The staff were exceptional. The hotel was modern, clean and centrally located just near the town square, shops, supermarkets and the beach. Loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the hotel is beautifully kept, modern and very clean. The location is perfect and walking distance to the beaches and many restaurants, we used public transport a few times which was easily accessible from the front of the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was brilliant, we were very impressed with the wide selection on offer each day. Our favourite part of our stay was the staff, they really do go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and happy during your stay. We can’t thank you all enough for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely return here and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful trip to Elba.

One of the most HORRIBLE experience I've ever had. Gosh where should even begin. we booked this Hotel for our honeymoon, staying 3 night. Upon arrival, we realized the flushing at WC is not working, calling help desk and the lady came up and said you must press this hideous button several times, again you must flush 20 times to be lucky to work once. see the snappshot of a video I took, flushing 25 times for 1 min to work!! eventually, we decided to use WC in lobby day and night every time we wanted to use WC. cleaning was a total joke, see yourself the photos right "cleaning". Hair everywhere, no clean sheets even they could see the sheets are dirty, they were literally just putting the blanket back and that was it. a total disaster! Not even having a courtesy to throw away garages or change the towels. wet towels were just hanging again there. on the 3rd night, the disaster happened, we had to change the room as we got another night extended and booked an expensive suit as it was the only availability. we arrived around 1 am back knowing the next day, we must leave early for our 12 hours driving back home. we realized upon arrival that the AC was not working, and suit was a sauna considering summer night. I asked help desk and they tried to play with the remote and eventually they said sorry, and they left! I called them again around 4 am in the morning begging to check if there is any room free because we really need to sleep, and it was absolutely impossible to sleep. they said no they have no room, and it is what it is. a complete sleepless night before driving 12 hours, I asked them the next day to find a solution and refund partially. they rejected! I asked to talk with manager or owner and the answer was like No, you are not allowed, and they are not interested. I sent emails and I asked them to forward the email and again no answer. I asked booking.com for support and no answer from their as well. Horrible and one of the rudest.

Everything was just perfect! The service, the room and the fabolous garden. The location could not be better as well - picturesque and authentic Marciana Marina, buzzing with local life. We travelled with our little baby who just turned 3 months and really appreaciated the genuine care of the hotel manager Mrs. Elizabeta. Tourism and hospitality sector all over Europe need people like that, attentive to guests’ wishes and sensitive to every little detail. The food and baverage team was also above all the expectations, with strict yet gently executed Covid measures. In fact, Matteo, Arli, Yari and Fiorenza, made an unforgettable breakfast experience for nearly two weeks that we will never forget. COMPLIMENTI!

The staff were truly just excellent. So friendly and helpful, it made traveling as an American with limited Italian super easy. We loved Elba and Marina Garden Hotel was a big part.

Toilet was a little high off the ground and parking was a little tricky, both were manageable though.

Room size, facilities and price not comparable to other hotels. We booked a junior suite and were disappointed. The room was small, without the facilities other similar sized hotels offer for this type of room and for this rate .No coffee maker, no balcony and a bottle of water from the mini bar cost €5. The pool area is beautiful unfortunately mostly in the shade for the entire day.

Our best travel experience so far. Highly professional and super friendly & caring staff. Great breakfast including omelette, pancakes, scrambled eggs with garden view from the breakfast terrace. Great rooms with modern bathroom, everything like new. Room cleaning twice a day, after breakfast and during dinner, big plus! Fresh beach towels every day. Great location with 2 min walking distance to the promenade and all restaurants. If you come in August you have to reserve a couple of weeks in advance. The hotel managed to get us a reservation at La Scaletta. We loved it, so we went there every day. Gym and Billard table can be reserved. Very nice pool area. Eight parking spots on the hotels property, 20+ parking spots in a closed area on the other side of the street. Great place and location to stay in Elba.

Yes, the main street is a little bit loud and the walls are a little bit hear through, but all the positive factors overweigh these tiny ones.

The staff were really helpful and always very cheerful, every day! Like the other reviews, breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. The location is perfect for visiting nearby beaches and there are lots of lovely restaurants in the town to chose from. We enjoyed our week at this particular hotel and would highly recommend it.

More seating in the outdoor area would be ideal allowing everyone to enjoy the late afternoon aperitif.

My self and my partner loved it! My partner wasn’t too happy that a beach wasn’t near by, however, the staff and great restaurants near by made up for it big time! Make sure to head towards the end of the Marina where you will find a great small bar serving amazing drinks and the sun set will blow you away! ( if you like Negroni’s order a negronchino) the small restaurant closest to the hotel was our favorite and the staff would always help. My biggest shout out goes to the staff in the mornings, all of them were amazing and helpful. I actually felt bad leaving and wish we could stay to get to know the staff more. Clean, spacious and very hospitality was top. Very accommodating despite staying with a big dog.

Not so flexible on early check in and takes time before the rooms are cleaned each day.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch, friendly and with attention to detail. Breakfast was ample and served by waiters to ensure safe measures against the spread of Covid, which we appreciated. Excellent location literally steps from the main seaside boardwalk.

Not much, just that there are few parking spots alongside the hotel so we were sent to a garage that's tight to maneuver. Parking not included, 10 Euros a day.
