This house was perfect for our family gathering - 7 Adults and 3 kids. Pool was a plus. There are 3 floors plus rooftop deck, allowing space for all of us to relax. Host was very responsive when I contacted him during our stay.

Beach was a block away. Pool was great especially when the ocean was too rough for the kids. Lots of nice restaurants.

Really great property. Everything was clean and up-to-date. All appliances are new and up-to-date. Pool and furniture outside is clean and in great condition. Bed linens included, as well as pantry and paper goods which is a big plus as well. Owner was very responsive to any inquiries before check in. Highly recommend this property and we had a great stay!

Great place once we got in. Had a bit of trouble with the time lock being 30 minutes later than our supposed check-in time. The place was fantastic for a cozy winter New Year’s gathering of family and friends. Two living spaces, many bathrooms, and a great big dining table for communal dining. The neighborhood was close to the Acme and far away from everything else, so we spent most of our time there or walking at the beach. It was lovely and we would come back again.

The property was wonderful & we all had a great time. Lots of space & activities available in the house. The only disappointment was that We have a big family and wanted to invite others to the house to share a take out dinner on the first night but could not because of 20 person max at the house

For the second year my husband and I, my children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay at this house! Another fun family vacation in the books!

A convenient and comfortable home in good proximity to the beach. Clean and well kept!! Pool was just fine. Kitchen ok but a bit crowded for working a dinner for 13 people. WiFi was fine. Outdoor grill was fine. Outdoor pool shower was fine too. Roof garden was special. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were just fine. Ample hot water; extra fridge a good addition! A/C was great. Insufficient seating in both dining room/living room area and large pool room. Malcom came to fix TV and brought us a Roku that worked fine. TV in en-suite bedroom at end of hallway never worked. Light in bathroom in hallway did not work. Malcom came to fix it, brought the wrong bulbs, promised to come and never showed. I emailed Hank, the owner but he never responded. In total, it was a good experience. Generally I’m used to more remote and less noisy places. Probably won’t select LBI again as first choice.

Great house for our family of 15 including adults & teens. The room accommodations were comfortable and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. The pool & the pool table were a big hit with the teenagers. All in all a wonderful house for our vacation on LBI.

We had a wonderful week at your home. The pool was a big hit with my grandchildren, as I have rented before without a pool .....probably will be a deal breaker on my next summer rental. We were pleasantly surprised the home was much nicer than described on VRBO. You need to take more pictures in displaying all your house has to offer. Pool, ping pong and foozball tables were also big hits. I do feel though beach chairs and towels could have been provided for the fees paid for the rental. Proximity to the beach was terrific. Actually, we all loved the pool so much that we only went to the beach for a short while every day and then relaxed by the pool. Maybe again next year? Could be, but I have to check on family schedule. Cleaning crew was patiently waiting outside when we left, as we were gone by 10:30 am. Also, getting into the home at 2:30 pm upon arrival helped tremendously. Only downside were all the fees paid.....ridiculous. I guess some of them are out of your control. Thanks again! Carol

This house was perfect for a bunch of kids and adults. The little ones loved the “kids room” with multiple bunk beds. The adults enjoyed the quiet and privacy of their own rooms. The backyard was a great place to hang out after the beach. We all enjoyed the sunsets from the rooftop. Place was very well appointed for a large group….it didn’t lack anything from what we could tell. I would highly recommend.

The house worked out well, with all adults having adequate bedroom & bathroom space. We appreciated the downstairs room, with pool table & ping pong, which allowed us to spread out when the weather limited our time outside. Since we were off season the road/traffic was not an issue.

We had a terrific stay in this property for a nearby family wedding in October 2021. It is in great shape and everything worked perfectly. Has a really nice kitchen and family room area as well as plenty of great bedrooms. Includes lots of amenities like pool table, ping pong and foosball that we didn't get to take advantage of. It's not too far from the beach although it was not beach weather for our visit so we never tested it. Beautiful rooftop deck where we did spend time with great views. There is a beautiful heated pool that we did not use but would definitely have been in if the weather was better. Only warning is that it is directly on Long Beach Blvd. so expect to hear traffic in some parts of the house. Overall we were very pleased with the property and the friendly and responsive host.

