The location was perfect for walking to/from Entrance 1 of Plitvices Park. The room was nice, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice green view. The hosts were accommodating and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect.

Very close to Lakes entrance! Appears to be a newer structure with spacious room and bath. Shower is a little small, but the bath is overall modern and roomy. Make sure to have Euro or Kuna for on site payment- the online travel sites do not transact credit card payments for the property, only hold the reservation. We had dinner next door at Restoran Antemurale - excellent dinner and very friendly staff! Beautiful rolling terrain in the views from rooms!

Lovely village right next to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Comfy and clean place, host is friendly and helpful. It's 5 mins walk to the ticket office and then 5 mins walk to the entrance 1. There's a dining table and mini fridge. We love the view in the mornings.

Wonderful hospitality! I had an early start for my trip at 8 am. Normal hours for breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00. We asked whether or not if we can have an early breakfast at 7 am. The host was kindly accepted our request. The best thing is the breakfast brought to our room! What a wonderful host Sandra, the owner and her husband! I highly recommend their property to all my friends and colleagues who are going to Croatia soon. Location location!! Walking distance to the park. Thank you

We chouse this place mostly for its location, and it was as advertised very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park. As a bonus we got an exceptional team of people making sure we feel like welcome guest at their house. We stayed in room 1 on the first floor and it has an advantage of not caring the luggage up the stairs. We really liked everything from the view out of the window to the breakfast which was fresh tasty and had enough variety.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless and well looked after. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and the perfect start to the day.

Well located with nice sized clean rooms. Sandra was very responsive and helpful.

The location is very good. Just several minutes from the lakes. There is a parking at the house.

The bed wasn't comfortable. The mattress was old, fine in the middle, and throwing into abyss to the sides where people usually sleep. Both pillows were different, huge, and not particularly enjoyable to sleep. My room was at the ground floor, where the whole air conditioning array is located. So all the working air conditioners worked at night producing noise. Seeing a cockroach in the breakfast area was somewhat unexpected as well.

The place is spacious enough for a family, with enough kitchenware. Owner is really friendly, he offers us to park our car at the property and walk to the park even after we have checked out.

The position of the House is really near the entry 1 of the Plitvice Park. Very clean room and gentle staff.

If the breakfast could include some cakes I would vote 10/10.
