We fully enjoyed our visit to HHI and our stay at this property. It’s impossible to beat an ocean-front view for peaceful mornings with coffee and the sunrise! The condo is clean and well-equipped with beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. which was appreciated. We will return!

Clean and great place to stay!

From reserving this condo/unit to our 5-day 4-night stay, this was an ABSOLUTELY P-E-R-F-E-C-T "mini-vacation"! My wife and I have stayed in MANY apartments, condos, rooms, units (we call them "condos") all over the Southeast. There has been NONE/0 nicer than "371". It was the CLEANEST, BEST DECORATED and BEST MAINTAINED one...bar NONE! The kitchen had EVERYTHING one could need/want (SO Clean, too). The bathroom was SPOTLESS. The bedroom was SPOTLESS. The living room was SPOTLESS. AND, the view from the BEAUTIFUL balcony of the ocean was MAGNIFICENT. We were fortunate enough to park under the complex with PLENTY of space for our car. Honestly, I could go on and on about our stay...the superlatives are countless. For those of you reading this review, PLEASE, PLEASE consider reserving here. Tell your family, friends and whoever else...even those you DON'T know. EACH and EVERYONE will be glad they "found" "371". LASTLY, this has NOT been a "paid" review...just an HONEST opinion from a very lucky and thankful man and his wife!! I "Thank You" very much for the opportunity to review our late November stay...we HOPE to be back!

The condo was clean with a great location & everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in this compact condo with a great view. No issues except the A/C does quite cool the bedroom. We would book this unit again. BTW, great location near restaurants & shopping.

We had some medical issues upon arrival and the owner was very helpful with our booking.

Condo was as advertised. Property could use a deep clean and the door needs repaired. The lock is tricky and you have to pull hard on door to get it locked or unlocked. The bedroom stayed a little warm as the air conditioner is in the living room and the air doesn’t get to the bedroom very well, they have a fan in the closet, but it’s very loud. I’d recommend bringing a bedside fan. The beach towels, chairs, and cooler was very nice to have since we flew in and couldn’t bring all that. The beach access was great and the island was so much fun. It’s a good size for a family with a couple of small kids, although the top bunk didn’t have a ladder or side rail, so keep that in consideration. We would stay here again

Beautiful beachfront view! The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Only negative was that the bedroom is far away from the AC unit and can get a little warm at night. Overall though we loved it!

We enjoyed our stay. Location was good, close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was accurate to the posting. Nice for a couple. It is a long walk to this room from elevator (opposite end of the building), but we didn’t mind using the stairs. Also, the bedroom does get extra warm as the air conditioner is located in kitchen/living room area (but it was extremely warm outside during our stay). We had a fan so it helped sitting it in hallway to pull cool air toward bedroom. We also had a little issue with gate code but agent responded with her override code which worked and then we had no more problems. Overall enjoyed, nice location/view.

This place had everything we needed for a great beach getaway. Very close and easy access to the beach, amazing view! Close to Coligny plaza shops, restaurants and Piggly Wiggly grocery store.

This place has a great view. Everything was really clean. There is a ton of wild life activity in the dunes, bunnies, cats, and deer. Its a very short walk to coligny plaza. Overall we had a great time and stay.

It was a great location with immediate access to beach. The condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach. This might sound strange but the bathroom shower (usually very small and water trickles out of the showerhead) - was outstanding and was a wonderful delight after a hot day at the beach. Would recommend this place to anyone seeking a trip to Hilton Head Island.

We have stayed at this location many times. We love the location, and its only minutes from our favorite places on the island. Cant wait for our next HHI vacation!

The condo was clean . The view was beautiful unless it rained. There is a light in the ceiling that leaks terribly and floods the whole patio. It even got to the patio doors. One night it leaked until 1:00 am. This is not a small leak. It is a very heavy stream. This has been going on for awhile , because there are divots in the carpet from the leak. Then in the afternoon when it heats up, the carpet smells like cat urine. For the money that I paid to have the view, this was a major disappointment!!

The property was a little dated but well worth the money. The view from our unit was GREAT! We will stay here again.

