Récemment rénové à un niveau élevé, cet appartement annexe au rez-de-chaussée comprend un parking et est situé à côté du magnifique parc Byes. À seulement 5-10 minutes à pied de la plage, des magasins, des restaurants et des pubs. Chambre double confortable; douche spacieuse / salle d'eau; séjour avec coin cuisine bien équipé, avec plaques halogènes, grand four, micro-ondes et lave-linge. Grande télévision à écran plat et bonne connexion WiFi. Petite cour extérieure commune avec table et chaises. Les propriétaires vivent dans la maison principale et sont heureux de vous aider si nécessaire. Chiens bien élevés bienvenus sur demande. Bon accès en fauteuil roulant.
Sidmouth est une charmante ville de Régence avec un front de mer préservé et de nombreux magasins individuels et intéressants. Il y a une grande plage de sable à marée basse et l'accès au sentier de la côte sud-ouest - le visiteur n'a que l'embarras du choix pour de belles promenades et des vues fantastiques sur le littoral et la campagne. Bonnes liaisons de bus vers Exeter, Lyme Regis et d'autres villes voisines. Les installations de Sidmouth comprennent une piscine, un cinéma indépendant et un théâtre.

Spotlessly clean , well equipped kitchen . We had a very relaxing week , the sea air combined with a comfy bed made for peaceful nights sleep! We would certainly go back sometime and would highly recommend

Love the area and the coastal walks, perfect base for a short stay and great hosts. The accommodation is very compact and personally we found that it didn’t offer enough privacy with the hosts and family walking past frequently but this was our first experience of an annex!! and us being fussy rather than it being a problem.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owners were very helpful and welcoming and the annexe was spotless. A great place to stay for a quiet and relaxing holiday. I would recommend it.

This is our third stay here. The accommodation is excellent very clean and located in a good position for the Byes and a short walk to the beach. The parking is an added bonus.

Every aspect of rating is ***** There was Nothing that could be better. The owners went over and beyond in making their Annex like “ Home from Home “. Absolutely spotless, comfortable and very homely and very functional Annex.

The hosts were accommodating for changed circumstances and travel disruption. They were friendly and responded to messages very quickly.

This is the second time staying in this lovely annex. Private entrance. Perfect size for a couple and our Border Terrier. It was very cosy and warm during a very cold spell. Well equipped for self-catering. Location is perfect for the town and seafront. Would happily stay again.

Excellent accommodation for a couple, well equipped. Location was brilliant. Owners reacted immediately and solved, a small issue. If there’s one thing that could be better was the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Lovely accommodation for two, in fact pretty perfect. Everything anyone could possibly need. Perfect location as well for an easy walk to the sea front and town centre without walking along the main road.

Everything was amazing
The holiday annexe is spotlessly clean with tasteful furniture & fittings everything we needed was supplied and was well equipped. An easy 10 minute walk through Byes Park to seafront and town centre a very interesting town with a lot of history. We would highly recommend the accommodation. Thankyou Deborah and John.

A week exploring the Jurassic coast
Situated just off the Byes park about 1km from the sea front and the town Ctr even closer. Perfect location for exploring this wonderful coast line on foot and cycle although be warned the hills are steep. Avalon annex is a perfect cozy base for a couple with everything one could want to self cater or enjoy the town. The accommodation has a large designated parking space which was most welcome after problems we had experienced in other accommodations whilst we toured Devon. For fine dining Neil’s sea food restaurant is 4 minutes walk and superb but book well in advance. For good pub grub and quality drinks the Volunteer served us well and has a large garden. All said a wonderful week in Sidmouth
