Lo staff è stato fantastico, accogliente, gentile, dolce, Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero coccolati. La struttura è meravigliosa, davvero un posto fantastico se cerchi un posto che sia vicino al mare ma che al tempo stesso conceda relax e tranquillità. La Sig.ra Marilena è stata un angelo, sempre premurosa che il soggiorno andasse bene e pronta a risolvere ogni evenienza. Io e famiglia Ci torneremo sicuramente

Location was good.

Booked for a suite received two separate rooms. During check in the manager was talking to the employee at the front desk in an Italian dialect, discussing that even though they (meaning us) would be a little tight, to give us the one room instead of two separate rooms. I informed them that I understand their dialect and to give me the two rooms if the suite is not available. Construction started at 7:30am which woke us up. Dust and smell throughout the hallway leading into our rooms. No one at the front desk throughout day or night. Air condition hardly working in one room. Pool always had algae and debris. Construction material left in the elevator which prohibited the entire family from taking it. No WIFI throughout entire property. They blamed it on construction. Day before checking out and long trip, couldn’t take a siesta ( very common in Southern Italy) because of noise from construction. Last night of stay, noise from construction stopped at 12:30am.

Out of season (January) we had this entire enormous hotel entirely to ourselves! The owners were lovely, the decor wonderful (unusual), the room was vast. No restaurant available but directions to a good one a couple of kilometres away served fine.

No bath, shower only. I am disabled with an artificial leg and showers are difficult, while laying in a bath works just fine. This is not a very obvious disability, but not catered for much when it comes to 'accessibility'.

during our stay was renovation in other rooms. it was ok, until it begin rain in the room. Workers had done smth wrong.

Fabulous suite with excellent space, furnishings and bathroom. Staff were helpful. Very good service.

Dinner was nice but basic and unimaginative. Our Balcony was off public window on the stairway which afforded no privacy which for the top level of accommodation should be improved.

We booked and paid with booking.com 2 deluxe rooms for 2 adults and 4 kids - each with a double and single bed - billable for 2 adults and 1 kid. At departure he wanted us to pay the double price. We refused My husband and my kids were in the car already. I was breastfeeding my 5 month old baby while trying to show the reservation which showed everything up. He did not even wanted to look at it. He wanted me to stay. I asked him to call booking then. I paid the extras and was going to door to talk to my husband, as this man was holding me back and pushing me back towards reception while I was breastfeeding my baby. He shut the door with a lock. I paniced and flew with my baby trough a back door It was horrible - all the guests are right when they say that this chef is a Bad Person
