We didn't have hot water in the kitchen and never found the tv remote

I loved the cabin being next to the stream and the location to our destination, which was the Biltmore Estate.

The shower could've been a little bigger. No room to move around and the shower head was to short. Could've been higher up on the wall.

the Yurt was so cool- it made us nearly 40 year olds feel like we were back at summer camp! highly recommend!

Cozy and clean. We liked sitting on the porch swing and enjoying the view.

We arrived after dark, it was very hard to find drive to office.

They take care even the minimum detail. All is clean, organized. The environment is amazing, so peaceful, so perfect when you want or need to disconnect from the reality outside

Beautiful property and adorable cabins. Feels safe and secure, fireplace was amazing.

The cabin we stayed at was not cleaned well. There was lots of pet hair everywhere, even on the furniture. I suppose the previous guest let their pet on the bed despite it not being allowed. It got all over all of my clothes and left my feet feeling grimy after walking on the floor.

I loved the views and the layout of the property.

There was a mix up so when we got there we had to wait for the lady to come bring us our bag and keys. Then we get to our room and bathroom and neither of those had been cleaned. We only stayed one night and forgot to leave the bag at check out so they charged us for it. I asked if we could send it back and was told that was fine. I sent it back but noticed we had a $250 charge on our account and I asked what it was for via email only to be told we were charged for smoking in the yurt which we don’t smoke so I knew that was false. They also stated that we were so loud we ran some other guests off but the guests staying beside us were still up and outside when we went to sleep. So, we ended up spending $600 to stay there for one night. We wanted to go back but after those false claims and the $250 charge I doubt we will now.

Amazing staff , accommodations, and natural surroundings.

What we got was not at all what we were shown in the booking site. What we got was not worth the cost we paid. We had 4 women and 3 girls and to change clothes there was not even a change room. Do they expect us to go 11 out every time a women or girl want to change there clothes. It was too rediculous. We didn’t even stay there. We just left.

Nothing was there to like. A small dome for 12 people for close to 300$ cost? Was it some kind of joke.

Both the Yurt & the bathroom where impeccably clean. The website did not do the beauty of this Yurt & bathroom justice! We will be visiting again & taking both of our 6 year old next time!
