Our stay was amazing. We loved the private dock off of the property, and the short walk across the street to the beach.
I will say the stairs did give us a challenge as my dad is not in the best health and walks with a cane and they were a huge challenge for him. I did not know there were that many stairs to the property, whoops! We got to enjoy the pool almost every day, and we met some other nice people staying in that location as well. The covered parking was a huge plus as it kept our vehicles a bit cooler since they weren't baking in the sun.

-Terry was available any time of the day and had wonderful communication!
- We rented a Golf Cart through Zoomaround and it made out stay even more amazing!! They dropped it off and picked it up!
- Wicked Cantina (ate there 4 times!!!) Seafood Shack, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, and Coconut Hut were our favorite spots that we ate!
Things to notate for future guests
-4 flights of stairs
-building a new condo right beside us so construction noise was loud and very early most mornings. Again, didn't bother us, but want to point it out.
We love Anna Maria, and we had a great time. We can't wait to come back for our annual trip next year!!

Condo was very nice and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and nice appliances as well. Lots of beach accessories available (umbrellas/chairs/s and toys/etc). Communcation was great with texts/emails containing condo info. Easy walk to beach and nice view of the bay.

We had an amazing time staying in B5. The views were amazing, the beach was right across the street, and the place was clean and well-stocked. We absolutely that it had beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas along with fishing gear. We are already planning our stay for next year, if not before then.

Beautiful, so clean, perfectly updated, great views and awesome location! Our family of 4 really enjoyed this condo. The owners were very easy to communicate with which was great. The heated pool was perfect when our weather wasn't as warm as we would have liked, the kids really enjoyed the warm pool. Plenty of dishes, bath towels, beach towels and beach accessories. We saw dolphins in the bay and it was the most perfect sunrise view from the balcony. We loved the location and easy access to the trolley. It was our first time to AMI and we'll be back for sure!

Condo is located literally half a block from Brandenton Beach and faces the Bay for beautiful sunrises. We could not be happier. Conveniently located near trolly both to head North or South in AMI. Location is everything to us as we did not rent a car.
The condo is clean and well stocked. With plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys.
The condo is on the 3rd floor. The building has no elevators so keep that in mind. No trouble for us, we loved the view.
The owner Terry response promptly and is very easy to work with. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed the very clean and updated property. We had a view overlooking the bay and it was a short 3-minute walk to the beach. The beach was very nice and not too crowded. The condo also had some beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys you could take to the beach with you.
We also walked to Wicked Cantina Mexican restaurant and the Kokonut Hut. They were only about a 5-minute walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was an outstanding location. Exceptionally clean, great location overlooking the bay, 500 steps to the beach. Great amenities, including beach chairs and toys for the kids, well stocked kitchen, and even extra soft blankets for cuddling on the couch. It’s up 2 flights of stairs, but the balcony provided us with manatee viewing. We will try to book again next year!

The location was amazing. Very short walk to the beach and Johns Pass. The property was very clean and overall had a great stay. Had a small problem getting locked inside of our apartment during our stay. The property manager called a locksmith and we were able to get out of our apartment after a few hours. This was the only unpleasant part of our stay.

We had a great time staying here. We have 4 children ages 7,5,3 and 7 months. The property had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with very nice cookware, dishes and small appliances. The balcony was lovely. Very short walk to the beach. The only thing we could have used is a wagon, but not a big deal. We would highly recommend this property.

This was a great condo - very clean, comfortable, extremely well stocked kitchen, beautiful & luxurious bathrooms. The view was the best. We enjoyed the deck throughout the day but the best was coffee in the am and drinks in the evening. Parking was easy and the heated pool was lovely. An easy walk to the beach. We had 2 very minor issues and they were resolved extremely quickly. We hope to return.

