The interior design was beautiful and reception staff lovely and accommodating.

Flies swarming the room and bathroom. Seem to come from the shower drain that did not work and flooded the bathroom, spilling into bedroom. An awful stench came from the drains as well. A very small room that was right on the street and with no sound proofing meant we had a very bad nights sleep. Because of the location of the room - street level - the windows were frosted so couldn’t see outside/natural light was lacking. This made what was a very small room to begin with feel even more claustrophobic. We understand that this room is advertised smaller which is fine but - we have had our fair share of smaller rooms during our travels - but clever design has made up for that. This sadly wasn’t the case at Triana House. Other things worth noting: broken shower pipe broken light fittings. No duvet cover on duvet - wasn’t sure if this is a ‘thing’ or an under-sight?!

Old houses restored and converted to a high standard. Our room was compact but beautifully decorated.

I had to go outside in order to get to the main desk because it’s a different building. The room was quite small compared to others I have stayed in.

Room was excellently styled - exceptionally high quality linen and towels, bathrobes & slippers, impeccably styled room that was small but perfectly comfortable, furnished beautifully with real character. We stayed in the Beijing room, that has a private terrace also. Must also highlight the excellent hairdryer (these are never useful any where I stay, but here, the excellent quality dryer was so welcome), - also wonderful picture book on Seville provided and thoughtful welcome note on arrival. Staff deserve a special mention, from reception to the service and cleaning team, so well trained and welcoming. Would stay again without hesitation.

Everything was excellent but it's worth noting that the rooms are quite small, so perfect for a few days stay rather than a longer visit.

- nicely decorated room with outdoor space (we had the Beijing room) - great location, close to the city center and to many restaurants - very clean - good breakfast which was brought to us each morning - we appreciated the bathrobes and slippers; another plus was that we had coffee, tea and water in the room - they provide a guide of restaurants and places to go in the city

The location was great. A short 10 minute walk away from the centre and away from the main tourist spots so it felt like we were staying in a local area and experiencing true Seville. The room was beautiful and tailored to a couples weekend away. The breakfast in bed was such a bonus and felt like a real treat.

Pretty and nice bedding.

Sewer odour in room and hallway. No one to really contact as no one is on site. Bathroom so small that we could barely close the door without hurting ourselves. Breakfast is served charmingly on a wicker tray, but then there is no where to eat it because the tray takes up more than the table. So we had to transfer it to the bed then removed everything fro. The tray to the table. Awkward at best.

Beautiful room and facilities - gorgeous boutique hotel and the decor was incredibly beautiful. quiet street and neighborhood away from busy tourist areas but close enough to walk to things.
