The location is very convenient for getting to the train/bus to go to Haneda airport. The facilities in the room are very adequate, and provide a washing machine with in shower drying, fridge, kettle, stove, microwave, dishes and cutleries.

There is no lift so it’s a bit of an effort to carry the luggages up the stairs. One of the towels smelled really bad like it wasn’t washed and wet smell. The first time using the shower the hot water got cut out somehow, but the supply was stable after that.

the communications were excellent very helpful with all my crazy last-minute questions, the location to the airport and access to Toyko grid are perfect for a solo traveller. i would recommend and stay there again myself

Including the cleaning fee - this room is still decent value for what you get. A very clean apartment style accommodation with kitchen, dining table, washing machine, and drying room. It's large enough for two guests. Easy access to Haneda airport. Useful handbook with all necessary information is included after check in. Check-In process is unusual but all hands free via tablet on entrance.

It's the first time I have seen the cleaning fee separate to the cost of the room on Booking.com. I think many people will be "tricked"/confused/surprised by the extra cost - like we were and to be honest, we initially felt cheated. However, we messaged the owner, they understood the confusion, explained the situation and offered a full refund. After some consideration, we kept the booking and after we arrived we thought the accommodation was fair value for money. I think the owner should explore options with booking.com to remove this confusion - as it seems to cause frustration with many customers. As a guest booking on Booking.com it was NOT clear, especially after never seeing this after 5 years of using the site.

Cleaning fee wasn’t mentioned more than the price of the room room fee was ¥4000 and cleaning fee was ¥5500 Could you imagine the cleaning fee was more than the price of the room.

good space, metro station close, convenience stores! have microwave and dishes tools, cups pan everything! and wash machine at room!

Just no clean service in 7 days… no change towels or bed covers!

I stayed at this hotel for my 4 days self quarantine, and I can say that I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The self check it was very smooth. Stove, microwave, and laundry machine are included so I was able to cook and do my laundry. Would definitely recommend this hotel 👌
