Alles dreckig und runtergekommen

The owner helped me check in early and didn't call me to check out right on time, I liked that. Also, the place is right by the beach, upper floor, beautiful view, water dispenser with soda, Apple TV, microwave, washer, dryer, etc. This apartment has it all, and it's big enough for 4 or 5 people. Parking can be managed if you don't come in the rush hour. From the inside, the place looks decent, and the panoramic view from the living room is great. Would come again in the future with friends or family.

Not clean enough. The place needs deep cleaning. There are too many spots that can be cleaned easily, some on the bed some on the handles some on the window. I also opened the upper kitchen closet and found a bag with mold and a bunch of rotten stuff inside of it (I kept it there and dropped it back instantly). Mind you, I'm not a clean freak, but the cleaning person is barely doing her/his job. I am sure I could've taken a nice refund if I took a picture of that big rotten plastic bag and sent it to booking.com, but I wanted to enjoy my time and be civil about it.

הדירה עם מרחב ונוף לים, מאובזרת בצורה מאוד נוחה ונגישה. יש בעיית חניה בשעות החוף. היינו עם ילדים קטנים והיה כל מה שצריך בדירה כדי להינות מהשהיה- קרוב לים, תמי4, מקלחת נעימה, חדרי שינה עם אור ונוף, ארונות, טלויזיות, משחקים לילדים, מרחב. הבעלים היה שירותי מאוד וזמין. נקיון רצפה בפינות שלא רואים בחדרים אפשר לשפר חוץ מזה היה מאוד נוח וכיף.

הדירה היתה מצחינה ומסריחה מביוב וזה היה איום!! נאלצנו לישון עם חלונות פתוחים לרווחה מה שהכניס המון רעש מבחוץ והפריע לנו בלילה. שכחנו במקום כרית שהבאנו במיוחד מהבית ואיש הקשר שדיברנו איתו התייחס אלינו בזלזול ואמר שהכרית נזרקה!!! כאשר מדובר על יום אחרי השהייה שלנו שם. יש יחס מזלזל של בעל המקום ואני לא ממליצה לאף אחד להגיע לדירה הזו.י

Nothing. The property appears to be very pleasant in the photographs, but in reality is very poorly kept building, it has questionable security, which is very important. There are no staff and we met none at all during our stay.

The common areas are dirty. There is no arrangement or information about security. Beware the owner leaves bottles of wine as if they are complimentary welcoming gifts (very common with Airbnb) and then charges for them saying it was a “mini bar”. Just outside the entrance doors our child was nearly hit by objects thrown from high above, when we complained we were told by a drunk guard “it is always happens, don’t worry.” Very poor service and communication. Overpriced and not worth the hassle. Owners seem more interested in overcharging guests.

Give the name luxurios to this place luxurios is a joke to say. the apartment is ok, maybe 2 stars, the shower is an invitation for a fall, the building looks like a ghost building, behind the furniture is full of dust and the reception does not exist, getting to the apartment is on your own. There is no pool or Gym, access to the beach is far away and impossible for those who don't have good legs. But if you take out the word luxurios it would at least be honest.