We just spent some time at Beach Palms 5B. This unit sits right on the bank of the bay. It is facing east so the balcony is a great place to watch the morning skies. It’s also close enough to be able to watch the drawbridge open. The balcony has some incredibly comfortable and nice quality tall chairs and two round tables. We spent much time there drinking coffee and just soaking in the view. It would be a great spot to spend the day reading a good book I really liked the layout of this place and the way it is decorated. The kitchen is super well stocked! The unit was super clean; the beds are very comfortable and there are lots of pillows. There are lots of games, great reading material and puzzles too. This condo is in a very quiet, peaceful area and it’s just a couple minute walk to the beach! There are comfortable beach chairs and even two umbrellas! Also beach toys and shovels for children. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked really clean. Would love to return someday. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and was so helpful. Thank you Terry for making this place available to people.

We have been to Anna Maria Island several times, but this was one of our favorite rentals in terms of location. The condo was also extremely clean and very nice with everything you could possibly need. More than enough space for 4 adults and a young child. We hope to be back very soon!

the cleanliness of the apartment was not very good, for example the garbage can was very dirty, the kitchen also had its walls full of grease, the air conditioning did not cool well, it was very hot, and the house had a musty smell, for the rest everything was very good, Terry super friendly and attentive, the spectacular view, near the beach, the apartment is very nice and spacious, only that the cleaning was not very good and the air conditioning did not cool well we were very hot, I would return to this apartment and I would recommend it, everything super quiet I liked it

The Condo was as described. Clean and in great condition. Easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed the sunrise from the back deck . Overall we had a very relaxing and comfortable vacation. I would stay at the Cond again.

Our new favorite vacation destination!
As a family who has rented many vacation homes in different areas, this blew every other one out of the water (no pun intended). The home is fully appointed with everything you need and then some. Even the smallest things like laundry pods to very high quality patio chairs- there is much thought put into this rental. Some things that we greatly appreciated are the: Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, beach goggles/toys, patio chairs & tables, and vinyl flooring. It is a beautifully decorated & modern beach condo. We specifically felt luxurious in the showers with touches of the rain shower head down to the seahorse decorative drain. I loved waking up to the sunrise in the morning, a short walk to the beach in the afternoon. This place truly has everything you could dream of. Terry & Sandy are extremely responsive and accommodating. Lastly, you could not ask for a better location on AMI. We are already looking to book our stay for next year!

Great location, nice bay views
Condo was clean and a great location, right on the bay and just a short 5-15min walk to key locations (restaurants, ice cream, shops and bridge st/pier). A quick couple minute walk and you’re on the beach - can basically see the bay and ocean at same time.
Check-in was easy and owner was easy to engage with, particularly appreciated the various tips/recommendations provided.
The only criticism is of the sliding barn door for the master bath - nice appearance but less functional as doesn’t provide much privacy and a regular door would be a welcome improvement.
Would certainly consider staying here again.

Wonderful
This is a wonderful property. The view from the balcony that overlooks the waterway is amazing! We loved sitting out there to watch the sunrise. The beach is only a short walk. There are restaurants within walking distance. There is no elevator on site. Just keep in mind if you have anyone in your group that may have an issue climbing several flights of stairs.

Perfect location
We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Wish it could have been longer. Perfect for 2 couples. It was stocked with all of the necessities. Balcony view of the bay was very enjoyable. Walkable location to much that AMI has to offer. I will definitely chose this condo again when we come back!

Property as described, but we were surprised by the quality of the recent remodel. The building itself I would say would rate a 3 out of 5 (as it is older and in need of some maintenance). The unit however was perfect - clean - modern - quality throughout - complete amenities and beyond expectations. Good location, excellent bay view, easy access to the gulf, and simply a gem.

