Great Place for a Fishing Excursion or a Tranquil, Relaxing Getaway!
Charme, lumineux et propre 2 chambres 2 salles de bain Mobile Home Directement sur la rivière St Johns. Quai couvert et ascenseur pour votre bateau et 2 jet skis. Porche couvert avec une vue incroyable sur la rivière. Vous pouvez pêcher, crevettes et crabe directement à partir du quai. Salon dispose de grandes fenêtres pour beaucoup de lumière naturelle et un canapé-lit, table à manger convertit également à une table de jeu. L'espace de vie a été mis à jour avec un nouveau revêtement de sol en moquette et en vinyle. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un four double et un plan de cuisson plat, un lave-vaisselle et un évier double en acier inoxydable. Master Suite a un lit King Size, double meuble-lavabo et baignoire / douche Combo Bath. 2ème chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux. Deux téléviseurs intelligents avec câble et WiFi. Laveuse et sécheuse ainsi que les draps et les serviettes.

Randy's place was perfect! We were able to dock our boat on the boat lift with no problem and enjoyed the river so much. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect, porch was great to sit on and look at the view and Mr. Jack next door was delightful! I'm definitely coming back and would highly recommend this to anyone! Randy if you are reading this, thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home and we want you to get well soon!!!!

Myself and my grand daughter visited the property for our fourth trip. We fished off the dock and filled our cooler. The property was very clean and is in a safe neighborhood. Mr Jack as always is an added bonus . We will visit again soon .

This was the most perfect spot. Right on water ,boat dock. We will be back. Weather was windy but we still fish. Also did some sightseeing found baby gators some mom or dad gator.

This is the second year I spent time on the river. The house, the rental agent, the “guy next door “ were ALL better than advertised! Wonderful experience, very nice accommodations and great Bass fishing! I will definitely be returning next year!

This was a wonderful home with plenty of space inside and outside for your family. The fire pit was great on our cold nights and the patio was a cool afternoon spot to watch the boats and planes up and down the river. Close to local businesses and restaurants.

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all 5he amenities you could possibly need to prepare any meal. Pet friendly with reasonable pet cleaning fee. Terry response instantly to all messages we sent. This would be perfect for fishermen.
