Wir sind auf ein Schließfach nicht informiert worden. Einen cod haben wir nicht erhalten. Es tauchte ein Mann auf, der aber uns sich nicht als Zuständig vorgestellt hat, aber nach längerem Nachfragen gab er uns eine Nummer und zeigte auf eine Ecke an einem ganz anderen Haus, wo ein kleiner Kasten angebracht war, aus dem wir uns den Schlüssel holen konnten. Auch an der Haustür gab es keinen Hinweis.

Location was ideal, plenty of space and clean.

Good location, convenient check in, check out, everything was tidy

we could definitely use more toilet paper and some kitchen paper towel. Facilities are in bad shape, knives were very dull, kettle was leaking, the apartment key doesn’t turn smoothly. Locking and unlocking the door take quite long every time…

It was amazing, they had the most comfortable beds i ever had in apartments. Exactly like on the pictures and quiet nice location in the city center. We could walk everywhere by feet. We will definitely come again.

Easy to access from train station

The big rooms were great for a family stay. The access to Amazon prime and Netflix in the room with the sofa was great for our family to chill together after a busy day. The beds were really comfy too-slept like a log!

The apartment doesn't seem to be cared for by the owners or the staff, so it looks like it has been used and abused by guests. Lots of signs about not stealing stuff too, even though you have to leave the flat unlocked when you leave, which felt like an open invitation for people in the stairwell to get in after guests have left. Felt like a student flat to me. There are no curtains or blinds in the kitchen or bathroom, so you feel overlooked at the front of the property. Even though the apartment is for 4, there are only two small random tourist mugs in the cupboard, lots of tea cups with no saucers, two wine glasses-just feels like a random selection of cast offs. Equipment needs attention too, as the tap in the kitchen is loose and bends forwards and the dishwasher has no cutlery tray and looks like someone has punched it. Cleanliness is a problem too. There is red stuff all over the inside of the freezer and the shower curtain in the bathroom had a brown tide line and the towels smelt like cooking, so we didn't feel very clean after a shower. Paint seems to be flaking off the kitchen ceiling too as our socks were covered in it, because you are asked not to wear shoes.
