It was cheap and good value

The location was very noisy.

The location was nera the beach which is what we wanted. We appreciated the washing machine and kitchen. Batumi was easily accesible by bus, although the bus was not that frequent. There are many shops around and a good restaurant.

It was located beside the main street to Baku so the terrace was a bit noisy. The sheets were small and kept rolling and the matrace on one side was not very good.

It's super close to the sea, product shops and bakeries are in 1-2 min walk, and you can easily get to Batumi by bus in 15-20 min with the beautiful view during the ride. The apartment is quite small, but has all the necessary things for short and long stay. The owner is a nice pleasant guy, who always asks if everything is ok and is ready to help with any issues you May have

if you have a sensitive sleep, you may need earplugs as the road and railway may be noisy even at nights. And approximately 1-2 times a week from 1 to 5 hours the electricity may be off due to some crashes (that is the common issue all over Georgia)

Friendly host but doesn't speak a lot of english but does his best to make your stay enjoyable with giving information about transort , arranging taxi ... Room.is clean but small .

You should know the apartment is in the centre of Makhinjauri. There's a restaurant nearby with live bands till 1 or 2 am . If you're a party animal you won't find this a problem , if you're tired from sightseeing it's not so nice.
