North Shore Beach Retreat peut accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes ainsi que votre animal de compagnie bien élevé. Cette maison offre 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain sur 2 niveaux. Il y a 1 roi au niveau principal, 2 reines un à chaque niveau, 2 jumeaux au niveau supérieur et un futon au rez-de-chaussée dans un espace de vie séparé. Les draps et les serviettes sont inclus. Beaucoup de place pour tout le monde à se répandre ici. Profitez également du salon spacieux avec vue sur la baie. Le salon a une cheminée à gaz et une télévision. Pas de câble ici mais il y a internet. Il y a aussi des télévisions dans deux autres chambres.
La cuisine est bien aménagée. Beaucoup d'espace de comptoir pour la préparation des repas avec un bonus de deux éviers de cuisine. Lave-vaisselle et élimination des ordures. Une machine à glace de comptoir rend la glace super rapide. Cocktails n'importe qui? Il y a aussi une buanderie séparée. Profitez du porche fermé avec vue directe sur le lac. Café du matin quelqu'un?

Zone de sable sur l'eau aussi. Gril à gaz situé dans le garage. Il suffit de sortir et de griller. Cette maison est située dans une rue calme. Envie de vous promener ou de faire du vélo? C'est un endroit parfait pour faire ça. C'est aussi une promenade facile en ville. Ici, vous pouvez faire des emplettes dans de pittoresques boutiques de cadeaux et des galeries d'art. La brasserie Mitten et Tuckers offrent des endroits amusants pour manger et se détendre. Les marchés et la musique dans le parc en été. N'oubliez pas la boulangerie Barbs pour les pâtisseries locales. En juillet, le défilé toujours populaire de Northport Dog est un événement à ne pas manquer. This house was in a perfect location. The house was immaculate when we arrived, and much larger than the pictures show for the price. Our two young children had a blast playing on the beach, and running around in the water all week. Very close to downtown, that you can even walk to, to do any shopping you desire with a public park/beach as well. We'll definitely be coming back next year!

There property is nicely located on the water and within walking distance from town. The amenities were limited. The house was full of cobwebs and dust. The furniture and kitchen were cheap and dirty. The communication was good.

Excellent, everthing we needed plus. Wedding venue in the area. We needed a place for us, grandma. Our 2 adult kids with 2 granddaughters. Perfect setting, rooms were great. Easy in and out without huge requirements, be kind to all properties!
Wish we had more down time to enjoy the spaces. One word of care, slippery tub in master bath. Nursing bruised pride.

Location was created view of the lake was amazing and so was the little beach area. We did not like the lack of air flow and the limited windows. The house was very hot and uncomfortable, we had to use all the window fans and it still didn't cool the place down even at night. Wouldn't recommend for smaller toddler age children. Adults would do just fine.

The house was situated beautifully on the bay, the moon rises were amazing! Close enough to walk to town to participate in Northport activities and enjoy the restaurants, brewery, and shops but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have a relaxed, quiet stay. House is the perfect blend of modern kitchen and bathrooms while preserving the old “cabin” feel in the wood paneled living room and upstairs bedrooms. When you hear “best of both worlds”, it accurately describes the esthetic and experience!

Our stay was great, close to everything yet far enough away not to be bothered. IF I had to make one complaint it's that the lawn could have been mowed to keep the bugs down a bit. Overall I still give 5 stars.

This house is great! The shared spaces are larger than they appear in the picture. We were able to fit 6 people easily. The kitchen is spacious and a great place to cook. The house looks directly out to the water; its gorgeous! As of now, there is a small beach that can be accessed by stairs (only about 5 steps down). The water is crystal clear and we did find a couple of Petoskeys. Its not a great swimming beach because it stays very shallow (only about 2 feet). However it would be great to splash around in during the Summer. The house is about 3-5 blocks from downtown Northport. It is an older house so there are LOTS of notes from the owner. We did enjoy the binder with the history of the location. Overall is was a great location and great house!

This was our third summer staying in this beautiful cottage. The beach this year was a wonderful surprise and the rest of the cottage was as wonderful as it always has been. The location is a perfect stroll away from the center of the village. Our kids participated in the Northport Youth Sailing School and it was awesome to walk them over each morning then grab coffee and breakfast at New Bohemian or Barbs. We spent our evenings by the water, got to see an amazing pink moon rise, and got lots of kayaking time in.

It was very clean and well stocked with the basics. We spent the weekend touring breweries, restaurants and shops in Northport, Sutton‘s Bay and Traverse city. The house is very spread out and the rooms are quite separated. Lots of space and a comfortable living room with fireplace. Would love to come here again, winter or summer.

We enjoyed our time staying in Northport. This house's best asset is that it is right on the water. We brought Kayaks and Bikes that we used every day. The only thing to note, the house does not have mechanical air conditioning, only the natural type coming from the Lake.

We love this location and really enjoy the property (we stayed here last year too!)and appreciate they put in nice wide, more permanent steps into the water since last summer. Could easily walk kayaks down into water. The property however, was not as clean as last year. When we arrived, there were stains on floor in back porch, lots of webs/spiders in various rooms, lots of dirty black fingerprints all over the door to master bath, and many kitchen drawers were dirty inside. Some of the drawers inside the pantry cupboard were off their tracks too. The fire pit was sitting in the middle of the sidewalk down to the water, and the lid to it was all the way across the yard. Seemed like clean-up was rushed.

It was nice. We had our kids and dogs with us so the family was together. The home met our needs. We had plenty of space and the yard was just right.