Pure Bliss!
From the moment of check in everything about this Beach Palms condo was perfection! Terry (the owner) was only a call or text away if needed and responds immediately!
Contactless check-in with door code was a wonderful thing, no need to worry about keys! Be prepared for some stairs, I believe I counted 35. But they are the stairway to paradise! Upon arrival the the condo smelled fresh & clean, and it was! This is a really big deal for me & it made me immediately comfortable. All appliances and furnishings are top quality, and it perfect working order! There are even product guides available if needed! The owner has thought of everything you could ,pretty much, possibly need for your stay! Just bought some extra trash bags, detergent, paper products & minimal cooking staples: ie salt & pepper/ seasonings, olive oil, things like that. The condo is very tastefully decorated, furniture & beds (master is on the firm side) are very comfortable! There are extra pillows and blankets, beach towels, beach chairs (awesome Tommy Bahama chairs!) sand toys & 2 Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas! Again, top quality!! Both bathrooms are newly renovated with rainshower shower heads & handheld shower heads, really nicely done! The view from the deck is beyond outstanding! I was so excited to see there were new bar height chairs and tables on the deck, a place we loved spending time! Saw dolphins from the deck most days and enjoyed watching the boats and water activities! Also the enchanting lights on the bay at night-Spectacular! Oh and the Cortez draw bridge is fun to watch as it opens and closes to let larger boats sail through! Loved the location, tucked away from the main road on the bay, within walking distance of eateries , the trolley stop and of coarse the BEACH! The ocean was a bit cold some days so the heated pool at the condo was very welcoming!! All that said, and I think I could even add more positive things, I look forward to staying here again! Terrys condo is beautiful and has everything you might need. Beds were comfortable and place was spotless. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and even an umbrella. The pool was nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.

Perfect Long Weekend Get-Away!
What a wonderful weekend at a wonderful beach condo! I came here with my mother and my two young children. The ease of checking in, the 3 minute walk down to the white sandy beach, the location to tons of restaurant options and a publix was just perfect! The pool was a nice added bonus when the kids were done with the beach to just come back and relax while they swam around. The only callout would be the parking was a little tricky when we first arrived.....we got in late Friday night and parked in a guest spot. Needed to walk around in the AM to figure out how to get to the entrance to our parking spot. Overall just a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful weekend! The condo is beautifully decorated/renovated and they have everything you need!

Perfect location, sunrise views, with beautiful accommodations
We went down to Anna Maria Island for our honeymoon, and are SO happy we stumbled across Terry and Sandys rental on Brandenton Beach!! Not only were the accommodations superb, we had the most amazing view of the sunset, and were in an amazing location! The free trolley stop was right in front of the rental road, but also, Bridge Street was only a 10-15 minute walk - and you could do it along the beach, which was accessible right across the street!
Not only did we have al the above, we had amazing communication with Terry leading up to our trip. With detailed information on the property, recommendations of all the local places to visit and eat at, along with full itineraries, should we have been in need. Cannot wait to come back and visit - whether it’s our anniversary or with family. Thank you!!

Great Vacation
The property was very nice. Loved looking out at the Bay and watching the dolphins and boats. Short walk to the beach was nice. Condo was very nice and clean. Had lots of beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, floats, fishing rods. Terry and Sandy were great to work with! Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Amazing Trip
Baywatch was a great place to stay! Perfect location, all the amenities we needed, beautiful condo, AMAZING view! We will be back! Everyone was great to work with and answered any questions we had right away. Just a short walk to the beach (definitely need to rent a beach wagon and we bought an umbrella that we left for the next renters) and the pool was perfect. Boys fished off the dock and we could walk or trolley almost anywhere we wanted to go. Super place!

Perfect!
We had a fantastic time at Beach Palms 5b! The condo was clean and everything we expected. We used the included beach chairs almost everyday. The deck overlooking the bay was amazing for morning coffee and we even saw dolphins one afternoon. The location was also close to many walkable restaurants. The Wicked Cantina was a personal favorite of the nearby restaurants. We will definitely keep this condo on our short list.

Wonderful Vacation
We had a wonderful stay in Bradenton Beach. The condo was very clean and within walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the sunrise in the mornings and sunsets in the evening!

Family Vacation
The location is great for accessibility to nearby restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. The Condo was roomy. The cleanliness of the property could be a bit nicer. Balconys needs to be cleaned better, alot of bird activity on the balconys. No grille on property, which would have been a plus. This is perfect for anyone with their personal boat as there is a dock location. This is great for families with the roomy sleeping area.
