Patogus susisiekimas su Manhetenu, nes viešbutis yra prie pat keltų, kurie plaukia kas 20 minučių ir gana vėlai vakare, terminalo, o Manhetene yra nemokamas autobusas iš keltų terminalo į centrą. Tačiau keltas nėra pigus, bilietas į vieną pusę suaugusiam 9,5 USD. Didelis viešbučio numeris, yra virtuvinė įranga, šaldytuvas, mikrobangė, tad esant poreikiui galima gamintis maistą. Patiko viešbučio baras su židiniu su draugiškomis "happy hour" kainomis bei draugiškas ir paslaugus barmenas.

Gana prasti pusryčiai, šilti patiekalai - tai supakuoti pusfabrikačiai, kažkas panašaus į pašildytą burgerį ar užkepėlę. Numeris didelis su dviem kambariais, tačiau nejaukus, svetainės-virtuvės kambarys be langų, jame buvo gana vėsu, nes šildomas tik miegamasis. Vonioje nebuvo muilo rankoms, nors ir paprašėme papildomai, bet taip ir nebuvo atnešta.

Un petit manquement dans le suivi des chambres (serviettes pas toujours disponibles, chambre à moitié faite) en revanche, le personnel très à l’écoute pour transmettre les équipements manquants.

Floor 11 was difficult to connect to WiFi. Breakfast was not up to standard - no toaster was available for bread and bagels

overall great experience. I'd defiantly go back. The view was great. The room was huge like an apartment. It was clean and inviting

I loved everything except paying for parking, and last call for alcohol was early as well.

Posizione perfetta sia per me che lavoravo in NJ sia per mia madre e mia figlia che si spostavano per visitare Manhattan! Esattamente di fronte al molo da cui partono traghetti per Midtown e Brookfield. La camera è nuova e ben attrezzata ma molto piccola per 3 persone. La gentilezza ed accoglienza del personale sono state fondamentale supporto per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno!

La colazione non dà troppa scelta e il fatto di non poter riscaldare bagel e pane in cassetta sarebbe qualcosa di risolvibile in maniera molto semplice. Un piccolo suggerimento: ampliare la scelta con un po’ di pastry sarebbe gradito.

맨해튼 다니는 페리가 바로 앞에 있어 교통 너무 좋습니다. 직원 아주 친절합니다.

객실 청결 및 유지 관리 문제가 심각했습니다. 객실에서 먼지와 쾌쾌한 냄새가 너무 심해서 이틀째 되는날 침대 커버 바꾸려고 린넨 요청해 침대 커버 바꾸면서 보니 매트리스에 지름 50cm정도의 얼룩이 두군데 있었고 또 까만 얼룩이 몇개 있어서 룸 바꿔달라 요청해 바꾸었습니다. 바꾸어준 룸에서도 약간의 냄새가 났지만 또 바꾸기 힘들어 그냥 10일 넘게 힘들게 지내다 왔습니다. 식사중 누수 사고도 많이 불편했습니다.

Las habitaciones espaciosas, en muy buen estado y limpias. Limpiaban cada día. La zona de estar y comedor muy acogedor y tranquilo.

El desayuno muy justo, para mi gusto la comida muy industrial, poco surtido y cada día lo mismo menos el fin de semana que había tortilla como excepción pero se notaba que no era hecha al momento.

Called hotel several times ahead due to a credit card issue, but nobody ever answered the phone. Luckily I was able to resolve the issue elsewhere.

Very close to the Ferry to NYC

No rooms actually facing the Skyline for NYC or the Hudson River paid for an upgrade to view NYC and the river but you had to stick your face on the window to actually see it so the upgrade is a scam don’t pay it as all the rooms are on the side of the building and they all have the same view Also on this booking site it says a $300 damage deposit will be taken off your card it’s actually $300 for each night so my deposit was $900 US so that put a damper on my vacation and the deposit takes about a week to get reimbursed Also no stores nearby and only 1 restaurant and make sure to reserve a table or you won’t be able to get in

Great location to NYC via ferry and great view from outside of the hotel. Supermarket nearby if long stay is intended.

The downsides were that the sofa bed creaked with every turn, and there were not also tablets for the dishwasher

everything was good except for the transparency about the room charge, we booked for 3 nights from booking.com and the price we get from booking was different from what we had to pay at the hotel $100 more. and this is not acceptable if we trust booking.com for the price so why the hotel doesn't follow that? there is some misleading and just trying to charge you more no matter how much you got the price originally.

the view from the pier is absolutely amazing! The ferry terminal is just across the street. we enjoyed our ferry trip to Manhattan. the hotel was nice and clean.

Paper plates and plastic cups... any concerns for global warming? Not even a system to sort paper, trash, recycling. Bad. Expired breakfast sandwiches... Fire alarm at 2:15am, must evacuate and return via stairwell with zero guidance or info, and no apologies from management. A short letter under the door would have been appropriate. That is actually what other hotel managers do when there is any type of issue. FYI. Not pretend nothing happened.
