3 chambres, 1 lit king size, 1 lit queen size et 2 lits jumeaux, 2 salles de bain complètes (salle de bain principale attenante) et un grand garage pour 2 voitures disponible pour le stationnement des motos! La maison pourra accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes avec le grand canapé-lit dans la salle de télévision fermée séparée. Cour arrière clôturée avec terrasse couverte et grande terrasse. Bien élevés, les chiens de la maison (2 maximum) accueillent avec l'approbation et des frais non remboursables. 3 téléviseurs à écran plat SMART (apportez votre identifiant Netflix!), Câble spectre et wifi haut débit, et 2 lecteurs DVD. Réfrigérateur, cuisinière, plaque chauffante, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Laveuse et sécheuse en unité. Nous fournissons des ustensiles, des draps, des serviettes de bain, et divers ustensiles de cuisine et petits appareils. Grande piscine creusée et bain à remous (21/04/19). We absolutely loved this house. We’ve stayed at a different VRBO every year for the past 7 years and this is one of my top two. The layout was great and the house was so spacious. The pool and hot tub were probably our favorite parts. Nice laundry area, nice patio, plenty of seating to eat and hang out. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

We have stayed at many different vacation homes and this was, by far, our favorite. It was clean and exactly as described. It was extremely pet friendly, and was the perfect place to relax after spending time at the beautiful beaches nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the backyard was the perfect spot to unwind in the pool or the comfy chairs. This place is well worth the visit!

This house was perfect for my sister and her husband’s 40th anniversary trip, that included myself and two of our friends. Most in our group have physical limitation (i.e. walkers, canes) and this home was perfect for that. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we enjoyed them each day. The house is located in a very convenient location, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The owners were amazing and responded to all of my pre-trip questions very quickly. I would recommend these owners and this home to anyone that wants a home away from home for their vacation! Thank you John and Jennifer!

John is an excellent host and always responded promptly. Home is equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation. John even set up a Christmas tree and some decorations for us to lay our presents under. Safe and quiet neighborhood, with the beach a 10 minute walk away. Our pups loved the covered back patio and the fenced in back yard. It was too cold and rainy to use the pool, but the hot tub and the fire pit was used several times during our stay. I could write a chapter on everything that this splendid home has to offer, but suffice it to say, you will not be disappointed if you book this wonderful house.

We haven’t taken a family vacation in 3 years and often pick places to stay, are satisfied, but never return. THIS place - WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK! The home was exactly as described. Entry and communication was efficient and flawless. Owners are accommodating and responsive. Home is beautiful, clean and perfectly located. So much so that we already have plans to do that same vacation all over again. What a gem this find was.

House is great! Comfortable beds and furnishings. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool was cleaned as scheduled and patio/pool area is large. Lots to do at the beach areas. Good restaurants close by. Only one comment - not really a complaint. The front and back yards are in need of some tlc - areas that do not have artificial turf are over grown with weeds and vines. Vines are growing up through the slats in the patio deck. A couple dedicated days of weeding and a fresh load of mulch would do wonders. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and recommend it highly. Thank you for allowing our doggies to visit, too!

We had a blast at our annual family beach trip in this home! The yard was fantastic for our Golden and there was plenty of room for all my teenagers. There was everything at the house that you need for a beach vacation (including a gas grill!) location is fantastic for the area, great neighborhood. We will def be booking again next summer!

Great, fully stocked home. Location was easy to access golf, restaurants etc. Hot tub got some use but was a little chilly for the pool. I really appreciated all the outdoor seating options. Sun or shade, back or front. Nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to Laggerheads restaurant several times (great food and also dog-friendly on patio). Love the area.

John was an Amazing host. I've stayed in several Vrbos. Jhn was by far the best host. The property was very clean. The house had everything you possibly need to cook with and just enjoy your stay. I highly recommend staying at this property.

This beach home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. There is a short walk to the beach or you can drive and park by the beach, there is also a grill you can walk to after going to the beach. Daytona is very close but you would never know it, some days we were the only ones at the beach! The owners of the property were quick to respond and fix issues (the AC went out but John got it fixed immediately). This house is perfect for entertaining family and friends, seems like they thought of everything. I would definitely rent this property again.

This home was perfect for our family of 6. Such an upscale quiet neighborhood located right next to the beach. Communicating with owner was easy and they were so kind. Our kids felt right at home and everyone loved the back yard amenities! The pictures truly do not do this home and location justice. Everything was so perfect for our family vacation!

The house was exactly as pictured and described. But better! It had everything you need and then some. We enjoyed the pool. The kids went to the beach. That was nice and very close. It was nice to be able to have my sister and family over from Daytona. She was very impressed with house also. John was very quick to respond with my silly questions.. Very nice!! Quiet family location
We picked this rental for its proximity to friends and family. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach (we drove) and just a quick drive to Publix and other conveniences. The home is very well stocked which is great for long stays. The owners are also very responsive, which can’t be said for all. If you’re looking for brand new, top of the line, this isn’t place for you. But if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean place where the owner has put a lot of thought in to guest needs, this is the place! Thanks, John & Jennifer!

Fantastic home, clean and many amenities
My group of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. The check in and out process was simple and clear. The house was clean and fully furnished and stocked with many amenities including linens and dishes. The street was nice and quiet and the owners were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend this place to other groups.

We had a wonderful, peaceful vacation! Close enough and just far away enough from anything you want to do. The hot tub was great, it was too chilly and windy to use the pool, but it looked soooo inviting! The master shower was amazing. Highly recommend this place for your vacation!!!

First big vacation with the two dogs in tow. The fenced yard was great for them to play in. Shower off the master was awesome. The king bed could be improved a bit to make a long stay more comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with beach sounds easily heard from the jacuzzi. Great place to entertain a few friends and cook.
