned once.

We love this resort. The water slide was a delight for the kids. I work on my vacations and really enjoyed the free Wifi. Housekeeping did a good job every day while we were out on the beach. Highly recommend this place.

Location is nice, we didn't eat breakfast because it was not included:-(. The resort looks clean.

I was under the impression that I booked under Marriott facility coming to find out that my booking was through a Marriott property owner and I didn't appreciate that I was never made aware of that because the service is limited ( bad experience) I couldn't use my rewards points with Marriott although I booked Marriott through booking.com, front desk can barely assist with any thing. I will never book that way.

Breakfast was great. The restaurants at the Resort are the best. Overall great value. Loved the Beach Resort Environment. Our suite was large with a very nice Ocean View. The housekeeping came every day and kept us stocked with supplies and fresh towels. Our suite was super clean thank you! The staff all were polite and helpful. Overall we are happy and will return.

Everything was perfect. It was a dream vacation for our family. We loved the waterslide and the beach activities.

We arrived at 2:00 pm at the property, they made us wait until 4:00 o clock to give us the keys. Finally, when they gave us the keys, the room was a mess.

I was there only for one day and for most of the day, maintenance in the room going back-and-forth for several hours trying to fix the toilet that was broken when I arrived the night before. So my entire one day that I had I was bothered with maintenance and I asked for some compensation and the guest services were not very helpful. They did try to offer me a free room as long as I decided to go back and stay and pay for two or more nights. I should’ve been compensated for a whole day rather than asking to go back for one free night and pay for more stays. Not very happy.

Had the most wonderful stay at the resort. As an experienced traveler I can confidently say that the services are top notch. The staff are highly professional and well trained in Customer Service. The accommodations were super clean and are simply the best with oversized living space, full kitchens, and washer dryer set ups. We stayed in one of the rooms with a free high speed dedicated internet line which was great for taking care of business between all the fun. The restaurants in the building are excellent and it is easy access to many nearby restaurants in Palm Beach Gardens and shopping too. Can definitely say we will be back. Highly recommend to our closest friends and family.
