Sehr liebevoll gestaltete Anlage.

Decent huts in lovely garden setting right next to the better part of Juara beach. The huts were fairly basic and eco friendly and the beds were comfy. The restaurant / bar area was very nice and in a stunning garden setting. Nice relaxed place to spend a few days to reconnect with nature.

Right on the beach front. Rooms are clean and beds comfy. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Huzir was amazing and helped me book my return ferry to mersing as it was fully booked online. This made my life so much easier. I stayed in a way more expensive place on the other side of the mountain and I preferred this by far. So much more to do and more of a tropical vibe. One morning I was watching monkeys playing in the trees. You can also walk to the waterfall from this location. Tonnes of dive schools. I would give this more than ten if I could 😁❤️ thank you guys ❤️ also breakfast cooked to order 😁😁 I also saw baby turtles being released into the sea so check that out with the turtle conservation place as it’s amazing 🤩
The people next door played music quite late but they where enjoying their holiday as well.

We were picked up from the ferry port (paid service). The staff was friendly. We could book tours and taxi service back to the ferry port. There is nice restaurant with many options. The provided tour itself was great and pretty cheap. The hotel was basically on the beach. The staff notified us of the turtle hatchery close by when they were released in the sea, which was amazing to see.
For Malaysia it was a bit on the expensive side. The shower was too low. We shared the chalet building with another room and the wall was too thin. You could literally follow conversations from the other side. We think the stand alone chalets are fine but we would not recommend the shared one.

Absolutely stunning hotel in Juara!! The beach is beautiful - we had the beach to ourselves! It's not overdeveloped at all, loads of space, noone selling anything, really really peaceful. The staff are all really lovely, can arrange everything for you/activities/ snorkelling/Jeep from airport. Restaurant has lots of options inc. western food to cater for everyone (we preferred to eat Malay food so didn't try any).
Some reviews talked about sand flies - we visited in early April and didn't have a problem at all, in fact barely noticed them! We saw a few one day at about 5pm after it had rained in the morning and that's it, so don't be put off, I think other reviews are quite dramatic. We did get some bites but SO much fewer than most places in SE Asia and it is a tropical island - I couldn't believe how few bites we got, and probably none of them sand flies, compared to other places!
Next to the Coconut Grove is the Broken Van bar - totally recommend for beach cocktails!
It's a really good mid-luxury option and well worth the money!
Just more Malaysian food and breakfast options :) and more sun loungers with shade as there weren't many and it gets really hot during the day!

Upon arrival the host greeted us with cold lime drinks and showed us to our rooms. Everything was really nice and comfortable throughout our four days stay. Our room faced the beach which was super clean and quiet. We could stargaze at night and see the sunrise in the morning right from our doorstep. On our last day, the host arranged a car for us to get to the ferry. 30min before our ferry was suppose to depart, the host found our car key in our room and he personally biked down to pass us our keys so that we won’t miss the ferry. We offered to pay him for his trip down but he declined the money. We are really very thankful for the host for being so amazing during and even after the trip!
The property is also right next to a dive school (2min walk away) that had some really friendly instructors so do consider staying here if u want to try Scuba diving without the certification. Just 5min walk down there’s another restaurant that provides great snorkelling services as well!
The food could be better but there are many other restaurants within 10min walking distance from the property so feel free to explore those.
The water pressure was also slightly low for the bathroom in one of the two rooms we booked but it didn’t affect us that much for a 4 day stay.

Wonderful place to relax and recharge the batteries. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
A forty step stroll brought you to a beautiful, quiet and sandy beach. Eating in the restaurant had variety and relatively cheap.
Just an issue without the hut. Bamboo blinds meant that you had to turn off lights at night not to be exposed especially as one of our windows faced the restaurant.

Great location, surrounded by the jungle. Long sandy beach, the kids could play in the waves! The hosts were very nice, they even upgraded us in seaview bungalows for us to be together. Good restaurant as well. Simple but clean and cosy :)
A bit isolated from the west coast ?

Amazing location, friendly staff and a great sea view. The entire resort seems like its being run by one person and she is doing an excellent job.
When we asked for our rooms to be clean, the sheets were not changed eventhough there were already some stains on it on our first night there.
The breakfast can also be improved, limited options and really small portions

well run, friendly staff, close to beach, good food
breakfast small, sometimes rip in ocean (undercurrent), requires to walk somewhere else to swim

Breakfast was great, service was great. They even offer insect repellent.
The tower hanger shaky and the toilet lights has spider web.

The property is located in one of the nicest beaches in Tioman! The chalets are simple and pretty, and the property is overall very well taken care of. We liked the laid back vibe that this property offers, which is great for relaxation. Also, the hosts are incredibly nice and helpful, which makes the experience even better. They also offer a variety of activities to choose from during your stay (snorkeling, surfing etc). Lunch and dinner dishes were super tasty! We would definitely go back!
Just a couple of small points here:
- Although there is an instant heater, the water in the bathroom is not warm. Given the warm climate, it was ok for us, but it could be improved for people that need warmer water.
- The breakfast was simple

The place was amazing as it was very private and secluded. If you’re intention is too get away from your work or city life, this is the place for you as it is very peaceful and quiet little village.
nothing much too complain but the wifi is a bit meh (in the room) but you can get a stronger line if you’re hanging out at the cafe. there’s a lot of flies(nothing much can we do about that😂) so be prepared to bring a small fan.
