Sugar Creek Resorts is a wonderful getaway. The owner greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of our room and the property. The area around the resort is gorgeous. The resort is clean and well taken care of. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in his property and it really shows. I hope to return when I can spend more time at the property.

Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. Sugar Creek is rustic and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The owner and staff were very friendly and nice.

We did miss television...but at the same time...it is always good for the soul to go off grid and refresh yourself! Very glad we picked Sugar Creek

Very quiet and peaceful.

What a lovely quiet rustic getaway spot! It had the feel of a private cottage or cabin in the woods yet was only a few miles from town. We loved that they had a fire pit area and the suite room with pull out couch was so cozy and provided everything we could possibly need. They had excellent safety features in place and provided free snacks and breakfast including fresh fruit. We could tell they had paid careful attention to guest’s potential desires and they anticipated every need or concern. The room did not have a TV but we did not need or want one. It truly is a cozy rustic retreat perfect for a personal getaway or couples, families, and groups!

Loved the quiet. The outdoor fire pit area was so peaceful.