Perfect location, accurate description, great communication/response, easy check-in and super clean. Couldn't be more pleased and had a wonderful time. Can't wait until next trip!!!

Unfortunately, we arrived at midnight. The property has a security gate. The code we were given by both VRBO and the property manager were incorrect! I called the property manager's personal number twice, but it went to voice mail. I did not hear back until I called again at 8:30 the following morning. We did get in, but had to wait for another vehicle to arrive. The unit was well below our expectations for cleanliness. We found: hair in bed, dirty floors, stove and fridge not wiped down, urine and hair on toilet seat, soap running down shower doors, dead bugs and garbage in the silverware drawer, dust caked on kitchen cabinets and ceiling fans, light, holes in the screen door, etc. When I got ahold of Meredith the next morning, I told her about our disappointment in the cleanliness of the unit and about the code. She blamed the code on VRBO, but the code she sent in an email was also incorrect. She stated the unit WAS cleaned. She did send a cleaner that morning, but only the shower floor and main floor got washed. Dust was still everywhere. We took photos of our concerns. When we had trouble with the WiFi login, we texted Meredith and she made us feel like we were stupid. The login information was posted in the unit, but it would not work. At that point, we refused to contact her further. She had no real interest in hearing our issues. That was proven by her failure to response after we sent photos and concerns upon returning home.

Great location and view. The only negative issue I found is that it only has one hotel like air conditioning unit in the wall of living room and it doesn’t cool the condo down enough. Bed room was extremely hot in early April.

Everything as promised. Beautiful spot. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our second time at Sea Side Villas..The location is great, Coligny and all it offers are short walk by sidewalk or beach. Sedgewick the fresh shrimp guy is less than 100 yards away. Nice beachfront condo with out standing views. There were of couple of glitches during arrival but property manage answered promptly and made things right.

Lovely, cozy 1 BD with oceanside. Very clean and organized. Clear arrival information and departure instructions. This was a great winter get-away. Would use this owner and property again.

Location and view were perfect. We are so glad we booked this property and would do it again. However, the living area was very small and the coffee maker caused lots of headaches.

We loved our first stay on HHI and this little condo was perfect for the two of us. First of all…the view was awesome. We enjoyed the sunrise and coffee on the balcony each morning. Just wished we had packed binoculars. The condo’s decor is beachy and fresh, very cute. It had all we needed for our long weekend. Walking distance to coligny plaza with shopping and restaurants. No major issues but Meredith was quick to respond when we needed her. Our only complaint would be the bed. It was too soft and sank in the center as mentioned by other reviewers. However I still gave it five stars and would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

This property is not a 4 star rating experience. When we arrived on Sunday and got to the gate to check in both gate codes provided did not let us in. I called and left a voicemail for Meredith and she did not return my call. We had to wait for another car to come into the gate and piggy backed off them to get in. The condo was very dirty and worn. Marks on the walls, the rug and chair were dirty and need cleaned, the toaster had butter on it, the coffee pot was rusted, refrigerator was dirty and needed wiped down, bathroom shower had dirty shelves, hair in cabinet drawers, the toilet seat was old and needs replaced, the bed sheets had stains and as others have mentioned the bed mattress dips in the middle and needs replaced. I called Meredith again on Monday left another message and still got no response. I ended up texting her and she finally responded. She gave me another code for the gate. When I mentioned the state of the condo she replied that the chair and rug were to be cleaned the following week and she would re-clean the condo if I wanted. If you are going to have a condo to rent it is very important that all information provided is always up to date and it is important to be responsive, especially if someone leaves two messages. It is also the owners responsibility to make sure the property is clean at all times. It shouldn't have to be re-cleaned. It should be clean upon arrival.

We have stayed at this complex for over 30years and this was the first time we were able to find ocean front. We enjoyed the privacy and the view. All of the necessary amenities we there. I will however not suggest this condo. The mattress was unexceptable. Dipped in the middle and ended up sleeping on the pull out couch which is never great. I didn't see the previous review about the bed until we were there. So disappointed!!!!!!!!!
