Nice personal staff.

We had great stay there! Staff was really nice.

Breakfast was exeptional

Hotel Kiko decided to cancel our reservation for 23 people and 10 rooms the week before we were supposed to arrive. They simply sent us a message that they were having renovations done and couldn’t accommodate us. They did not provide us with an alternative and basically left us hanging. This was so stressful and completely unprofessional since we were all in town for a wedding and it is extremely difficult to find accommodations for that many people last minute.

When we arrived in town, we saw that Hotel Kiko was in fact not having any renovations done and the staff was just hanging out and drinking coffee. They canceled our reservation last minute, took no accountability and basically didn’t care. They do not deserve your money. We would recommend trying different hotels that are professional in the area and are used to dealing with customers such as Hotel Capri or Corzo. This place looked like they decided to open a hotel last minute and had no clue what that entails or what customer service is.

The hotel is new, very clean large room with balcony and comfortable bed. The restaurant downstairs is very modern with an outside garden area and the food is delicious. Big thank you to the staff especially Ricky and the owners Ljupka and Kiro who made us feel like we were staying with family.
