The check in and out process was easy, great deck and pool, and the home is much lighter than in the photographs. Only thing is note that the pull outs are not the most comfortable, so I'd recommend staying at or below 8 adults (I'm sure they'd be fine for kids that aren't as susceptible to sleep issues).

Dominic was a pleasure to deal with and made our on-line experience and check in easy. The property was beautiful and well taken care. The home is well situated and easy access to many great areas for activities, shopping and dinner. Pool was exceptional!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Dominic for making this a trip we will cherish.

RENTER BEWARE - owner will keep your overpriced deposit for no reason and will provide no receipts. Read all past reviews, he has done it us and has done it in the past to other renters He will claim hundreds of dollars for minuscule things, like cleaning the grill (which is supposedly not covered by the cleaning fee) or picking up a couple berries (my 2 year old dropped her breakfast during check-out morning). In short, he will find minimal things no way you could identify and/or document and charge you in the thousands. Notice deposit is several times the average, just compare to other listings! On top of this the house is subpar. Just to provide two examples that disrupted our whole experience: (1) the property is advertised as having a heated pool. We had the heater turned on for 12 uninterrupted hours and the pool was only minimally heated. We were not able to use it at all. The pool was the main reason we picked the property, so this was a major disappointment. Note that the owner will request an additional deposit just for being able to use the heater - deposit which also wont be returned. (2) Bedding capacity: the property is advertised as fitting 12 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. In reality, one of the sleeper sofas is unusable, we had to buy a air mattress. For using the other sleeper sofa we got charged a couple hundred dollars - "damaged floors from moving furniture" Renter, beware! Look at past reviews you will see he has done the same thing to others - he might do it to you. We were 5 married couples, a two year child and a small dog. Property and its amenities were 100% utilized within reason, we have rented several similar properties in the past without any problems. If you still decide to rent this property think twice before agreeing to the unreasonably high security deposit. If you cant negotiate a lower deposit, assume it as part of the total rental cost.

Lovely property with lots of potential. A couple of suggestions: There was a large stain on the carpet in the living room that should have been addressed before we arrived. Suggest you place a box of tissues in the bathrooms and TP holders on the wall by the toilets. Not enough mirrors in the bedrooms.

Our stay in Dominic’s house was wonderful. It was quiet and relaxing and the pool and back deck were amazing. Dominic was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time and highly recommend staying in the house.

Our group had such a nice time at this property. Every kitchen appliance you could imagine, spotless when it comes to cleanliness, and comfortable bedrooms. So many spaces to gather while having privacy. Host is extremely responsive. We loved this house and would book again in a heartbeat!

The house is even better than the photos seem. The owner was very communicative and our stay went seamlessly. Would absolutely recommend for a family or group of friends. Very quiet and private yard as well.

I stayed here with 10 other girls. We had more then enough room for everyone. The house is spacious and beautiful. Dominic was more than helpful during our stay. The pool was a huge hit! The house is in a beautiful area. When you are relaxing by the pool you can enjoy the sounds of nature with no distractions. I would 100 percent stay here again.

The house was very clean, the bathrooms in particular which also seemed newly renovated. The house is spacious and is stocked with every possible kitchen appliance. Loved the large patio too and the beautiful garden which the kids referred to as the secret garden. Conveniently located just a few minutes from restaurants and shopping. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and the impeccable decorations give this place the look of a 5-star hotel. Our large group easily fit in the master + 3 upstairs bedrooms + den space and with a full living/dining room did not give us the feeling of being cramped at all. The outdoor area meets the same standards with a giant pool and 2 picnic tables. Cooking was also made easy with tons of cookware/grillware, 2 fridges, and plenty of cabinet space. In terms of location, easy to get to beaches and into town. We are truly thankful to Dominic for his hospitality, he was always easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Highly recommend! One note if you are planning your stay in 2020 - due to COVID you will need to bring all your own supplies, this includes: salt/pepper/spices, shampoo/conditioner, pool floats, etc. Unsure if this is usually the case but be aware for this summer!

Everything was as listed. The place was immaculate. We used the pool and deck everyday and the retractable canopy came in handy. We quickly filled the second fridge. Since we weren’t eating out due to COVID-19 we cooked everyday. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances. All the rooms were very comfortable. We brought bicycles and SUPs and had a system to drop off the beach goers and ride the bicycles back since we couldn’t park at the beaches. It’s a short ride to Montauk. Our family had a great time at Dominic’s house. PS wish there were top sheets on the beds.

The rental property was beautiful. Quiet and secluded, with tons of greenery. It was in close proximity to town and beaches. We had a lovely stay.

Amazing stay in Easthampton, cannot recommend it enough! Dominic is responsive and answered my inquiries quickly. The check in process is simple and the house is incredible- we had 12 people and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The house is also extremely well stocked with cooking appliances so we were able to cook the whole time we were there. It’s a quick drive to the beach and very close to main st. A wonderful experience overall!

Our experience was excellent across the board. Great location. Clean and organized home with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving retreat. A property that was both secluded and in proximity to restaurants, nature preserves, the beach and more! The listing was as advertised and more.

We had a good time in Dominic’s house. It comfortably fitted 6 adults, 3 kids and 2 babies in portable cribs. It is conveniently located, in the woods but only 8 mns away from the bay and 8 mns away from the ocean, which was very nice. The house feels a bit empty and cold but is completely functional, and the neighborhood is nice and calm. Dominic was quick to respond to our questions, and allowed us to do a later check-out.
