What a location, especially for golfers....the Cut golf club was a true golfing experience together with unbelievable views. My wife drove the cart while I played and she thoroughly loved it. High recommendations all round for this stay!

Fully ducted air-conditioning which was great. Very close to both pool and beach.
My only negative was that the wi fi was NOT working. It was difficult to reach the owner regarding this and he never got back to me. Issue was not resolved.
I understand that these little glitches sometimes happen but i don't feel adequate effort was made to rectify it.

Lovely well kept home. Great facilities - including pool and bbq which we used and loved (being just downstairs!). Lots of stairs in the house - especially for those in the bedroom on the top floor (3rd floor!), also note there is no door to the top floor bedroom. There was good amount of space in the place and I liked the double garage. The extra living room was perfect for the kids to play in.
Note: There's no wifi.

We had a lovely relaxing time! Nice location! The Cut Golf course is a plus to the beauty of the area! Nice coffee at Surf Cafe! Dolphins were close by! Overall rating could be 5/5 if the entire house had a proper cleaning before checking!

Great Location for a game of Golf
The Villa is located 1 minute from the Cut Golf Course, so perfect for a golf holiday. It’s a large home, clean, nicely furnished and with all the essentials. It easily accomodated our family of 6 adults. It’s a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

There are a lot of steps to climb from the garage to the main area & up to the bedrooms for anyone who may have issues.

The kids loved the stay. The pool was beautiful. We had a great time. The kitchen and equipment is however very basic. There were no kids cups, plates or bowls. Basic supplies like tea, coffee was very minimal.

I stayed at this property with my partner and 6 year old and my cousin, her husband and their 10 year old and we couldn't recommend this property more. The villa is perfectly situated close to the pool and BBQ as well as nearby IGA and restaurants and also the beach. Right on the golf course with amazing views. The place was huge and we will definitely stay again!!

Short holiday close to Perth
We had a lovely stay in this house and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and location. There were a few maintenance issues but the owners were incredibly helpful and tried to rectify the problems while we were there.
It would have been helpful if there had been some kids plates and cups for the little ones.
