The pull out bed for my daughter was like sleeping on a rock.

The receptionist, the one with red hair, I think her name is Sienna? I’ve always paid for the room on my check out with my expenses from the bar and restaurant on top of the room rates! I said to this woman that I would have my dinner and after shower I would sort out all of the payments! We went upstairs after dinner, I had a shower and past out because I work night shifts sometimes as I’m a doctor! That woman started to call the room after 10pm insistently and waking us up saying that I HAD to sort out the payment asap. I’ve asked to do it in the morning on my check out but she wasn’t satisfied and kept calling and calling the room! So I gave her my card details over the phone and guess what?! She was thick enough to not read the numbers properly from my room and she was calling the room AGAIN and AGAIN and asked me to my daughter to go downstairs and make the payment so my daughter did! She’s went downstairs and? VOILA!! Payment done ☑️ I had the worst experience ever this time!!! 72 hours non sleeping and when I finally fall asleep I was disturbed/ harassed by that receptionist! I will never stay at the Hilton at the Birmingham Airport again!!!!

Weren't made aware bedding is Feathers and both my sister and I are allergic. Restaurant staff not so good. Meals overpriced. Meal missing several items.

durante la estancia de 6 días, han habido días de lluvia, pero el hotel no tenía paraguas para dejar a los huéspedes. Un detalle que podrían tener en cuenta aun bajo una fianza. Uno de los tres ascensores ha estado sin funcionar durante toda la semana.

The staff were polite friendly and had a smile on their faces this means a lot has I am getting over a mental breakdown. But from reception to the bar staff and restaurant. I felt very welcome

Spacious room, nice sized bathroom. Lovely and quiet in the evening. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Shower was difficult to get in/out of (I have mobility issues and this was a bit awkward for me)

Hotel convenient for airport and easy to find

The location is great, 2 mins walk to departures at BHX. Given we had check-in at 4am it was very conveniently located for us to stay and whilst still an early start, an additional hour in bed!

The beds were very firm. I'm used to a Tempur mattress and found the bed fairly uncomfortable. Pillows were great though!

It was just across the rd from departures from the airport. You couldn’t hear any noise from planes or traffic going past.
