great location , very close to the beach , supermarket, beautiful apartment , so comfortable to stay in , with loads of room, and fabulous views from the roof top garden . very quiet area, it was one of the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed in, and will be looking to come back again in the future ,

Great location - very close to lovely beach and handy for tram to Alicante. Supermarket just a 5 min walk.
Excellent outdoor space, especially on the rooftop.
Great pool.
Both double beds probably need new mattresses as they dip in the middle.

The property is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The city centre can be reached by tram, the tram stop is 3 minutes from the property. The view of the sea and beach from the terrace is stunning. The owner of the property was wonderful as well as the contact with her was perfect.

The location was fantastic, with the tram minutes away to get to the centre of town and the beach over the road. Sylvia, the host, was always happy to help when needed. The pool and little park was much loved by the kids and the terrace was amazing.

For some unexplained reason we did not get all of the €300 deposit back as we have previously with booking. com we only got €268- there was no damage or breakages???
Spare duvet and pillow was available for put up bed but not duvet or pillow cover.
Was told beach towels were available but we had only 3 for 5 of us

It is a very nice place vith the most vunderfull terrasse. Sylvia and her husbond is very kind and helpfull both before and during the stay.

Very friendly host. The apparatment had a great view and location. Perfect to experience with kids. We very much envoyed our stay there.

Wow, this property is just amazing! Great location on the beach, 5 minute walk to the supermarket, restaurants and bars. What makes this place so special though, is it’s stunning presentation. High standard finishes, lots of space and excellent privacy especially with the balcony and private rooftop area.
Could not fault this property at all. Very easy and friendly check in with owner, met at property and was always on hand for any advice for the property and area. Well done

I think there is nothing that we didn't like . As our flight arrived early there was a long wait until we could have access to to the apartment . Silva (the owner) kindly organized for the cleaners to arrive early so we could enter the apartment earlier than usual . When we entered there was a bottle of wine and a bowl full of fruit on the table which was a lovely gesture .
The apartment was very safe, secure and so luxurious , far better than the images which were portrayed when we booked . I have never seen so much comfort . There was nothing you could want for , and it was impeccably clean . The views were to die for . As the weather was not too kind to us , we passed some time in the gym , table tennis etc .
We spent only 3 nights there but our stay left a very nice memory and we are sure to book again in the future .
