The location was good and the property was clean
There were junky things in some of storage areas/closets etc. Some of the furnishings are delaminating and wearing out

the location was absolutely perfect - the view was incredible and the pool was so lovely.
the only bad thing about this property is the bedrooms get very warm on hot days like we have been having, especially the rooms with the bunk beds.

The view was incredible, and the pool a treat. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy, and we loved having a garage. Such a great price for what we received.
Minor, but the ironing board cover could really use an update. If you are visiting for a wedding or special event and need to iron good clothing, it is certainly not up to scratch. Very grubby. We didn't need to use the fold out bed in the loungeroom however, pulled it out to watch a movie. It was beyond uncomfortable and wouldn't suit additional guests if they wanted a decent, comfortable sleep.

The front room - lounge/dining had great views - would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Location was great - close to everything, but still quiet.
Lots of beds, so had a choice.
Would have preferred a bigger heater. It was pretty chilly when we stayed. Heater was adequate, but I would have liked to be warmer. External walk up would be a problem for some, and I wasn't aware prior to arriving that this would be the case.
Next door neighbours very close, so we kept the blinds on that side closed.

Hot water system is so tiny. one shower and it was cold. Not near big enough for family of 6!
Also was supposed to have parking. no garage buzzer was issued so we had to walk from the street down a very steep driveway with all our bags and 2 small children.

The view was amazing. Such a beautiful place to stay.
Unfortunately didnt have a split system therefore the heater was to small for winter

Location ideal -
The promotional material said a garage was provided - that was true but good luck getting a car into irt - I have a 4 wheel drive so had to park on teh street and it wasnt an easy walk - I couldnt walk into the garage without ducking - im 6 foot.
nothing else was provided as complimentary - ie soap shampoos even coffee and tea facilities - how much more expensive would it be to buy better quality toilet paper

The location is very nice.. the view perfect.. the place good value for money.. the place so spacious ..balcony view so perfect.
Not really a big deal.. the in house parking too low to fit our SUV.. we just park on the street..
The wifi/ phone signal is too week.. a bit slow.
