Great house, fully equipped and very clean. La Parguera has great charm and so does this hose on the water. The different areas outside the house are very special. The manager got the only thing we thought was missing, the hammock. Great stay!!!

We can't say enough great things about this place! Extremely clean, super easy communication with the manager and a great place for relaxing by the water. The home sits just far enough from town so you don't hear a lot of the hustle and bustle but is only a short walk if you want to grab dinner or a drink. Moorings was a great place for fish! The home is equipped with everything you would need to be comfortable. Bring is your SUPs or Kayaks...the water is perfectly calm for a sunrise or sunset paddle. Watching the pelicans dive for minnows was entertaining for several hours, especially on Sunday while lockdown was happening. I recommend bringing ice or purchasing from the little convenience store just as you get into town. There was a small coffee press, but we brought our Kuerig coffee maker which worked out better for the four of us. If there is a breeze the mosquitos aren't bad but the no-see-ums can be pesky. A small fan on the patio would be helpful but definitely pack bug spray or a citronella candle. If you book a snorkel or dive tour, book with Paradise Scuba. They are super professional and take you to some of the best spots just out of the bay. "The wall" We highly recommend this little gem and we will definitely book again when we visit La Parguera!

Villa Atardecer, is in a hidden piece of paradise @ La Parguera. A cozy, spacious and very clean house. From the moment you enter, you appreciate through its windows, the beautiful painting that nature gives us, between mangroves and the sea. Simply beautiful... I have rented from the owners twice and the experience is perfect, they are responsive and attentive. We will definitely return to Villa Atardecer.

This is our second stay ay this property. Always sparkling clean, very cute and spacious (with the additional rooms and bathrooms in a trailer). Air conditioning in all the house and trailer. Love the location because is in the quiet part of La Parguera, which can get noisy and crowded. But walking distance from everything. Jose, the property manager, is always one call away and will go all the way to accommodate your needs. Will stay here again!

The property was extremely clean. The location was wonderful; walking distance from center but also private. The host was very considerate and available for every call. He sent us information about events in the region and even allowed us a late checkout (No charge). The views are amazing. No words to describe it. Definitely going back.

The conditions of the house were outstanding and very clean. The host Jose Molina was always available and on call till the end of our stay. Very attentive and professional service. We had a great time with friends and family. Unforgettable memories lived in such a paradise that no one imagines only if you come and visit. Great beaches and nighttime life downtown for couples and families with kids. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to cast off the city routine and become part of the real tropical island live. Definitely a must to visit!!!

Nos quedamos 4 días y 3 noches y fue absolutamente lo que buscábamos. Un lugar LIMPIO, equipado (excepto TV ni Wifi) y cómodo (2 cuartos en la casa principal y 2 cuartos más en un trailer que está en la misma propiedad). Ves el agua desde los cuartos y tiene una terraza grande. FUE PERFECTO! Alquilamos un bote con capitán con la comodidad que nos recogían directamente desde la terraza sin tener que pasar trabajo ni caminar con bultos ni neverita; simplemente de la terraza al bote y del bote a la terraza. Camas cómodas y la casita queda con mucha privacidad y de fácil acceso. Hay que llevar toallas de playa pues solo hay de baño. Las instrucciones para el check-in fáciles y todo corrió como en las instrucciones que te provee el dueño. Llevar Off por los mosquitos aunque NO FUERON UN PROBLEMA. El patio está amueblado con hamaca y mesa exterior donde puedes charlar o cenar. El trailer está equipado con un baño y cocina completa, lo que hace esta propiedad ideal para dos familias pues ambas tendrían su privacidad: una en la casa (dos cuartos) y otra en el trailer (dos cuartos). Es cerca del poblado (10 min caminando) y en auto a solo 2 mins. Definitivamnete loca por volver!!

Simply said, MAGNIFICENT!!!!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, but the bathroom in the main house should have had more privacy. Maybe if they continue the wall all the way to the ceiling, it’d be solved. The two bedrooms and bath in the backyard trailer were very convenient. The backyard has enormous potential that hasn’t been yet developed. Hopefully, it will some day. Overall, the house was beautiful, and we would return.