This large, super equipped beach house with a pool just a short walk from the beach provided us with everything we needed for one of our best vacations! Three generations of my family had plenty of room to gather together or spread out in the house. Hours of fun were spent around the pool! Great place, highly recommend!

This is the fourth time I have rented this home with my family. The main living area is large enough to accommodate everyone and there are other areas to gather in and around the house, so it never feels crowded. The beach is close and the pool is so nice to relax in after a long hot day in the sand. We always have a wonderful time!

This property was perfect for my party. We had 13 adults and the house was very accomondating. Perfect getaway with the pool and close walk to the beach. Highly recommended

This property was lovely. We were celebrating my niece's 40th with a girls getaway. Plenty of room for 12 of us that stayed (fits up to 16) and we were all happy with the stay. We were able to walk to a happy hour and dinner location. The pool was lovely and still warm enough to go in! The check in and out was easy and the property manager/owner were helpful. I'd rent this property again!

We loved our vacation here. Convenient by being close to the beach and the bay. House was beautiful. The balcony was our favorite spot especially early morning and at night. And of course the pool was perfect for afternoons.

We are so glad to have found 7707 LB BLVD!! The house is spacious, where 17 of us in 3 generationss plus a couple of cousins were not crowded. Although it is on a busy street, with the pool in the back, we could have been in the middle of nowhere. Beach block with beach badges provided. Linens provided!! Sunday to Sunday rental was the best. Hank was responsive to everything! We have rented places for decades and the family consensus is that this was the best ever!

I rented this home with my siblings and our kids for the week. The layout of the house was awesome to accommodate the three couples and all children. It was ideal that we each had bathrooms attached to our rooms. The size of the house was perfect, and the photos on the listing truly don’t do it justice. The outdoor spaces - including the heated pool, outdoor patio, outdoor shower, and rooftop space were all phenomenal! And the location truly makes it easy to go to the beach or bay. With all that said, we had several issues that made our stay a little bit challenging. The mattresses were extremely hard and we all had trouble sleeping comfortably throughout the week. We also had plumbing issues with three of the toilets - they had very poor pressure when flushing and kept backing up. The owner was somewhat responsive during those issues and sent a handyman to fix them, but we continued to have issues the whole stay. Some of the furniture on the rooftop was broken so there wasn’t much seating for the group up there. I alerted the owner, and it would’ve been nice if they replaced those chairs during our stay so we could enjoy that space more. We also stayed at the house during a tropical storm and lost power - to no fault of the owner at all. But the owner did not proactively reach out about the storm, help us prepare at all, or respond when I asked whether there were any flashlights in the home. During a stressful time on our vacation, a little more communication from the owner would’ve been appreciated. Overall, I think this rental has massive potential because of the size, layout, and location, but there are some maintenance issues that I think could be fixed moving forward to really help the customer experience.

The house was great, super clean, very comfortable for all ages. Loved the Billiards room! Fantastic pool, the kids had a blast. Close to the beach, close to the Bay so easy to get sun rises and sun set pictures. Very enjoyable week!

We loved our stay at this house. It was perfect spot for my sisters and me to get together and comfortably accommodated 13 of us. The back patio and pool area are fantastic and unusual for LBI and it is a short walk to the beach (as well as Pinky Shrimps and Skipper Dipper — 2 LBI institutions— and Acme)

This home was even better in person! I stayed In this house with a group of 12 young Adults and it couldn’t have suited us better. The 2nd floor kitchen/living room was the perfect size to relax and eat meals. The 1st floor living room included a very nice pool table(set up in the perfect place). The bedrooms and connecting baths were all much bigger than expected and the Master bedroom was exceptional. The roof deck gave you a perfect 360 view of the island and the backyard felt private and very big. The pool doesn’t have a deep end so no worries if swimming isn’t your strong suit! It was also a great size and temperature. Would definitely recommend staying at this home! Also Hank was a perfect Host! Very accommodating!

the house was great, one block from the beach, large enough for everyone to have their own space. the pool was very cold when we first arrived, the heater had broke (things happen) they had someone there to fix it within 30 minutes which was great. 5 stars highly recommend.
